KHCJ5225Solution to confusionI know this podcast is aimed at slightly older audiences but honestly, as a 19year old at a very academically rigorous university without a lot of time to spare for my romantic life, this podcast has really helped me answer some difficult questions, learn more about myself, and feel confident in my decisions. These guys should be really proud of what they are doing. Being dads also adds a level of wisdom and care to their advice that makes all of their information very trustworthy. I hope Adam and Gary know they are impacting young people's lives too. ❤️

KellyG1111Overconfident white menListened to about 10 minutes and couldn’t continue. These men have no idea what successful women actually experience. They say the only way to get a successful man is to be successful yourself. Ummm… have you looked at any data?? Men are willing to date anyone who’s hot. Women who are successful are “intimidating.” We don’t need to learn how to “balance career and relationships.” We need more men who actually want successful women and more men who are actually successful who aren’t *ssholes.

random spaceFirst Kiss?Love this show! I’ve learned how to date smarter for best results. Would love to hear you talk about when a fist kiss comes into play or intimacy in general. I find this is when the relationship gets confusing and possibly a good one can fall apart.

Stephanie Nicole CarterReinforcing outdated gender roles and stereotypesDon’t let this podcast fool you. The hosts are not in favor of women’s empowerment. They lean into outdated gender roles and stereotypes. I’m astonished that they frequently recommend women be demure and submissive in order to attract a man. In the latest episode, they tell women to change their voice to something more whispery to attract a more masculine man. In a previous episode, they recommended women play coy, and be mindful of their facial features - try dipping you chin, turning your head to the side, while looking up with your eyes. Come on! They’ve even have told successful women to forgo speaking about one’s accomplishments on a date so as to threaten a man’s masculinity. I won’t even get into the fact their advice is pretty much for high level white women and not at all relatable to women of color. Ladies, if you’re looking for solid dating advice, please run from this podcast; there are better out there.

Kristen12168Definitely listen if you are Rebuilding yourselfI unfortunately have been home recovering from a concussion and put on screen restriction and brain rest. Instead of only sitting in darkness, lol I looked up some thing to self build in this process. I came across this podcast and honestly, it has been a lifesaver in this recovery and given me something to have hope for when I am back in good health podcast not only gives you tips on dating, but on self building and creating a better view that would be the person to attract a partner that you would also like to have the same qualities. This is the podcast that you don’t want to hear them but need to hear but in the end will be grateful that you listen to and gave yourself a tough. Love you need.

-
SrslllyyyyNot impressedThere’s a lot of stereotyping going on about men vs women and how they act while dating. Not enough nuance.

Chellesz99Wealth of knowledge! The two are great! The podcast is easy to listen and learn from, it’s like your bestie give you advice. The advice is well thought out and science based as well as adding in their own experiences. Fun and insightful!
-
lulukoda729Great podcast for the ladiesI know some women don’t like the idea of men giving women dating advice (which is silly) but these guys are excellent. Very smart, thoughtful, well spoken dudes with some GREAT advice!!
-
Liz328Much needed adviceI really enjoy the variety of topics for women. It’s incredibly helpful to see the male perspective. Since you are both married, I think it would be helpful to have a guest who is a male single and what he sees as challenges. I think it could be more relatable.
-
LilpaulineNew listenerI just started listening to your podcast and so far I find it very interesting. I would like to see what you guys have to say about women dating younger men!
-

skisandsunReal peopleGood morning, I felt compelled to write this review because I actually really enjoy listening to your podcasts. I am currently a single mom who is dating at age 35 and divorced. I have been single for 4 years. The last episode you put out and your recent opinions are confusing me. You seem to be catering specifically to a top ten percent of women and men in our country so it is very difficult to relate to your advice at this point. I am a really great, very confident, busy, happy, intelligent, and an active person but I am not trying to change who I am completely to attract a wealthy man that’s just odd. I’d really appreciate it if you put out more content that healthy yet more average women can relate to.
-
katiejohnson5So far SO GOOD!first time listener here and i’m a couple episodes in and have already learned and added so much to my own personal growth journey and relationship experience. Love what you guys have to say, specifically the insight and advice you give! thank you and keep it up!

SimplymegirlLove this podcastHello! I came on here looking for a good podcast that could teach me new ways about dating in my 40s and possibly even into my 50s. I am divorced and so I know I’ve made some mistakes along the way. I absolutely love listening to love strategies! These two always have the go to knowledge when it comes to dating and surviving and dating! Thank you so much.
-
Jackbball3Good stuffLove hearing the male side of things. Your dynamic is great and the content is in line with other female sources I've listened to but with a new twist. Keep up the good work!

MK6846“Keep Attracting Narcissists” Episode (August 19)I have listened to this show in the past and enjoyed the content. The above-mentioned episode is the first one I have listened to in months and I will no longer listen to this show ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone. As someone who was recently a victim of narcissistic abuse and discarded, I find the information in this episode extremely offensive. To say that women date a narcissist because they have narcissistic traits themselves and to basically insinuate that all women that end up with a narcissist are just looking for those narcissistic traits in someone that they have themselves is absolutely unacceptable. It makes me sick that you two completely ignore the fact that there are those of us out there that don’t date narcissists over and over. We were completely manipulated. In addition, many women who end up with a narcissist are those that are kind, empathetic, and compassionate people that have had trauma in their past and do not think highly of themselves whatsoever. This type of abusive relationship tears those people apart. I hope you realize how inconsiderate the content in this episode was and consider deleting it completely. If it would let me, I wouldn’t give this review any stars.

TarahLynnThis podcast is trashMen have no business telling women how to be powerful females. The narcissistic and gaslighty nature of this podcast is repugnant. Women, listening to men suggest that you are making any mistakes is them gaslighting your self worth, to make you feel that you need coaching from them, its marketing, its not legitimate advice. Positive reviews for this dumb-cast must have been bought, or, the women who reviewed aren’t smart enough to see the marketing through that gaslighting. Listening to this kind of trash will make you dumber, gaslighting causes brain damage, men want us dumb and docile,, most can not handle a woman being in her power but that doesn’t mean something is wrong with you, its them. Keep being Queens and receive you council from seasoned women, not a couple of whiney narcissist males who want you to pay them for advice. Men will only ever tell you what they think it benefits them for you to hear, read that again.

thakillerbeeAdvice that’s both value and packed with good humorStumbled across this podcast after typing the right keyword and I’m so glad I found it. BungeebabeDating red flagsThank you for this episode, it’s exactly what I needed to hear right now

Boo-boo-qThe manifesting issueI love listening to this podcast, but there is one thing that has been bothering me and that’s every time manifesting has been brought up….Anytime you mention manifesting you make it seem like women are just sitting back not doing anything and calling it manifesting. Maybe some women do that but that’s not manifesting at all. And it also gives a false illusion that manifesting just doesn’t work and it’s silly…. If someone states that they’re manifesting, but they’re just sitting back and not doing anything that’s not manifesting that’s just being lazy and expecting everything to fall in your lap. But the act of manifesting and meditating on something is very powerful. it definitely works and of course you have to be active, look for the job/man that you want but also know exactly what you want, Speak what you want, believe what you want and be specific. ……But please don’t make it seem like manifesting is sitting back and not doing anything or that the act of manifesting is silly and women should stop doing it.

TfpdenValuable podcastAs a high value woman who cannot read minds, I appreciate the insight this podcast provides and helps me be grounded in my approach to dating in the modern age.

EvelynLuna1SnifflingI am a new listener and have noticed that Adam sniffs every time he finishes talking. It’s distracting and annoying and he seems oblivious to it. Other than that, the content seems good.
-
JessiBrittI can’t stop coming back for moreI’ve been listening to various relationship coaches consistently for four years. Out of all of the advice that’s floating around out there, Gary and Adam offer the most down to earth and reasonable pointers. I love how they don’t sugarcoat anything, but their banter, humor and on-air chemistry keeps the atmosphere of the show feeling light and enjoyable to listen to. Thanks guys for the great content!

TSasse1Thank you for helping me transform! To all of the ladies who enjoy this podcast, Adam and Dr. Gary helped me transform my life! These podcasts are so valuable and spot on! I enjoy listening to them even after being part of their community for a year now. The information never gets old, but only reinforces what I’ve learned! Do yourself a favor and sign up for a call with one of their team members! I’m so glad I invested in myself last year! I found my guy, or I should say, my guy found me after I recognized my value and understood what a healthy relationship is! Thank you Dr. Gary for ALL of your guidance!
-
Girl with attachment issuesInsightful, EmpoweringGary and Adam have a unique way of distilling common relationship situations. They offer valuable insights from a male perspective that, as a woman, I don't always naturally consider. The flow of thoughts in each episode is well-organized and comprehensive, providing various scenarios with anecdotal examples, potential causes, and the actions and emotions that accompany them. They also offer easily understandable scientific and psychological insights basis of these reactions. Adam and Gary empower listeners, and I appreciate that they conclude each episode with lots of practical advice on navigating relationship situations.

sgrplumSo helpful and informative!I have just recently found this podcast and I’m listening to as many episodes as I can! Very educational but in an entertaining way. I really need and appreciate the reminders of how much value I bring to the table and how I shouldn’t settle for less than I deserve.

prinetuceyOlder women and younger menI am 78 yrs young woman and have been dating a man for the last 5 years that is 18 years younger than me. You were right about all the things you said about how younger men like the experience us older women have. I have been a world traveler for years and he is on a journey to experience more of the world as well. Bottom line I want to say to older women is take care of yourself, be fully interested in life and don’t be afraid to check out those younger men. He is sexy, fun, deep, and we get along really well! Thank you for this pod cast, you two are fun to listen to!
-
KarrnfromagawamMostly usefulI find Gary’s advice very helpful because it comes from a scientific place that is backed by research. Adam had useful tips, but it’s obvious when Gary is talking, Adam is thinking of ways to bring everything back to himself. He brings the conversation back to him..references CrossFit, tries to make jokes about his past, a lot is about him and it chews up 2-4 minutes after Gary is ready to keep moving forward. He borders on obnoxious in many episodes. Also, after Adam gives advice or makes statements, he has a mannerism/ habit of inhaling through his nose very loudly and it drives me to drink.
