    Fantastic Resource
Last fall I started working at a hospital in a support role with very little healthcare experience. Soon after I started listening to Turn on the Lights to help me understand more of my new environment. I cannot tell you how much this has helped me with background contextual understanding that my colleagues take for granted. I also feel more up to date on current healthcare challenges and opportunities which allows me to contribute more in discussions surrounding planning and policy.

Thank you so much for the prior authorization podcast!!!!
Good words, good evidence for an extremely painful topic. I understand needing to be judicious about expensive medicines and tests, but every day I get prior authorizations and denials for medication that cost $10-$13. It costs my staff and myself more time and money fighting these sometimes then seeing the patient in the first place. Unpaid work, of course.

    Time to change health care
I appreciate the honesty of the glaring problems in medicine. I’m a doctor who sees the large cracks in the healthcare ship… and starting to take in water. If we don’t fix this ship it’s gonna sink and take down lot of valuable things around it! Let’s vote for a better health care system.
