    Finally, advice I can use
I have suffered from chronic kidney stones for the last 13 years and have been feeling very defeated because I feel like I’m doing the best that I can do in terms of my diet and I still keep producing stones. This Information has finally given me the clarity that I need based on my 24 hour urine results so that I can finally focus on what I need to be focusing on.

Too much advertising on your background
The podcast is only 47min, and I thought I would hear informative information to help with my kidney stones. All I hear is you guys backgrounds and that’s not helpful to me at all.

    Thankful for help!
I just started listening to your podcast today. I have had kidney stones for about 25 years, had lithotripsy four times and still not sure how to prevent kidney stones. I have taken the 24 hour urine test twice. I have been under the care of three urologists over the 25 year period. I went to the urologist yesterday for my six month check up and just feel defeated with how to keep these stones from growing. A friend of mine from work has a mother who very recently had one of her kidneys removed because of the size of the kidney stone. I don’t know all of the details of her complications. I am now terrified of losing a kidney if I don’t finally understand how to eat and have self-control to stick with the right eating plan for me to not grow the stones I have or not have new ones form. (My stones don’t do a lot of moving… they just grow. My last stone was causing blockage. I had two lithotripsy back to back. I still have not passed all the broken up fragments. I will continue to see my new urologist in 6 months. I changed urologists last year). I am going to listen to these podcasts and use your suggestions on what to eat. I am thankful for you.
