    Thankyou Duncan!
Duncan always seems to bring a positive outlook to even the most grim topics. Can always count on these podcasts to bring some happiness to my day. The solo episodes are my favorite ☺️☺️

    Kill Tony
Love the Pod Duncan, no longer like Tony Hinchcliffe. Every word out of his mouth is at the expense of someone else, and seems to be trying to convince himself of how great he is. “Yup, yup. My show is so cool.” -Tony Hinchcliffe

    Spiritually nourishing
I have a really hard time finding other people who love discussing the breadth and the depth of spiritual thought and experiences as much as I do. Duncan is one of the only content creators I have come across who is just into ALL of it. Loves the Buddhists, the Christians, the Satanists, anyone who wants to talk about consciousness, the future, technology, AI… He doesn’t discriminate and embraces the discourse with cheerfulness and hilarious humor. This isn’t marketed as a spirituality podcast but I almost always find the dialogues spiritually nourishing. I’m thankful you make content that gets me thinking, Duncan, and that you talk about how you have wrestled with things and grown and changed. I can see the light you carry and hearing your podcast adds to my own light.

    Richard Dawkins a Christian?
I was enjoying your show until you said the dumbest thing I’ve heard all week.

    I don’t usually write reviews
I have never wanted to write a review on any podcast ever but i thought i should share that this is I think the best podcast on the internet. Duncan Trussel is a national treasure and contagious joy. I literally cannot think of one negative thing to say about this podcast or him, and the variety of guests is super cool. Thanks for bringing us joy Duncan

    A gift
Duncan opens us up to incredible spiritual insights with both his own ideas and with the guests that he brings on, but he's also a funny, self-deprecating, dirty-minded, ridiculously silly person that makes this show, and himself, incredibly relatable.

One of my Favorites - Weinstein is psycho
A cohesive and very appropriate response to the absurd situation we all find ourselves in. Playful. Psychedelic. Spiritual, but clear-eyed about reality. Fearlessly explorative. Sometimes challenging but somehow never anger-inducing. Ultimately gentle and open-hearted. I love the acknowledgement of the magic in the universe combined with the focus on the base reality of experience. The podcast equivalent of Lodge 49. Eric Weinstein is a deeply creepy wannabe cult leader. And yes, as Duncan suggests, a bully. If you listen closely, his solution to the existential problem he believes we are confronting is “ME”. Like Scott Adams, he cynically employs linguistic manipulation techniques. A stupid, silly game for those in the know. Dangerous for others.

From Lavender Hour to DTFH love love love.
It started many eons ago seemingly, yet here we are today headed into tomorrow still together. That’s the best review possible…longevity together. It started foundering for definition, struggling to understand itself, and it’s grown past the realization that definitions are temporary and unnecessary. It is as Plato’s ‘the good’, and it will provoke, titillate, and arouse your joy buttons. Watch Midnight Gospel after acquainting yourself with the podcast, but overall just ENJOY…give it a chance and you will. Thank you Duncan Trussell, I have truly enjoyed it all. Also it has gotten me meditating again, so there you go. 🙂

    podcast needs audio mastering.
dangit. audio levels are all over the place. makes the episode with wayne coyne in a nashville hotel unlistenable.

    Triggering
I can’t tell what is real or a joke anymore and it’s not cool. I hate this show now.

Like going to a trippy church service in a good way
Enlightening, self-deprecating, genius. BIG fan of this to learn from, laugh with, and all together deeply enjoy.

Time to grow up (a little)
In the same way a standup comic may be reticent to work on their depression and/or addiction issues for fear of “losing their edge” and thus ceasing to be funny, Drunken Tussell may eschew a working understanding of basic logic and practical skepticism for fear that it will constrain his creativity. When Kornfield asked DT to name “something that’s all good,” DT replied “colors,” demonstrating his obtuseness through his inability to discern or even be aware of the distinction between amoral, moral, and immoral. Put down the Bhagavad Gita for a night and bone up on identity, non contradiction, excluded middle, basic logical fallacies, and prudent skepticism. I promise it will only help, not hurt, all of your future stream of consciousness ravings pertaining to the eruption of the singularity out of a hemorrhoid on Cthulhu’s butthole. Or don’t.

great podcast .. something to look forward to

    I love Duncan Trussell
However, I feel that these podcasts with high esteemed individuals detract from the point of being an everyday person. Sure I’d like to make money off of talking about the struggles and psychedelic nuances of everyday life but we don’t have that privilege. Actually we just have to deal with them. No money, trying to make sense of the world, and also no money. I love hearing these deep understandings with cool individuals but hey… go work on a drilling rig or construction or whatever. We all want to be as zen as possible but this kind of stuff is bugging.

    Everyone should listen
This podcast is great, with the diverse amount of topics covered, there’s a guest/ episode for everyone. Whenever I feel stressed or unsure of what to listen to these episodes bring me so much comfort. If you are looking to explore spirituality and enlightenment with a humorous undertone you are in the right place!

    My fave
I love this show. Just listened to the interview with Ron Rege Jr holy cow that was 10 years ago but for me it’s synchronicity it in the present. Man you been around for awhile, I only started listening about a year ago but it’s my go to for enlightenment. I don’t know how DT is not a household name.

    Portal to clarity
Duncan is me…just a guy, a meat bag. When he speaks I wonder if he’s sniffing glue?! One hundred percent of the time, I’m grateful Duncan does DTFH, Midnight Gospel, road shoe tour. I love him. He brings light to my life. I love him. He is human. I love him. Hes not human. We are the same

    I am smitten
I am smitten with Duncan Trussell. His humor, his cackle, his thoughts on spirituality and his joy. I recently found this podcast via Dan Harris’ 10% Happier and I feel like every episode is a dose thoughtful struggle with this thing called life. It’s real discussions between real people trying to figure stuff out. I’m so grateful to him and his guests.
  • t-bonesanders
    Love it
This is my favorite podcast. I think Duncan is super entertaining, funny, creative etc. and his guests contributions are always thought provoking and awesome peeps with important messages to share. I’ve listened to 400 or so of the episodes so far over the past few years and will get through the rest before too long. At that point I will miss getting to listen to several per day at my boring (but lovely) day job, as I will have to wait a whole week or more inbetween D: but i digress. Top knotch listenin’!! This cast is a beacon of love and weirdness (:

Joy of a baby girl!! Just had my 5 th granddaughter join us!!l
They are amazing. Teddi the 12th., of July!! Four daughters now five granddaughters!! Get ready for a new chapter in your life!! The best ♥️! Congratulations to you and your brave strong wife!! My fourth beautiful daughter was induced, and she is still perfect !! Intuition of a mother is everything!! My mother died last year and I see in teddi s eyes my mother not in a morbid way but a twinkle of her spirit!!! Grief I still feel but knowing she sent Teddi with love through that portal is everything to me! The birth canal is truly a portal of a mystery!!

    Great open discussions
Duncan is a treasure. Whip smart but sweet and silly and open-minded. I came here via his Netflix show. I love every time he brings Mitch Horowitz on. And anytime Duncan talks alien stuff is so interesting!

    Refreshing
Pretty much everything Duncan comes out with is super unique, and the guests he brings on his show are knowledgeable and intriguing! I think my favorite part about this show, is that despite having conflicting ideas and ideologies, everyone is always super open to new ideas. There’s no sense of anger or condescension, which is really refreshing.

    One Important Note
This podcast and the dialogues it inspires have brought me so much peace and joy in some very difficult times. My only well intentioned suggestion is please please please please please diversify your guest list. In these modern times diversity is SO important in every stretch of society. I think we could all benefit from BIPOC/LGBTQ voices being amplified in the company of such a lovely and open-minded host! Please interpret my suggestion with no ill intent but only the hope of inducing love and understanding 💚

    THANK YOU!!
Thank you, Duncan. I’ve been so sad and lonely but the sonic salve that is your voice has helped to soothe this broken spirit. And thanks for encouraging Dan to start podcasting again! My god, I knew I missed him but I didn’t realize how much. It was like getting a phone call from your dead dad.

What happened to saying, “Hare Krishna” at the end of your show?
The Jay Anderson interview turned into a fantastic conversation of science fiction and possibility. I enjoyed it! But what happened to Hare Krishna?

    Ca$h Rule$ Everything…
Duncan. Food for thought. The National Council of Problem Gambling estimates the annual national social cost of problem gambling is $7 billion. Is this Right Speech?C’mon man. Update: Russel Brand? Ben Shapiro and Tucker Carlson must be coming to a Duncan “interview” soon.

I just got into this podcast and let me say I am hooked!

    This show…
DTHF does not answer all your questions, but it asks the questions you are asking but through the voice that is being having a conversation with someone(s)who may have some information that can very well lead you nearer to something very close to resembling an answer. I listen so do you…

Duncan has been one of the most calming voices in my life; his perspective and his voice itself. Love it!

    The Midnight Hour
I’m just so thankful for this podcast. I watched The Midnight Gospel about 13 times and absolutely fell in love with combining such irreverent and wonderful visuals to all these deep thoughts. Was gushing about it to a friend and she’s like “you know that’s from his podcast right?” Immediate listener. What a gentle and approachable way to learn things and be reminded of small tokens that we’re all alright.

A wonderful podcast that makes me laugh and feel better about myself and the humanity every time. Definitely one of the best podcasts out there!

    DTFH is good for Humanity
The DTFH will synchronize with your life, and is a quantum entangled portal by which information will get through to help you improve yourself and your mind, which in turn makes the world a better place and does so across the universe. I am forever grateful for Duncan and the guests he brings on, seriously one of the best podcasts in the world, my life my mind and my relationships have benefited greatly from this divine work of a podcast, blessed be the DTFH!

    A comedian ?
Could have fooled me! What a waste of time and battery life. Guests full of woo too.

    Thank god for Duncan
I love listening to Duncan Trussell so much. Any time of the day is a great time to listen. He’s honestly an inspiration and has a lot of insightful guests. Joe Rogan put me on to this guy and I’m thankful for that. His podcast makes me understand I’m not going through this alone. Someone else is going through crazy things too and it’s interesting to listen how he deals with them.
  • A.S.Fields
    Hilarious and thoughtful
Thank you for your thoughtful conversation and the ability to have humor and be yourself! I have fun listening to your advertisements too. The silly cherry on top was the Jenny Craig advertisement after your conversation with David Nichtern— your sense of humor is hilarious and helps me feel irony, paradoxes and the heart in the way you share your curiosity.

Long time fan of this beautiful perception of the world. Such a unique dive into things we often, try or not, forget. Much Love from Texas!
