A friend recently recommended this podcast and I've been HOOKED since my first listen. I have binged like 25 episodes within the last few weeks. And won't stop until I've listened to every single one. I find myself stoked to clean the kitchen at night and do laundry because I get to listen to this podcast. I feel like I've learned so much from Brooke and have been introduced to some incredible people, brands, restaurants and stories. I am passionate about all things food and all things small business and this is basically the perfect blend. Many episodes feel like a food centered version of How I Built This (another fav). Can't recommend enough. 🤩

I had heard about this podcast from several friends and am just now getting to listening started with the Fall recipes episode -LOVED and saved that one. Listened to the Megan Foley Olympic dietitian, again excellent. I’ll be listening regularly now. Cheers Brooke!!

All around really good and informative Podcast!

Makes me hungry to listen…..just love it though! She makes me excited about going back to Europe! Loved the interview with her mom. Love hearing how the chefs and other “foodies” got their start! She’s a fantastic interviewer! Love the question she asks all her guests at the end….memory of most important food event in their life!

Brooke’s questions are so thoughtful, exactly what I would ask if I was sitting there myself! Love the legendary Levain ladies - I had much curiosity about the founders of these magical cookies!

I’ve been binging and have now listened to every episode of this podcast - what a treat! I didn’t realize how fun it could be to listen to interviews of restaurant owners, cookbook authors, etc. This is such a fun way to pass the time while I’m doing laundry, dishes, etc. and I’ve actually learned a lot about food that I didn’t even realize I didn’t know!

I’m officially obsessed. After being introduced to That Was Delicious by a friend, I immediately started bingeing episodes. Somehow Brooke found a way to get me interested in things I didn’t know I could be interested in. Fave episode has been Guittard because, hello, chocolate. Keep up the great work! This is fascinating stuff.

A fun, interesting way to learn more about what you eat. If you’re a food enthusiast, this is for you!

It is so fun to listen to a podcast that is ALL about food! As a PNW native I loved listening and learning more about Jacobson Salt! LOVE their flaking salt. Makes everything 100% better!

As a big fan of Reed’s chocolate milk, I was so excited to hear that story in particular, but each episode has been great!

I love this podcast. I am a major foodie and this combines lots of talk about great food and so many interesting stories behind the guests, etc. It’s just a great listen anyone who appreciates good food will enjoy. I’ve been a female foodie fan forever and this is a great addition to the app, guides, recipes, etc!

I just binged all 4 episodes! I loved the pace and the interesting questions she asked all of her guests, including her mom. I love the questions she asked to everyone and the unique ones she came up with. I am looking forward to many more!

The connections with food and life that Brooke presented in the first one rang so true with me. Childhood, college and adulthood. Then listening to her and her mom speak about food centered me on why I love cooking with my own daughters. The memories and joy will last a lifetime. And most importantly in the kitchen with two teens and they talk to me! Sometimes they are observing me and talking, other times they are working beside me either way we are together talking about life.

I found Brooke because she used to be a speech language pathologist and loved food. I was in school when I found her page. Crazy it’s been over 6 years now! I’ve loved watching her journey and hearing more about it. Can’t wait for more episodes!!

I think that this is a very interesting podcast although I’ve not been to Italy I love hearing how she describes food. I’ve been following for a while on her Instagram account and I love her approach testing foods Brands finding the best one,so glad she’s doing a podcast.
