AG University is my favorite podcast, I have listened since episode 1. I have followed Anna Grace for such a long time when she used to be a fashion influencer. It has been so amazing to see how she’s evolved and is now pursuing what she is meant to be doing. She helps motivate me to keep hanging in there and figure out how I can pursue what I am meant to do. She is helping me to open up to my gifts and spiritual journey. Her voice and presence is so calming and it is just so cool to see her stepping into her power. Love you AG! Keep doing you queen 🩷✨🦋

This episode was perfectly aligned with my second awakening! I am totally blown away by the impact that AG University has had on my spiritual growth and development. I feel connected to AG in an intimate way and trust she is leading us with light and love. I lost my Dad unexpectedly last August and ever since have been on a deep spiritual awakening, including stepping away from alcohol, and I’ve felt like AG has been guiding me on this path. But, I wanted to leave a new review too! Season 3 has started off so magical! First off, round of applause for AG getting sung happy birthday by Michael Singer! He’s AGU royalty, baby! Also, AG shared Michael’s words about not caring what other people think of him, including what he thinks of himself. This really stuck with me and positively shifted now I show up at work in a new leadership position! I released so much concern of what my team thinks of me and am so much more free now. I have just started really getting into health, wellness, hormone healing, manifestation, meditating, all of the above - you name it! AG University has been such a great podcast to start to learn more about these topics. I love her guests and she just has a very calming presence about her that I really enjoy listening too. I feel like I have already learned a lot so far and she has inspired me to get out of my comfort zone and take a more holistic approach to physical and mental health. Cannot recommend her enough!

Since a friend told me about Anna grace I’ve been binging every episode (sometimes listening twice!) and have sent it to so many people, I feel like AG is so practical with her approach to things that sometimes feel a little out there and since listening I feel like it’s opened me up to so many spiritual experiences! If you’re looking for someone that feels like your wiser older sister, and also your supportive best friend, Anna Grace is your girl. The first time I clicked to listen to an episode I had no idea what I was in for. My life has truly changed (for the better) and I’ve grown so much, personally and spiritually, since adding Anna Grace’s podcast into my toolkit. After going through my own setbacks due to alcohol and listening to AG’s 1 year of sobriety episode, I am now alcohol-free and have never felt better not only physically mentally, but I feel much more at home in my body and much more connected to my higher self and my spiritual gifts. One of the many things that Anna Grace has taught me is to always be a student, always be curious and never stop learning! Anna Grace is truly an ANGEL and makes me feel so welcome, inspired, and encouraged! I’ve also found it’s really important to me that she makes everything she talks about tangible and possible for anyone. She doesn’t just talk about her gifts and leave you feeling hopeless and like you’ll never be able to do it. She’ll leave you talking outloud and having a conversation with yourself, speaking affirmations and words of encouragement to yourself. I feel like if I hit up her dms and asked “hey, would you be down to chat about nothing but also everything for a min?” she would reply and say something like “let’s do it queen.” I cannot recommend this podcast more. If you’re wanting to learn tangible and easily digestible techniques and information, you’re in the right place! I’m so glad I randomly stumbled upon the AG university podcast and decided to click on it a few months ago. Looking back, I know it was for a reason I felt the urge to listen!

Anna Grace - I feel like I just had an out of body experience listening to your podcast about healing your relationship with food and your body. I don't even know where to begin. But I'll start here. THE HUMMINGBIRD!!!! OMG! The hummingbird is my sign. I already had this supernatural draw to THIS particular podcast episode but I found myself feeling like maybe I wasn't ready to listen. Then the hummingbird came along and was like, "wake the F up!!! You have to listen to this like your life depends on it." Every. Single. Thing. “Radical transformation happens through the lens of observation.” YES! While I’m technically old enough to be her mom, Anna Grace has taught me so much. I recently radically transformed my life: mind (retired from corporate America), body (lost 50 lbs, and manifested my dream body), and soul (found my purpose) at 48 years old! This is the way full stop. I’m walking proof. AG’s content has been a consistent tool in my toolkit, and I’m so grateful she exists. She’s truly been a guiding light, and I can’t wait to see what else she does.

Initially when you were doing the fashion stuff back in 2020 still, I don’t know why I decided to follow you because you’re so much younger and our fashion likes are just a bit different, but I loved your energy. So when you started sharing your spiritual stuff it clicked why I started to follow you. I too have been on my own spiritual awakening journey.
