    Christians listening, too.
I have been listening for many years, and I’m a priest in one of the branches of Christianity. It hurts a bit when speakers speak insensitively or in overly general, facile ways about our Christian spirituality, which can actually be greatly enhanced by Buddhist wisdom. I ask dhamma speakers to consider that it is ignorance of Right Speech to do, and hinders us all in the bonds on compassion. 🪷 Respectfully offered. Radiant silence. Peace. Metta. Samadhi. 🪷

    Thank you
Thank you for these recordings of dhamma talks. They have instilled in me a wisdom I am forever grateful for. I am thankful there is something of substance to listen to and a platform here to share this knowledge with the rest of us.

    Thank You
Recently, Amaravati updated all of their podcast streams with shiny new retina-display album artworks — and I couldn't be happier over a tiny polished detail. & I sincerely appreciate the work that the Thai Forest Tradtion puts into maintaining a consistent presence in all corners of the web. But what is especially important about Amaravati's online presence is that its content (in terms of both form & function) is on-par with the offerings of the other top 4 major world religions; and while 'the best of tech' can be admittedly shallow, » it is a vital aspect in ensuring that this & future generations have effortless access to the Dhamma. « And that, as you well know, surpasses all other gifts.

    First rate Dharma talks
For both beginning and experienced practitioners. Really excellent teaching, humble and humorous to boot.

    Clear Buddhist Teachings
These talks have been primary sources for my inquires into Buddhism over the past couple years. The words and insights of Ajahn Amaro and Ajahn Sumedho can be highly helpful tools whether you just listen to the general message, or look up the words you don't understand. Highly recommended.
