If you are just getting in to real estate there are a lot of podcasts out there, but if you are serious about the asset class this podcast brings on serious, high level operators and investors. If you want to compete with the best you have to learn from them and this podcast brings some of the best. Great podcast if you are serious.

Or “How to be Unethical for Cash Flow”

Kevin doesn’t talk about how how creating passive income for yourself by buying properties for rental hurts people trying to buy homes to live in. Taking properties that you didn’t build or rehabilitate to use as cash cows for yourself is parasite investing - Using your money to shut people out of what would most likely be their only source of equity, financial stability, and personal stability. It makes you the middleman in increasing hardship for people who actually work for a living.

Good podcast with plenty of actionable information. However the commercial break in the middle that cut the guest in mid sentence is completely unprofessional and disrespectful for the guest. Would it be too hard to wait until the end of a sentence?

The best commercial investing podcast I’ve come across!

Keven is not only an expert in multiple real estate niches, but also an expert interviewer. He’s excellent at extracting details about his guest, their investments and how they operate as a business. He makes sure each guest leave a “golden nugget” for beginners, as well as recourses like websites, favorite business books and much more. I’ve listened to his entire library and can say without a doubt that his podcast has had a similar effect on my investment career as I received from reading Rich Dad Poor Dad... now that’s saying something.

Have listened to maybe two or three dozen and they don’t disappoint. One request - please put the episode numbers back on the titles! Very difficult for me to track my notes without specific podcasts to reference. Thanks Kevin
