I’m a mom of four boys, and no one else in my family has ever homeschooled their kiddos before. I stumbled on Durenda’s podcast and fell absolutely in love. Listening to this podcast is like sitting with a Titus 2 woman, and getting sound advice. She fills my cup up, and makes me truly believe that I can homeschool these darling boys. She’s also reassured me that boys are different (no kidding, God made them that way) and to make the right steps in allowing them to be boys instead of putting them in a box and thinking something is wrong with them. We’ve taken many breaks during our school day to run, play, and burn off energy. Our schooling has been going great since adding that to our school. Sure, it may take longer but I’m not getting as frustrated as I was before. I can’t thank her enough for her wise wisdom. Thank you ❤️

I love listening to Durenda! She has a very soothing voice and great insights! I grew up in a nonconventional homeschool setting, so it is great to hear about her own style and how we don’t have to have an Instagram life. She offers real life, practical guides to having a more Christ-centered home.

I was really encouraged by her book “The Four Hours School Day” which changed my homeschool life to be much more relaxed and fruitful. After that I started listening to this podcast, and it had been super helpful, her experiences and words of wisdom really set my heart in peace as I continue my homeschool journey.

This has got to be one of my top podcasts to listen to and recommend. As a new homeschool mom I’ve found so much encouragement through Durenda. She is so full of wisdom in this area and I basically listen to every episode. My only tiff with this show, and the reason I’m not leaving a 5 star review is that she tends to cut off her guests A LOT! I value what Durenda has to say but there is time to listen to her when she doesn’t have a guest on. Many times when she has a guest im interested in I’ve noticed she speaks over them and doesn’t let them finish their thought . Its very frustrating to not know what they had to say.

I was in need of some confidence boosts and guidance in homeschool for my daughter not home schooling is not an option whatsoever. This podcast has brought me so much confidence and even my husband. I send him my family and friends episodes constantly. Thank you for walking the path God has placed you on.

I literally feel like every time she releases a podcast, it is personally curated for me. Lol. I just absolutely love the topics she covers and how helpful she is! The next generation of women are hungry for truth and this is a great resource!

Looking back, I wish I had been brave enough to homeschool. Our children are all planning to homeschool their children which is why I began searching for podcasts to help educate me! I have learned a tremendous amount plus my booklist has doubled! I enjoy Durenda’s light-hearted approach to important yet difficult topics. This is my all time favorite podcast! I don’t listen to every episode because I’m usually busy with kiddos and don’t have a chance to turn it on often. I just discovered Durinda’s podcast and love it! She has some very thoughtful things to say and it is SO encouraging in my stage of life (56 year old mom with two teenage boys that homeschool). Most importantly, she always points back to God’s word, love, peace, provision and soverignty in all we are going through.
