    Great Running Pod
This is a great podcast for anybody serious about running. There are so many podcasts out there that provide little value and include questionable training information. Here, you get the science, the methods to apply it, and the experience of extremely good runners. All that being said, you do not have to be super fast to find this podcast useful. The information is helpful to anybody serious about training and improving.
