Since discovering her on YouTube to rebuild my love for Pilates, I always felt a special bond with Isa and was an instant fan. As we know, the internet is filled with so many personalities that it can overwhelm us to finding the community and tools needed for our well-being and growth but aligning myself with Isa and her brand has been a HUGE relief to having an unlimited resource of great energy and motivation to living my best quality of life. I am so grateful for Isa and this podcast because every episode I’ve tuned in to, has been so perfectly aligned with what I needed to hear to get me out of my mental funks and brings me so much energy to keep pushing and going to my best version of self. I truly recommend this show for anyone looking for a new friend in their life who keeps it real, gives you the tips you are looking for and who may just need a quick boost of positive words/inspiring stories.
