    Arc 10 best arc
The show is excellent! Every rotater so far has been amazing, but a special shout out goes to Strundleteet and Dooter. Arc so nice I listened to it twice! I was worried the vibe would change when the DM duties were passed on from Zac to Jasper but the newer arcs are great too and Jasper brings a nice new energy to the storytelling. Tomeas will always be Bookie Creep in my heart though

Love everything about the pod except one small production thing
I love the concept of Rotating Heroes. Zac does such a great job of blending players that have played together for years (on D20) with new faces. His DM style is exactly what you’d imagine from him and why would you ever want him to be anything else? The only problem I have with the show is the audio is definitely on the quieter side…and the ads definitely are not. So, the ad breaks can be pretty jarring and unpleasant at times (especially with the sound effects in the new Chime ad)

    So amazing!
Just finished arc 5 and want to say it’s my favorite—but then, I felt that way after arc1 and 2 and 3 and 4 as well! Basically every arc leaves me so happy and wanting more! It’s really remarkable that an anthology show keeps such momentum and even has an overall through line. Excited for more…! Edit: now listening to Arc 8 and What A Banger! Jasper’s debut as GM is brilliant and the player characters are hilarious. Soapfeathers!!!!!!. I am so glad this show didn’t end forever with Arc 7 and has a second life!

    Give a little clap!
Such an interesting way to tell long form story! One of the worst things about the Star Wars universe is how it’s usually all about the same three or four people. The Rotating Heroes podcast acknowledges that there is a lot of talent in the world, and a lot of people in the world, and a lot of stories in the world to tell. This makes it so rich and vibrant! it also helps that all of the people that we know and love from Dropout get to flex their comedy muscles!

A novel approach to keeping the TTRPG genre fresh and fun, with so many of my favorite people.

Listened for 30 hours in one weekend
Last week, I decided to listen to this podcast on whim. I love dnd and dnd-related media, and it doesn’t hurt that Zac Oyama is one of the funniest comedians in the biz. I have quickly fallen in love with the hilarious yet compelling world Zac has created. It’s a wild ride each time. I thought maybe I would feel sad when the PCs changed each arc, but each arc has been so amazing there’s simply no time or need to mourn that the last one ended! What an incredible cast of characters and comedians. Seriously side splitting jokes, high quality action, and a refreshing tonal shift with each arc. My sister and I had to drive a total of 30 hours this weekend and we’ve had The RH pod on the entire time. Haven’t turned it off once. Can’t recommend this enough.

    Great Show! Too Quiet?
I’m writing this review as someone who has enjoyed this show greatly in the past but can no longer listen regularly due to audio issues. For whatever reason Rotating Heroes is way quieter than any other podcast I listen to, to the point where I can’t listen at work anymore ( with earbuds max volume!) because of all of the outside noise drowning the show out. Aside from the audio issues, which could be just me, I love the humor, clever storytelling, and fun game mechanics that this show is chock full of.

    Got me into DND again!
This show renewed my love of DND and has skyrocketed to the top of my favorite podcasts! It is so well done: fun, creative, playful, setting and raising stakes deftly, and paying off offers left and right. Masterful storytelling and gameplay!

    love everything about this pod!
Once i found out they were reviving the show with Jasper William Cartwright i binged it all on patreon (along with the arc barks which truly are some of the funniest, most unhinged moments i’ve enjoyed in any podcast - i.e. erika ishii and the canned corn incident). Super satisfying to listen to Zac’s confidence and skills grow as a DM between the campaigns and love his quick wit as a PC as well. The short arcs and rotating cast of actors keeps things from ever feeling stale, and i’ve found myself relistening to it frequently.

    Good God
I wish I never clicked on this evil incarnate of a show. My eardrums were blasted with sheer stupidity for hours on end. I am appalled with what media I just consumed. This podcast is a better joke than any one said while being on the show. It is a disgrace to comedy, Dungeons and Dragons, Headgum as a network, and, quite frankly, humanity as a whole. 5/5, would probably rewatch if I got bored on a Tuesday night and wanted to escape my grim and hopelessly lonely existence!!!

    Silly by the best
Only through a couple of episodes but I’m really enjoying it! It’s silliness at its best, and everyone is great in their roles

A Great Tabletop-Top Live Play Podcast!
I when I learned that Zac Oyama had his own D&D Live Play Podcast, I had to check it out! Sure enough when I learned that not only some of his fellow Dropout/College Humor cast would come along with him in a rotating cast format I knew it would be entertaining as heck!

    Absolutely love
There’s chaos, and friendship, and laugh til you can’t breathe scenarios! I didn’t realize this was thing when it first came out but I’m so glad I’ve found it now. 10/10 would recommend if you’re looking for some silly ridiculous fun!!
