    Brilliant!
You know you love a podcast when you can sit in your car and listen to it for hours! Update: I think Jim should go back to his voice from season one. He starts to sound a bit ridiculous and I got turned off a bit.

    BRILLIANT!!
I found this podcast by happenstance, and I am incredibly grateful I did. — This is brilliant, transformative and grounding. I’m hooked. I’ve laughed, I’ve cried, I’ve been filled with gratitude. I can’t stop listening. I never leave reviews, but I’m compelled to because of the impact these episodes have had on my understanding of self, my experiences and the world around me. Thank you for creating this space! I hope to build up the courage to share my story one day, but in the meantime, I will continue to listen to these courageous souls.

    Happy Returns!
We love listening to Jim. I could listen to him reading the telephone directory (do they still have them?🤔). He puts the story first, second, and third. Great to see you back, when I hear your voice it's like an old friend walked into the room. Mark Anthony Wyatt (Cuckoo Town Podcast) weird/arts/counterculture/history/literature/music

Happy To See Jim Perry & Euphomet Back!
I have missed this podcast so much. I adore Euphomet & all its spinoffs. Long time listener here & I urge anyone with a fascination with the unknown to listen to anything Euphomet. No one, I mean NO ONE, does it better than Jim Perry. He’s thoughtful, kind, interesting, brilliant, empathetic, & wildly creative. A+ production always. And oddly relaxing—Jim’s voice is *chef’s kiss”.

    My first podcast love, returned!
I tripped on this podcast years ago, when it first started. And fell DEEP. I love the story telling style, the music, the messages. To say I was devastated when the podcast ended is an understatement. I found a couple others that I have grown to love (and support) but I’m gitty to see this back! Thank you for all of the time and effort you put into this show - I adore it!

    Awesome show
The latest episode about the chef who did ritual magic was incredible!

    So bummed
I absolutely love the obscure stories on this podcast!

Some good content but the episode titles are confusing
Just that. The episode titles seem at times too vague and it’s hard to know what I’m about to listen to.

    Sound Design!
Fantastic stories with the best weirdos. Compassionate open minded storytelling. Jim is so gentle with the most soothing voice. Music and sound design are phenomenal.

    Setting the Mood
Jim does a great job presenting different stories from diverse perspectives. One detail I especially appreciate with Euphomet is how Jim establishes the atmosphere and mood. I believe you need to be in the right headspace to tap into the paranormal, most of us can’t absorb it when our minds are focused on the usual rat-race of our daily lives, it’s very much about the mood and environment. Euphomet really does a great job in setting that up, and getting you to the place where you can sit back and absorb the show.

Make sure to reseearch the topics and guests!
Watch your back with the types of guest that are given a platfrom. A lot of the guests have some pretty troubling views outside the paranormal. Have fun but please do some due dillgrance and look these people up before taking anything to seriously.

    Lots of Filler
Heavy on chit chat, music, and ads, light on substance and coherent stories. I wish the show were similar to its beginning where experiencers would tell their stories. Now, the show has devolved into just “catching up” with the same guests, reflecting on how much the host enjoys the show, and reminding us how the show “brings everyone together during these tough times.” I find myself skipping ahead a lot hoping to find some content. Where content or stories exist, it’s sometimes difficult to follow or understand what the guests (and host often) are getting at. I’ve finished more than a few episodes wondering “Huh?” The host also allows his politics to bleed into the show for some reason. He’s always down with the latest popular movement and will remind the listeners of his support of said movement.

    Personable Interviewing, Inconsistent Audio
The host is very kind, respectful, and genuine. Interviewing style is fantastic! Episodes are longer than what I’m used to from podcasts but the topics and conversations are so intriguing. And the guests he’s able to obtain are impressive! Only gave 1 less star because of the audio quality (eg some voices loud, some muffled, etc).

    Fascinating, well-produced, great host
Highly recommend this fascinating podcast that has introduced me to whole new worlds. Host Jim Perry is unfailingly decent, kind, and full of wonder. So no matter how you feel about the subject matter, just tune in to listen to Jim Perry if you need some soul-soothing. And who doesn’t?

    Heir to Art
I used to listen to Coast to Coast AM back in the days of Art Bell. After subsequent decades of nominal normalcy, Night Drift has been my gateway back into High Strangeness. Jim Perry is a great host and guide into the labyrinth of the Phenomenon.

    My favorite
The best supernatural podcast! Jim clearly loves being the Euphomet DJ and his enthusiasm is infectious.
  • Rose051391
    Great Episode!
Just stumbled upon your Night Drift episode Strange Reports with Bex. Was awesome to hear real first hand accounts from Kate. Sounds like she has experienced a lot with the supernatural, great addition to the show.

Good content but needs technical attention
I want to say upfront that the content is excellent. However, I wonder if you check the episodes before posting them as the audio levels between different voices can vary so much that it makes some people hard to hear. For example, in the latest episode, ‘Bex’ is extremely quiet compared to everyone else so you have to choose between turning it up too loud for everyone else or average volume and just not hear what she is saying. Fix that, and you nailed it. Great content, thanks.

    So good!
I really love this podcast. The stories are fantastic and thought provoking and Jim has a great interview style.

    You need this!!!
I love everything about this podcast!!! Stories told by the ones who experienced them that are perfectly strange, beautiful, chilling and heartwarming. Stories too touching and resonant to be fiction. Reality is always stranger than fiction anyway…….

    Just wonderful!
    Great storytelling respectfully presented.

    A Great Show
I am in the midst of binging this show. And honestly, it has not disappointed me! The show is very well crafted and every story is so engaging. I may be wrong as I haven’t finished the entire series yet but I would love more diversity amongst your guests. There are so many different experiences and views of the paranormal among countless cultures, racial and ethnic backgrounds. I think what this show is missing is something beyond focusing on mainly white guests (who are also US based) and their experiences (though I do recognize race, ethnicity and nationality are totally different things). As a Black spooky lover, I’m always craving to see myself and other PoCs reflected in these spaces. Looking forward to hearing more.

Awesome show with great stories put together perfectly!

    Honestly One of the Best
I recommend this podcast to so many people. It’s one of the best podcasts on the paranormal, because it’s not here for the “spooky” effect, but looks deep into each subject. The interview are well done and I’ve learned so much about topics I hadn’t really thought much of. The host is kind, thorough, and makes you really relate to him, the people he’s speaking with and the topics. Please keep up the great work!

    The Next Best Thing…
The next best thing to being friends with Jim Perry is hanging out with him and his friends via the Euphomet podcast and radio show.

    Wow
This is a great show. It’s a little hidden gem that I was lucky enough to hear about on another paranormal podcast. I’m so glad I checked it out. It’s very well done, and it is one of my go to’s

Feels like sitting in on conversations at a comfy coffee shop
I love the vibe of this show. I feel cozy and intrigued by the wonderful stories.

    Captivating, raw, weird
This is good stuff. Each episode a different flavor of weird from the last. Real people like you and me. Person-centric. Well done.

    Leave politics out Jim!
Awesome podcast. Shared it so many times with friends. And then Jim started to be political and doing this Black Lives Matter thing. If you want to make the world a better place, supporting a domestic terrorist organization is maybe not the way to go! I am am in favor of all lives mattering, just like most people with a heart and a brain, but if you are now doing this virtue signaling thing, i will detach. Another thing: that philipino lady was unbearable. What does the paranormal have to do with her giving a speech, what she identifies as? Insufferable! The last episode when Darcy had to dig into the „horse dewormer“ just shows how ignorant and uneducated you are, Darcy. If you are not aware that Ivermectin is a standard medication for humans and animals alike, you should probably just go back to watching CNN. You guys are becoming what you think the Main Stream Media is. The Truth Seeker community is better without people like you, that pretend to be seeking the truth and then you are not even seeing how the world is being stolen from us. I will unsubscribe.

    Love it
Love the podcast! But WAYYY too many ads.
  • Vanaramalife
    Interesting stories well told.
The only negative is that the background music is way too loud and it interferes with the storytelling. It drowns out the narrators.
  • gallenger
    Hit or miss
Interesting paranormal content and a novel treatment of the subject. Some episodes, it is hard to tell what story they are going for, like the story doesn’t have room to breathe. Understandable due to an interview-driven format, a lot just seems like coincidental stories that have been elevated to something more. Will give it more time to try and get in to it, and see where it goes
  • djmaximumshine
A good start but lacks depth because episodes are too short
Too much time is wasted with ads. Hopefully the episodes will get longer to accommodate so much as time, and more can be discussed/revealed/learned/solved. Episodes don’t go into enough depth for anything to be truly revealed/learned/solved. The mood, production, and host are very good.
  • Jahlsboy
    Brilliant, Relevant, Ear Worthy Stories
Jim Perry reveals a layer of humanity within us that most of us are afraid to admit. It is as though he has a backstage pass into the undercurrent of our existence. I enjoy the thoroughness of each episode. Euphomet is visceral and taps into the vein of our experience with an honest curiosity that I have found nowhere else.

    Great listening experience
I just wanted to say how much I truly appreciate this show. Over the course of the last few days I’ve been listening to this at work, and I always come away with a sense of mystery and awe. There is so much in this world that is unexplored, and I love Euphomet’s tenacity in the subject matter.
