I have to admit, I was convinced that the first episode I tried listening to was some kind of joke. I was waiting for that dork Ashton Kutcher to come tell me I was getting punked. He’s forcing it, hard.

I love Jay's content. He's a great debater, and relatively funny. My only issue is the audio quality is terrible. I've listened to podcasts where the host is pretty much unknown and records on their phone and the quality is better. Dude needs a cough button or something too. It's always busting my ear drums.

Jay’s podcast is my favorite by far. Orthodoxy, spirituality, conspiracy, politics, culture. It’s got everything. I’ve been listening to every episode from 2018. Jay puts out a TON of content, often a few hours of show time a day. So I’ve only gotten up to late 2022 so far, but Jay in 2018 was already past where I was in 2023.

Jay maybe the most irritating person in the space…. Granted he has some some good information it doesn’t change the fact he is insufferable….

Good info but a hard listen because the host will randomly start yelling. It’s really jarring and about blows out your ears. Lots of throat clearing too.

Probably one the best content creators from a literary standpoint. Above and beyond well read and easily accessible for most of not all

Best Orthodox apologist I’ve ever listened to. Lots of great book recommendations. Always backs up all his arguments and explains his arguments in great detail. People may say he is mean or unprofessional, if thats what you so called “orthodox Christians” care about, then I wouldn’t read the lives of the saints and the type of debating that they did. Listen to the actual arguments. Actually try to learn something. And put yourself in his shoes, having to explain the same arguments to the same people for hours and hours for years on end. I’ve encountered that myself and I can tell you it gets very frustrating. But God bless this podcast, lots of great topics and the Geopolitics are awesome. I never got into them until I started listening to this show. But really goes to show how the Devil is using the top elites to trick us and to attack us. Jay Dyer exposes those playbooks!

Be wary of listening too much to anyone claiming to be a Christian but is forever caught up inside divisive theology, like Protestantism vs orthodox Christianity. The Holy Spirit is our teacher, not man. Also it produces zero righteousness in us when we go down the rabbit holes. Jay is a good example. After all these years, he has a Christian podcast with a vulgar language warning placed over it. Bro, get it together. Orthodox Jesus isn’t gonna wash you clean. The Bible Jesus will, tho.

Orthodoxy in real life has very little to do with debates and “owning” the opposition. The most revered saints and fathers exhibit humility and gentleness—keep this in mind.

Keeps your attention through difficult topics and tedious evidence. Jay has an ability to know when a narrative is getting bogged down and injects humor or commentary to keep listeners engaged. His understanding of religious fundamentals and modern geopolitical realities is only found in three or four other “experts.” Please continue the slog you’re appreciated.

Listening is EXTREMELY difficult because you hear the food & beverage being chewed & swallowed…and the lip snapping makes me want to scold the host for being so rude to his audience! Do you want us to listen or not? Semi-disrespectful depending on intention which I don’t quite know based on his presentation. This nuisance hinders me from being able to actively listen to the host. I try to listen to all sides of Christian viewpoints but this alone makes it difficult…the chewing/lip smacking is crass, gross! Yuck!! And the ad hominem that is constantly used is another barrier. Are you trying to be the guy’s guy? Disagree, disagree passionately, criticize but don’t debase yourself to being a “normie” by putting down the people you’re criticizing (head smack). Making fun of a hair cut or doing a nerd voice…how does this up your credibility or validate your points? Make your points, give us the sources, citation matters, instead of attacking the person. We need the receipts as they say! I would be willing to listen if the host was professional and had more theological & academic sources backing his points.

Been listening for years. Roman Catholic myself, but, it’s good to listen to Jay. I enjoy his deep dives into history, theology, and culture. He’s the kinda dude I would have hung out with in college and knocked back some buds discussing philosophy. 10/10 recommend. Also: the reviews criticizing Jay’s audio quality… I have no idea what their talking about. Each and every episode has been 💯 as far as audio.

Been following Jay for years and have learned more from his podcasts and website than I ever would’ve learned in grad school.

This episode with PBF was great. Loaded with information. Jay always hits it out of the park.

Must listen material. I always enjoy every podcast! The content/material covers a wide spectrum of engaging topics, providing a measure of depth, perspective and humor that is unparalleled. Additionally, Jay and Jamie’s movie analysis is an extra bonus that everyone should experience!

Love the material, interviews, and knowledge y’all have to share. Please-please-please fix the audio. I can barely hear the conversation so I have my audio on blast (airpods, Bluetooth speaker, tv, and car audio will be on max) then during the ads I nearly go deaf from how loud those are. Also why are the ads just randomly added while you or the guest are talking? I’ll properly give the 5star review once this gets fixed. Looking forward to July 6!

he’s so knowledgeable and backs absolutely everything up with a variety of sources. i really feel like i’m learning whenever i listen to him, im grateful for that. idk why people here claim he’s pretentious? i’ve listened/watched dozens of his analyses over the years and never once got a hint of pretentiousness or narcissism. i literally cannot think of a single time that even the tone of his voice sounded anything but level-headed and sincere. if you’re into history, religion, and “conspiracies” you not only will enjoy jay dyer but you’re likely to actually learn something new as well. five stars for sure

Jay is very intelligent and educated. He is quite the personality but you can learn a lot by listening to his stuff. He knows about lots of different topics. Don’t listen to the haters, think for yourself and check it out. Mind opening for sure.

Jay Dyer is awesome! I am a bit of a nerd and can’t get enough of his lectures and debates. He is intelligent and not afraid to go “toe to toe” with others to show that his analysis is accurate and backed up with facts. I also like that I feel like I’m actually learning something new again and it’s almost like i am back in college without the homework LOL. I plan on subscribing to his website so I can truly enjoy his work. Keep ‘em coming Jay and thank you.

Because of Jay’s arguments I actually converted to Eastern Orthodoxy from the Roman Catholic Church. Thanks Jay! Keep up the good work. I don’t care too much for the content that covers conspiracy stuff and geopolitical topics but the Orthodox talks always catch my ear

You can’t find a blend of history, philosophy, geopolitics, and theology like this anywhere else. Jay knows when to deliver the information with a serious tone and also when to use humor. Jay’s world is always entertaining and enlightening.

If you’re looking for cultural criticism, you won’t find much better. Particularly if you’re interested in historical accuracy, a philosophical perspective, and a keen eye for seeing through the constant ruse taking place in the geopolitical sphere.

But Jay please! Don’t use James White, Paul Washer or other neocalvinists as examples of reformed theologians- these guys are egotistical jerks! Praying you’ll come back to the normal circle of true bereans.
