orangecaneInformative and funIf you’re a fan of Coronation Street, new or old, there’s no better podcast than Conversation a Street. Michael and Gemma banter like a... not-so-old married couple and it’s just like gossiping with your best friends about your favorite show!

CleveHaliA must for Coronation Street fansMichael and Gemma are clever, fun, and great company on Saturday mornings, talking—spoiler-free—about the week’s episodes of Coronation Street. Love their recaps, opinions, interviews, and cheery conversation, and there’s a wonderful Facebook group of podcast listeners. Highly recommended!

pinktechBest Podcast for Corrie Fans - Full StopIf you are a fan of Coronation Street and find yourself wanting a little more WITHOUT SPOILERS, Gemma and Michael have the perfect podcast for you. Every week starts with storyline recaps, not just plot points but character analysis, actor kudos, a discussion of believability,... It’s like you’re having a chat with your friends about your favorite show. The “middle section” is something a bit more in depth. It could be a character analysis, an interview with one of the stars, a discussion of a recurring theme, almost always something new and interesting. The end is the highly encouraged listener feedback. And if that’s not enough, there is also an active, very kind Facebook group for discussion of the show (on the UK ITV/US BritBox timeline), the podcast and occasional extras, also Corrie spoiler free. Sometimes I feel I watch Corrie so I understand the podcast and can participate in the FB banter. Give it a try and join our circle of friends.

Louis JNHighlight of My TV WeekOne of the best parts of watching a soap is the community that also watches. Living in the States, I have few friends who watch Corrie, so I love listening to this podcast for the sense of friendship they work so hard to cultivate. Both Gemma and Michael are hilarious, and the conversational tone of the podcast is so relatable. I love the interviews, I love Street Talk, I love the quiz, but most of all I love the way they bring in listener's comments into their discussion. If you're looking for a Corrie podcast that loves to talk about all things Corrie without taking it all WAY too seriously, this is it. I always end up smiling throughout.

Bre (Breauntae)A Destination for All Of Your Coronation Streed Needs!Every week I look forward listening to Gemma and Michael, as they break down the past week of episodes of a British Institution with dedication and humor brought to you by the husband and wife duo who love Corrie as much if not more than their listeners.

Peg D MBloody Brilliant!Since discovering this podcast my life has become more flavorful, colorful and less stressful. I lost 30 pounds! Gemma and Michael have voices of angelic proportions and make art of the subject of Corrie. Run to your nearest podcast shop and get this for your ears. You will thank me! PDM

Kansas AnglophileYou make me want to come to teaWhen I listen to this podcast during my Saturday morning run, I always wish I could come over for tea at yours and discuss all of these crazy and endearing characters with someone in real life. Being a hick in the middle of the US with a strange and unexplained passion for Coronation Street (as well as Emmerdale, Eastenders, Poldark and Sherlock, in opposite order of importance), your podcast gives me at least two other human beings' thoughts on the show I enjoy so much! Michael and Gemma, you fill a real niche that for nearly two decades I did not know could even be filled. Next time I am in England, I will wish that I could meet you "in real life!"

Rob M33Great companion to Corrie!I love this podcast! It is so nice to have another take on the tales of Coronation Street. Gemma and Michael and witty, fun and insightful. I listen while I drive and it makes the commutes so enjoyable. Thanks Gemma and Michael.

KerryHesterGreat companion podcast for the TV showI only discovered this podcast a few months ago after I read a mention on the Coronation Street Blog. I was missing out! I will be backtracking and catching up :) Michael and Gemma are excellent hosts - lots of history of the show and thank goodness, they are not afraid to speak their minds! I love listening and there has yet to be an episode that doesn't make me laugh and "talk" to my radio. Thank you both!

Tina3WKirk would call this podcast quality!I want to write a long, elaborate review of this podcast, but I don't have time. You see, Gemma and Michael just put a new podcast of Conversation Street up and I have to listen to it right away. It's like this every week. I watch all the Corrie episodes and can't wait to hear Gemma and Michael break it down for me. I'm American and being an American Corrie fan is kind of lonely. I don't have a group of friends who watch it. It's just me and my husband, but he hates Tracy Barlow, so sometimes we can't talk about the show. Gemma and Michael understand that Tracy is damaged and she wants to be better, but she doesn't know how. I feel accepted by Gemma and Michael and don't have to be ashamed of rooting for Tracy, even though sometimes she can be a bit psycho. If you like Coronation Street and you want to hear other fans delight in the show and sometimes complain about it, listen to Conversation Street. You'll learn Corrie history, laugh at Gemma and Michael's often hilarious observations, and you'll find acceptance. Barlow lovers, Team Platt, Carla supporters, Tony haters (because we all hate Tony, right?), all are accepted at Conversation Street. Heck, even Norris would find something to love about the Conversation Street podcast. Off to listen to Conversation Street. Grab a cuppa and come along.

Aimeecat1979"Conversation Street" enhances my love for the showGemma and Michael are wonderfully clever and funny. I love how they play off each other. They talk about Corrie history, summarize the weeks episodes, chat about Corrie news and read listener feedback. They also do fascinating character profiles. I'm so glad I found this podcast. I laugh along with them and enjoy their discussions. Michael comes up with puntastic names for story lines. Gemma comes out with things that make me snort my drink out of my nose. Their podcast has enhanced my love for the show. Thank you Gemma and Michael! - Aimee in California.

GirlfriendinaComaLove, luv, LURVE Gemma & MichaelDid I mention I love this podcast? I’ve only been listening for about three months, but I’m excited to see a new episode posted, so I can hear Michael and Gemma’s recaps. Their recaps, though, aren’t just, “Tracy did this…Steve did some gurning…” As long time fans of the show, who actually *research* things, they bring a lot of added value to their descriptions of the show’s plots. Too, their personalities shine through both individually and as a couple. Michael offers deep knowledge of Corrie history and Gemma knows just as much but delivers her opinions with a good amount of tartness. I kind of like when she’s fed up with a plot or character. I like this podcast so much I’m going to backtrack and listen to old episodes just for the giggles and Corrie history lesson. Excellent job, G&M!

FlexidexiCorrie StI've been hooked on Conversation St podcast since I discovered it when I started watching Corrie last year during the Kirsty/Tyrone abuse storyline. Gemma and Michael are funny and provide a great recap (with awesome snark) each ep. Great way to get Corrie fix on the go here in the States.
