    Life changing
    When I say this has been life changing it truly has. And I’ve just begun honestly. If you come across her page and wonder if this is for you, it is. Nothing is a coincidence and you are in the right place. I’ve known I’m witchy but could never quite figure out why I couldn’t make a connection. I had help from friends before on trying to find out what gifts I have. But Emily’s program is vastly different and what you need if you want to connect with your guides or figure out where to start. It’s really important to take small steps and Emily’s program is all about having a solid foundation to build on. Emily helps you look at things from a different perspective and find out the Why of things. The thing I take away from this the most is doing more rituals on a daily basis, small things that help solidfy the foundation needed for change.

    I’ve been a fly on the wall listener since the beginning but there was still the fear of people and not knowing how to interact in this way. Abandonment and bullying was around me everywhere I went but after joining the WGTP, I realize that *I* was the one who was actually abandoning and bullying myself. This is a safe space to learn how to show up as my highest self and learn self-accountability.

    I listened to the Seeing the Future & Operating from Future Self Context episode one week ago and again today and it jumps out to me that I have the ability to choose which future self I become. I’ve seen several versions of my future self and I can meld them all together or choose one. Because what I focus on, and the future self that I act as, is what will come.

    Easiest listen for working on your magic
    I found Emily back in January. I started listening from the very first episode and caught up in no time after jumping into her year long program. Being able to hear the change in her own voice from the very first episodes and up until now shows that she truly is the embodiment of her program. She teaches you to trust your intuition and regain the safety within your body to make anything possible. With that alone, you’ll see the ripple effect throughout your life. The podcast is a great dip into Emily’s world to help get your logic on board with changing your life.

    Oof another hard hitter. What really hit for me with this episode was the concept that sometimes too much information can work against us. I’m a researcher, it’s literally my job to have ALLLLL the information. And yet, knowing too much really is a thing. The more I learn about certain topics, the more bummed out and stuck I often feel in life because everything feels too big and too much and impossible to change alone. And then on top of that, the idea that this kind of thing could be protective mechanism from the ego? Well something about that really hit for me. Maybe this hoarding of info is how I’m protecting myself. I’m hiding behind a wall of knowledge so I don’t have to put myself out there and risk getting hurt or embarrassed. Lots to think on here!

    I’ve just recently found Emily and her Podcasts and they are now the only thing that I am listening to! There is so much insight and experience that is provided! So far every episode that I have listened to feels like it was recorded for me! Emily focuses on healing your body as a whole while so many others focus on just one piece at a time. I have been truly inspired by her podcasts and the groups that she offers! If you do one thing for yourself and your journey to being better today let it be listening to this show!

    Great Podcast with Great Ideas
    I've been following Emily for a while as a creator. I love fitness. I love witchcraft. I love fitness witchcraft. I started following the movement just to see the kinds of messages that were being put out there and I've been very pleasantly surprised. I'm the kind of person who gets sucked in easily. When I find something I like, I'm all in...gimme the kool-aid. But that's bit me in the butt before. Hard. After several experiences with niche fitness groups that went sour, I've been really conscious of this tendency and have been working really hard to take the time to learn more and do a lot of assessing before I take a leap into something so all consuming again. And I'm confident that the information and offerings that Emily provides are worth the jump. I very much enjoy the way she reframes concepts like triggers (activations) or blocks (resistance) and I've found a lot of ways to progress just listening to the podcast. It's also great to listen to her grow throughout the episodes, too, as she practices what she preaches.

    Emily keeps everything so real and relatable when it comes to how our mental heath affects every aspect of our life. “How we do one thing is how we do all things.” I’ve noticed changes in my self voice just from listening to the podcasts every week and it feels natural. It’s not just repeating random affirmations in the mirror, it’s finding what feels real.

    I absolutely love Emily’s podcast but I just listened to her recent July 4th episode on the throat chakra and my mind is blown. I never equated my voice with the impact on the rest of my body. The concept that my body got bigger because I felt a need to take up space when I couldn’t or would t use my voice… I feel so uncomfortably seen. This one is going to have a huge impact on me, I can tell already. I’ll definitely be coming back for another listen and start making myself heard!

    Loving the podcasts
    I found Emily on instagram probably over a year ago and thought her concept on witchy fitness was cool. I followed at the time but didn’t get pulled in until the last few months. I’ve been binging all the podcasts on my drive to and from work and loving the real people vibes, and Emily’s approach to not shaming and helping people out of it. I feel like somewhere I forgot that I could be magical, but Emily reminds me that I am inherently magical!

    If I had to sum this podcast up in one word it would be, inspirational. Emily has such a pleasant voice and has a gentle way with her words. She does not belittle anyone and she builds you up. Her knowledge is never ending and there is so much to learn from her, not only from the podcast but with all the other wellness programs she has to offer. Definitely worth the listen!

I literally a little over a week ago broke up with my friend/trainer who was exactly that negative person she was describing and since have been trying to figure out my actual health and fitness goals because they were so screwed up with her!     I’ve just started listening and I am blown away with this content! I’ve always been curious about witchy things. The things that Em talks about and the simple terms she uses are so impressive. This podcast makes the “woo woo witchy” stuff seem a little less “woo woo” and a little more common sense. I also love when she talks about the science behind why some of these things work! You can tell she does her research and wants to share the knowledge with others. It makes so much sense that she was a teacher before diving into entrepreneurship. You can clearly feel her passion for spreading knowledge, joy, and light.

    Girl… you are incredible. I’m halfway into the morning routine one which I chose first because I’m reallyyy trying to start waking up early and starting a morning routine for myself instead of just going through the motions and feeling meh every morning. I have ADHD and the way you talk is so easy for me to follow and not get distracted easily like some podcasts I’ve listened to, so I want to complement you on that! I’ve also been taking notes because you’ve been saying everything I want to start feeling and doing so I can’t wait to start putting it into practice! My anxiety has been holding me hostage a bit because there’s so much I want to start doing. I didn’t really know how or where to start and this podcast is already helping me so much to want to start my mornings off on the right foot with great intentions !

    #9 Wow, certified Trainer for decades mainly training myself (never really liked the trainer paradigms I was taught so never really made my living at it) . Your advice is truly the missing piece. I refuse to do PEDs or other substances that would hurt my body. Super frustrated with that achieving the so-called fitness look. How big deep down inside I realized that that work would do more harm to be the good. After listening to this episode now I am a lot more free play with my diet and my fitness routines and make that a lot more enjoyable. be a much better coach to the people I work with. Thank you!!!

    I have been on a fitness journey for so long and was feeling so stagnant, and so tired of constantly fighting my battle but this podcast has helped change my mindset so much over just about 24 hours. I felt so disconnected from my body and not wanting to do the work for myself anymore and this honestly gave me the most eye opening view of my health journey and has helped me learn techniques for focusing in on how and why I’m doing this and honoring my body. I feel such peace and feel so safe. I love that Emily includes meditation exercises to do while listening, as I wasn’t sure how to start on my own. This is priceless! Apparently the puzzle piece in my journey that I was missing was mindset work and I wasn’t sure how to start. Now I am!

    Health and fitness so much more than workouts and macros and this podcast really helps bridge the gap between mindset and fitness. Often times we need to look internally and work on ourself before the external can change. Emily is great at explaining mindset principles in a clear and concise way. I’m also someone that has always been curious about reiki but never truly understood it until now.
