Zman2510Great podcast but please get rid of the spectrevision thingI love this podcast, but the spectrevision thing at the beginning and end of the episodes is ruining it. Please reconsider having that play
-
Dynamo2243423Still the best.Soren keeps churning out top notch material after all these years. Moonkeeper is the single best horror podcast episode of all time.
-
Gummy bear 🧸🎀Five starsPerfect amount of thrill

diana 1229where have you beeni’ve been listening to scary podcasts for years, but had never run across this one. now that i have i can’t wait to listen to all of them. Soren’s voice is gentle and soothing which contrasts, yet adds to the creepiness of the stories. so glad i found you!
-
scott_dropnrollThe gold standard of the genreThis is the best horror podcast on the internet. 10/10.

Sneed:0PLEASE MAKE MORE IT’S BEEN SO LONGHi I’ve been listening to your art for a long while now I’ve heard them all over and over and every time a new one is released it’s like Christmas to me. Thank you very very much- Samson T
-
Steve in Santa RosaThank youSoren, with “Crannies” you have returned to the intensity and power of your early podcasts that established you as the top horror podcaster, bar none
-
redwolfhopwMaking Podcast Great AgainGotta love these narrations. Wish there was more and more!!!!!

Sam__30Can’t Get EnoughWhen new episodes get released, it is a genuine pleasure.

disappointedanddumbYesLove this!
-
CurlyCatSwipesBackToo SweatYou are a master at what you do. On mind so many different stories. I will die if you ever write within a world built universe. Any chance you can write a story about a dude trapped in a bunker. I like those stories.
-
bngscPerfectThis is what a horror podcast should be like: No host ego, read beautifully, great musical/foley interjections, awesome stories. This is perfection.
-
Original is a MUST!!!The BestHe’s one of the OG’s. I’m going to have to go back and listen to the oldest ones again. Please don’t quit!!
-
CallMeErnie or BigErnNo one can touch this guy.Best horror podcast by a million miles. No one comes close.
-
AshwenchanThe best of the bestThis is the best horror podcast. Period. Soren’s narrative style and voice are smooth and soothing in direct contrast to the subject matter which is rich and thought provoking. These episodes often leave you with questions and tempt to you a second listen in which dark truths are drawn out. Topics span across all genres and from time to time, there are guest narrators. Some of these stories hit so effectively that when recalling them, you may believe you dreamed them. A macabre delight.

Fatty B NegativeSimple and scary, and no commercials!I love this podcast for its slow developing eeriness and sense of foreboding, those heart pounding moments, and for its elegant simplicity. A huge factor for me is that Knifepoint is completely commercial-free! And no fluff in the beginning, just, “My name is…” and you’re in it! Commercials, especially in the middle of a spooky story, really kill it for me. I also don’t want abrupt scares, gratuitous descriptors of gore, or jarring sounds in my horrors podcasts. With Knifepoint, I prefer the most parred down episodes, with the single narrator and minimal sound effects, more than the ones with alternating dialogue and less-linear stories. But they’re all worth a listen!
-
hyrdcharli666The bestI’ve been listening to Knife Point Horror for 5 or 6 years now. Multiple times I’ve gone back to the first episode and listened all the way through to the most current. I love these stories. I wish the episodes came out more frequently but I know it takes time to create work this good. Thank you Sorin and I hope the stories keep coming!
-
Maveric2333Fantastically done! The only thing that I feel could make this podcast better is for you to post more often
-
E. M. GrinterThank you for this!Soren, thank you for bringing me back into the world of horror after a long hiatus. I’d slowly been turned off by the heavy handedness of gore and gruesome shock that is rampant in the genre. Your subtlety and competence in relaying the strange and unsettling is masterful.
-
Aswep!I’ve been enjoying since 2016 , thank you so much. Never expected, but always on time
-
RightFootRickFavorite of all timeHappy to exist in the same timeline as this production. Thank you from Chicago.
-
rustyduncanBest horror podcast hands downAfter weeding through many others, these stories and their level-headed narration are the best that I've found.
-
Easy ATLienTop Tier HorrorMy name is Eric L. I have been a fan since early conception. I consume what some may consider a morbid amount of audio horror. I enjoy the nuances; when an author is able to gravitate their audience around the characters and environments they have constructed, seamlessly , it’s an art. Soren is a master at his craft and I applaud the dedication. All without ads. Truly one of the best !
-
K.G.SmithTop shelf horrorSoren is truly one of the greats. I’ve been following this podcast for years and he consistently produces some of the best horror fiction around (in any format). Absolutely a must-listen!
-
MsDantieExponentially impressiveGood Grief!!!! I have never even enjoyed being scared before this podcast. #lifechanging #stepsisthetruth
-
DeathragCranniesThat was a good one. Thank you.
-
GonshioIncredibleI’d never found a podcast where every single episode is five stars until I discovered Knifepoint Horror. his delivery is perfect, the stories are well developed, and the creativity with which and narratives have been crafted is beyond measure. My only sadness is that there is not a new story every week.
-
NicknamenicknamenickkknameGreat show, except for…The main narrator has this infuriating habit of frequently speaking the last word of a sentence, only the last, in the faintest whisper, especially when he considers that part of the story especially spooky or impactful. Have you ever been aggravated to tears by the sound of someone slurping their drink, or chewing loudly, or vocal fry? This molests my ears in exactly the same way. Also it makes it very hard to hear what he’s saying. I love the stories and the narration otherwise but please for the love of god just speak with a consistent volume.
-
LucifimAmazingThe quality of stories are unmatched. I love the simple narration too.
-
m_inawayNice.This is the only podcast that makes me feel weird, thus the only one that matters.
-
kathydepattaDoggoI really enjoy Knifepoint, but Doggo was just the best, thank you.
-
GarSlayer87Simply the BestKeep up the good work man I genuinely get excited when I see a new episode pop up.. hands down the best horror stories in podcast form
-
christopher stockhausenLove thisLove and have loved since 2017. Soren Narnia holds a special place in my heart. Weird stories to lull you into an ambiguous hypnagogia.
-
RufusTFireflyFromOhioEndless horror invention and brillianceAn utterly unique and work of art! His invention and ingenuity are positively endless. I have never failed to find myself surprised and shaken by the stories. The twists and turns are never predictable, they always go differently than my pedestrian imagination predicts. And they linger long after, fully blossoming in one’s memory. This is true deep horror, not all about sudden scares (though it has those too, moments where your blood will suddenly chill!), but more about tragedy — distilled and condensed— leaving you with a real sense of all that is terrifying, haunted, sad and mysterious in the world and in the human soul.
-
TestsubjectxGood for Spooky SleepingI see people complaining about the narrator’s cadence, and I can understand what they mean, but skill issue, I guess. I’ve listened to every episode and every new one is an instant listen. One of my favorite horror podcasts.
-
Odd NerdExcellent! Each new episode is a gift of intelligent writing, great stories & narration. It’s thrilling to see new ones appear and I can’t wait to open them. Thanks Soren!
-
UncleTudeIt all ends in a whisper…Seriously. Every sentence the guy utters ends in a whisper, makes it very hard to follow the story because it’s distracting. The cadence is verrrrry William Shatner in Star Trek….
-
MikellYamadaVolumeI love the stories but each sentence spoken by the narrator seems to descend into a difficult to hear whisper. The beginning of each line is spoken at a volume that’s easy to hear. About halfway through the narrator drops his voice to a low whisper. I realize this is probably by design. It’s just hard to keep turning the volume up and down throughout the story.
-
once upon a fanSoren is like a friendI check my feed at least once a week hoping for a new story from Knifepoint and whenever a new one goes up I devour it. Soren’s causal and understated style is like a friend telling me a story, I can see it and it always feels true
-
Mia Monster MondaysBeen listening for years and still greatEvery time knifepoint posts, I know the story is going to be good. It’s always worth the wait.
-
mustardandmaymayVolume issuesI appreciate this show for being ad-free and having great horror content. However, I use this podcast to fall asleep to and the volume differences in the narrator's voice make it difficult. He starts off most sentences loud and strong, but then tapers off at the end making it hard to understand what they said.

Mikey Likes PodcastsAnother Episode Another 5 Stars plus plus plus plusevery time there’s a new episode that pops up here it’s like an early Christmas present
-
Kornmom5First class as alwaysSabbatical just dropped and it’s as great as all the rest. Mr. Narnia graces us with an episode it’s always a marvelous creepy listen. Thanks for providing us with these stories. I think it’s time to go back to the beginning and telisten to the lot for the third time. Highly recommended. KKN

Rb 1111111111111111AudioLove the stories! But the heavily punctuated audio made the pace of listening difficult.
-
Helmets Every1Started from episode 1I’ve been listening to every episode for the last couple days. I forgot how much I love these stories. This being the first podcast I ever listened to,Fields being the first of many. Thank you for opening up a world of horror and keeping the genre unique and original. J. Bender
-
James111122Love itI absolutely love this show, it’s the only one I can’t wait for. Keep it up please😬
-
Cri moEasily the bestI listen to a lot of horror podcasts, but nothing comes close to Knifepoint. I love that we are just dropped into the story; no preamble, no signposting or self promotion. We’re just… there. The delivery was always spot on, but with the addition of more readers who are equally talented the podcast has taken on an eerily realistic documentary quality. And this is only amplified by the sound design, which is perfectly understated and never overproduced.
-
TacoBell2010One of the best out there!I’ve been a long time listener and love the show. I just finished Bots and wanted to tell you I loved it. I love all your work but that one was excellent. Keep it up!
