    Helpful Advice Post Divorce
Great podcast! I love the camaraderie of the hosts and how clearly they break down complex topics. I found your podcast while searching for how to coparent with a high-conflict person—or, as his psych eval revealed “struggles with severe psychopathology.” Even though I am years out from my divorce, I have 4 young children, so even though I prefer no/low contact, it’s hard to manage the onslaught of boundary-pushing behaviors and cruel texts and emails that have nothing to do with the kids. I never respond, but over time, this has me feeling like a doormat. Responding with one-line direct responses seems to keep me from engaging, yet doesn’t stop the nasty notes and treatment. I’m a new listener so I will search to see if there’s a show about succinct communication that sets a boundary while side-stepping the abusive noise. I am looking forward to seeing if your catalog has episodes that address topics like domestic violence issues in divorce, DARVO and CPTSD from the aftershocks of separation from a DV (broken) cycle. I also am hoping there’s a call-in or listeners email section of your show since I bet many more are dealing with these issues and sometimes it helps to hear from the people who are “in it” (and your feedback) to know others are going through the same thing.

    Great resource for custody battle
They are amazing in giving as much info as possible on how to go about things in a divorce / custody. They take things and break it down into which is easier understood. I have listened to numerous shows and will continue to listen as long as I go through my custody battle. They have honestly helped me more than I can ever show thankfulness they deserve more than five stars. And bonus thier corny humor also makes it fun to listen to this topic!!!!
  • Wonderful x 1000
    Priceless
This is by far the best podcast in dealing with divorce issues/concerns. They are fantastic in their ability to dumbing down the courts process and laws regarding divorce for us who don’t quite understand “lawyer/legal speak”. They are able to take a major and serious life event and make it interesting and entertaining. The banter is the icing on the cake! Love listening to you and love learning new ways to help my divorce issues. Your podcast is invaluable! Thank you!

If you’re going through a divorce, hit the subscribe button now.
I’ve listened to innumerable hours of podcasts, but this is the first time I’ve ever written a review. As someone in the midst of a very messy divorce, the Divorce Team Radio podcast is one of my most valuable and utilized resources. I’ve spent more time with these guys than I have my own (very good, but very expensive) attorney, which has saved me money, time, and angst. They do a great job explaining the whys and hows of family law litigation, often giving real-life examples which helps make things both more understandable and relatable. There are a lot of good family law podcasts out there, but in my opinion this one is by far the best because it is both comprehensive and detailed, and applicable to every step in the litigation process. Oh and did I mention they have transcripts of each show available too? Seriously, just subscribe. You won’t regret it!

Useful info, fun to listen to these two!
These guys are experienced and knowledgeable about divorce and custody law. Not to mention it's actually an enjoyable listen! Which is rare for attorneys, (no offense) but these guys have fun with it, while making difficult-to-understand topics easy to grasp. I'm super grateful to have found this podcast during my emotionally draining custody battle. PS you guys should list your website in the description of each episode so we can visit directly from the podcast! And maybe even the guests that come on, if you find that to be appropriate. Anyway, thank you so much for sharing your knowledge and experience with people like me who have zero idea of how to navigate this vast legal universe!! Thanks again, I sincerely appreciate you both for sharing your time and educating me about law. -allee

    Great insight
I listened to a few episodes in preparation for being a guest on the show (#177) and was impressed with how they combined a deep knowledge with easy listenability. This was confirmed when I worked with them on the episode. Thoroughly recommended.

    WONDERFUL INSIGHTS!
For anyone who is going to be going through the worst possible situation you never thought you’d find yourself in. As a parent who shares a child with another person yet NEVER married even, but prepping for the WORST of battles to help get the BEST RESULTS! My ex is a lawyer, and is not exactly ethical, & has a history of fraud, litigation abuse and Domestic Violence. This is my worst possible nightmare, one I never thought I would find myself in, or wish for anyone! I have a great attorney and legal team, but of course anxiety and emotions are running HIGH! Especially when you have a child/children involved! I love these podcasts, and they have helped put me at ease, along with a ton of great tips that I will be using for myself, and strategically for my case. Sadly it’s no secret how high-conflict it is, but it’s also been providing me a sense of peace in my heart as I have to go through this nightmare. Love the deposition episodes! Ways to understand the nuances, and help you when you’ve never been in the “hot seat” as your life is going to be open for interpretation! Keeping it simple and don’t worry about “the story”! I love this, especially when you have a high-conflict case!

    My favorite podcast!!
These guys are always a pleasure to listen to. They are entertaining and educational because they are knowledgeable of the law and family court rules and procedures but at the same time they are funny comedians too lol. I like that they have humor at the same time I’m learning important details about custody and child support which keeps me entertained. Hopefully they will continue to make more episodes because they are my favorite channel to listen to. Thanks guys!

    Thanks guys
It’s funny that this is called Divorce Team Radio - Your Source for Divorce and Family Law Matters. Which is very accurate as they are very professional, I have truly enjoyed listening. I started listening to them because I have started a divorce process. But this podcast has saved my marriage with an episode about communication. I’ve gotten my soon to be ex wife to listen to it, it has changed everything for the better. These are two lawyers with a loving soul, they deserve your subscription. Thanks again!
