Fuel_FiguredFinallyFinally a podcast that uses science to support exercise and nutrition! I found this podcast through Body for Wife and I'm so happy I did. The variety of episodes has become not only a solid base of factual information but also a personal support when I'm having an "off" day. Thank you so much for the work you do in the fitness industry! I also went on the Food For Fitness website and purchased all three of the cookbooks. I've made one recipe so far and it was delicious.

C jamesonI get so much out of this!I've been listening to the Food for Fitness app now for a week and love it! I love hearing the insight and knowledge from all his guests. These people really motivate and inspire. Thank you Scott! So I have a question about Woman's multi vitamins vs. men's vitamins. I have a friend who feels that men and woman don't need a different multi vitamin and it's biased. He feels that they aren't gender related and you just need A Multi Vitamin period. So I'm curious on your take, do we woman need to take specific multi vitamins for labeled for woman?

His choice of guest speakers represent a wide spectrum of athletes, coaches, fitness professionals, and nutritional scientists. The interviews are a great way to keep each episode interesting and provide different points of view. I can't get enough of this show and listen to the podcast in my car instead of bad news radio. Both beginners and fitness enthusiasts will find it motivational and educational. If I would choose to know one thing when I started my body transformation years ago, I would pick this podcast as a starting point and source of information. Thanks, Scott, and keep up the great work!

PixelTreasonScience (not bro-science!) based.Excellent podcast with a solid science base. You won't find pseudoscience or bro-science advice here! Love the host and only wish there was more host/less guest. The guests are good as well but that can be inconsistent and Scott is always a pleasure to listen to. Perhaps a long "this week in fitness" news segment or something similar? I'm just greedy for more Scott!

Scott comes across as friendly and personable and does a great job interviewing guests—each of whom is an expert in some aspect of health and nutrition. Most importantly, there are no "bros" on this podcast, which is really terrific. Keep it up!

I was surpised to even get a response to my impractical request. Love the show very informative. Easy to apply small changes I even learned about an oatmeal recipe with canned pumpkin can't wait to try. Thanks for a great show I love to listen during my walks & in the car on the way to work.
