I love this podcast. I’ve listened to it for a couple of years now, from when it first started. Episodes like Auntie Gloria are, in my opinion, the most interesting and fun to listen to. More episodes like that please. Great job, all!

Amazingly authentic, from a listeners perspective it seems to me the utmost respect has been placed on research and the gathering of information pertaining to each and every individual story. I anxiously wait with an unreasonable amount of anticipation for each show release. The show that reintroduced me to paranormal, and in the absolute best way. Please, never stop this show.

I really appreciate the quality of the audio and the conversations and the music! the experiences shared on this podcast have really opened up my world of beliefs. i really love how in depth the interviews and explorations go, the emphasis on research and asking questions rather than trying to land on singular answers. thank you. PS. people asking for more editing, i disagree. i like the opportunity to slow down and tune in.

Quickly becoming my favorite paranormal podcast. Sometimes the story teller can be hard to follow when they ramble and be long winded with their telling of their stories but the editing and research done for each topic make this top tier. Was never really into the Michigan dogman, but really enjoyed both episodes, loved how you took a deep dive and let us know the full history of the legend. As someone who works alone in national parks across America, I love having this one play throughout the day. Hopefully one day I'll have an experience to tell for the show.

I’ve been a long-time listener and Patreon subscriber, but I need to ask a favor of the host. Jack, I just listened to Part 1 of the Crowley show, which was very interesting, but one thing that was super annoying was your continuously interrupting your guest and researcher who had done all the legwork. One of the things I like so much about your show is that you don’t inject yourself much — I want to hear the stories themselves, not someone else’s take on them. I realize you’re the creator and host of the podcast and it’s all your show, but a little less off-the-cuff commentary would definitely help. With all due respect…

Add it to the end of full length episodes. Don’t tell me there’s something new just for me to see there’s a 7 minute preview. I promise that doesn’t make me want to subscribe.

This is my favorite podcast. Amazing job on editing and research. I scare myself all the time by listening to stories at night but it’s worth it.

I’m updating my review to say that my favorite story in the series is the “Them” six part series. I understand there has been some backlash around that particular series and I think. i like the people he chooses and the stories but the host is so clearly making every guest waaaaay over explain things just to make the episode long enough for ad breaks. a lot of repeating boring details. i wish i could like this show more. i think he needs to start making every ep two stories so he doesn’t need to drag out every single one.

This is the first podcast I’ve ever listened to. I work 12 hours a day driving truck, and I like to listen to talk and not music. One night I tuned into coast to coast am and an ad for this show came on. I immediately went to investigate this. Instantly loved it and couldn’t get enough. The stories are so personal and I tend to think about these story tellers sometimes and if they’re okay. I love that Jack isn’t a professional and simply started this show because it’s a topic of his curiosity. You’re an awesome host, I love it, and keep it going. …even though it freaks me out when I’m at work, in the middle of nowhere, while my mind plays tricks on me.

Jack is a great interviewer. I love hearing the stories and have expanded my perspective of our world.

Some one said that they don’t like that the people telling the stories stumble and reiterate while trying to get the point…. What?? It is so hard to talk about yourself especially when talking about something that feels unexplainable and extraordinary…. The people are real and they are telling their stories authentically and I love that the host allows this… and yes he summarizes it, but I don’t mind because his genuine interest in the topics and the stories of those he has on the podcast is refreshing and feels like “good human” energy. The stories are intriguing, and thought provoking. Thanks Jack Wagner for great story telling and giving relevance and compassion and genuine interest to the people who are willing to tell their stories!!!

…gets cut off during the 2nd part. The friend is smack in the middle of telling her side of the story when, all of a sudden, you’re giving the credits/outro. Then, there’s about ten minutes of silence. And that was a really good episode, too! Can it be reuploaded so we can finish getting her friend’s story? I’m sure someone must’ve informed you already but just in case. Love the show! But respectfully, you do need better titles, like, why is this The Sleepover? It should be, in my estimation, The Implant or The Alien in the House on the Graveyard or just The Alien Implant, but call it something that at least helps jog the memory! Too many episodes have sleepovers to make that title have any significance. And don’t get me started on Many Things! 😂

i enjoy Jack as a host and for the most part like the pod, but it really seems like a majority of episodes are just hallucinations from sleep paralysis. If I get to a point where the guest is describing having some sort of encounter or experience while in bed i immediately switch out of the podcast. The other stories that dont contain this are really fun though:)

I look forward to the new episode every week. Honestly one of the best shows for those interested in the supernatural.

Lots of rambling and repetition by the guests while they get to their point. Then you get an unnecessary recap of the same thing you just heard by the host. Most of the 2 part episodes are a money grab to extend content. The host also somewhat self-centers himself in stories, and for some reason felt the need to let us know in one of his ads that he is a big, strong man that doesn’t need his kitty litter in smaller, easier to lift sizes like the rest of us wimps.

Thank you for making a show that is as thought provoking as it is humbling. You are a gifted journalist. You reignited my curiosity of what’s possible at a time when I really needed it. Please keep up the great work!

For the past few months, this has been my favorite podcast. One of the many things I love about it is that you find every day people with an extraordinary story and let them tell it. When I saw the first celebrity guest pop up, I honestly bristled because it felt very offbrand. I tried to listen to it, but it’s not what I come here for. Now I see another celebrity podcast is posted, and I’ve come here to beg. Please don’t turn this into a celebrity podcast. I’m sure it’s tempting once you have access on this platform to talk to cool people, but hearing the stories from the regular, Jane and Joe is what makes this podcast great.

I’ve devoured every episode, and love how Jack lets people just tell their stories, and the listener form their own opinions. After listening to so many stories, I can see common threads that help me piece together my own theories. I’ve had many paranormal experiences in my life, especially regarding ouija boards and now I feel very validated with similar stories being told. Also enjoy the music and overall production of this show!

My grandma had an NDE, was a devout Catholic her whole life…on the other side she looked down and saw all religions connected to the same source, that it didn’t matter. I feel her legacy and love with me when I listen to this podcast. Great work

I really enjoyed listening to this podcast! It introduces subjects that are not only unique but also informative and thought provoking. I have recommended these stories to a lot of friends and acquaintances. The guests on this show have enlarged my viewpoint beyond my own small circle of experiences.

I’ve listened to so many episodes hoping I’d change my mind but I think the guests on this show are just not great storytellers. Half the time I’m not sure what the point of the story is, and these are pretty long episodes. I get that they’re preserving the person’s experience but I don’t know, it’s so long-winded. Audio is great! I just wish the point of the stories was more obvious I guess.

“You’re Not Eileen” was my first episode and I’ve been hooked ever since.

My daughter told my wife who told me about this podcast. Started at the beginning. Loving the experience. I have dealt with much of the same that I’ve heard so far. Resonates.

Second half of this episode is one of the most fascinating, gripping, well told stories to date, overwhelmingly curious yet satisfyingly evil in a spiritual core. Things like this can only be found an brought to the surface by Mr. Jack in his otherworld!

Episode 106 was soooo drawn out and both guests stories could have been 5 mins. Aiden describing walking out in the woods for the majority of the story was just droning on and on and on- I only listened to it because she sounds like Jennifer Lawrence🤣 and hoping for an exciting climax that never happened.

I am a true crime fan but I also love listening to peoples stories. I have learned every person has a story & they’re all worth listening to. These people just happen to have very interesting stories! The podcast is well done & the people are respected by the host, Jack Wagner. Jack, keep it up! Well done 😊

I just found this podcast via a great review on Reddit and it has very quickly become my all time favorite for paranormal true stories. Jack Wagner does a fantastic job not only hosting, but researching the stories also, adding another layer of validity to the podcast. Absolutely first rate. Thank you!!

I want to love this show, but you need to get a more shrewd editor. 2/3 of each episode is the host rambling and advertisements. Keep it just to the guest speaker as much as possible and you will have a truly great show.

I enjoy this podcast and usually find the tone and content well presented and fascinating. I really loved the near death experience episode and the interview with Shannon Taggart. The most recent series, The Reader, is not sitting that well, though. I appreciate that this woman had this experience but the way it’s presented really plays into a harmful “magical disabled person” trope. I see that the narrator is trying to give us some context on Jamie’s interior life, but ultimately Jamie is only a vessel for these messages from the dead. Regardless of the truth of the situation, it would be nice to see a counterpoint to this story from a disabled activist or scholar who could contextualize this in the broader history of harmful narratives about disability.

This show has a lot of potential, but many of the guests wind up talking in circles. Many of the 2-part stories could be condensed to 44-50 min tops. I’m also skeptical of the numerous 5 star ratings…are they honest ratings, or just people in the podcaster’s network?

I have been listening from the beginning and I am continually blown away be how powerful many of the episodes are. These are not just scary stories to give you a thrill and move on. Many of these episodes are deep and emotional and will make you question things in your own life. Highly recommend to anyone with an open mind and a desire for something more meaningful.

It’s definitely a very well produced podcast for ghost stories and paranormal stuff. I appreciate host selection of the stories that’s get to put on the show. It makes the show just that much better than other unselected ghost stories.

I love ghostly and spooky tales however my only suggestion would be to edit down on the timing of some of the episodes. I've noticed I start tuning out bc the guests repeat themselves or they take a while to make their point. I definitely think keeping the episodes at an hour works best, which requires the editor to really only leave the valuable words spoken.

I just discovered this podcast the other day and love it so far! It’s really high quality and I really like how the stories are narrated -reminds me a bit of Radio Rental without the silliness. I also really like how the host does his best to verify and “screen” the stories he allows on the show. It’s very guest and story heavy rather than a lot of fluff from the host which I really appreciate. Can’t wait to listen to more.

This is my favorite show! It has opened my mind to thinking of the universe and human reality in ways I never expected. Jack is thorough with his research and particular about what stories he puts on the show. I appreciate that he looks for stories from people who are not searching out paranormal experiences. It gives the podcast credibility. I also like that he interviews multiple people who were there instead of just one person’s point of view. Very well done.

Otherworld has surpassed all others of its kind. Only one other podcast, Radio Rental, is comparable. The transitions of storytelling is so smooth.

I only recently started listening to Otherworld, but I had quickly become one of my favorite podcasts. These stories seem important, possibly giving us a glimpse to a reality beyond our day to day senses and experiences. 10/10

I started listening to otherworld about a months ago and I’ve listened to nearly all the episodes. I can honestly say I’ve learned a lot through this podcast. And look forward to it to and from work everyday. I have had a few unexplainable experiences myself and many people on this podcast have had similar experiences to my own. I just love this podcast!

Ok I loved this podcast until episode 97 “discernment”. Incredibly disappointed in the kind of self centered and disrespectful tone of this episode. Not sure if I will listen again.

I listen to a lot of podcasts that cover a variety of topics. Other World is my favorite. Not because of the paranormal theme, but the quality of the stories, Jack’s interview style, and the in-depth exploration of the story. I actually love Monday mornings again!
