Love the analysis these guys do on every game. Always insightful. One of the best things they do is recording the day before, which allows me listen the night before the games instead of trying to squeeze in a time during the day of the games. The guys are probably the some of the funniest sports podcasters too. Great dynamic when all 3 are on. Just wish they’d be more consistent with doing pods when there’s a full slate of games (like last night) instead of doing a pod for a 3-game slate (like tonight).

Just started to getting into podcasts, really into hockey so i wanted to find something that talked about hockey. Your guys podcast was the first one to pop up so I turned it on to listen. Best decision of my life you get to hear everyone’s opinions about hockey as well as a good laugh. You guys are great will from now on tune into every podcast. GO CANES

Let me say when you can sift through the ridiculous, childish and utters useless cursing and vulgarity there is a lot of useful content in this show. Let me confess the first time I heard this podcast I laughed when the dude says “Blackcocks” for Blackhawks. But lately (today's feb 15 podcast is a great example, the shear stupidity of the one vulgar guy Talon Jenkins made today’s podcast impossible to get through to the important content which is a shame). Hey I’m no prude when it comes to locker room language but people are busy especially gamblers trying to listen to multiple podcasts to gain information - a couple of curses or vulgar mash ups of team names is great but this guy has gone way way way past that. Was cute at first but it’s now totally ruined this podcast. What’s a shame is the content besides Talon’s cursing (even his) is spectacular. I also love how they summarize best bets and consensus picks (consensus picks are usually gold) . The shows without Talon (and even the occasional one with him where he limits his vulgarity) are 5 stars worth while. But his excessive use of vulgarity and todays ridiculous rant is wasting valuable listener time and replacing useful contact to help us get to winners with an insane volume of mindless nothingness. I’m not sure why Ryan Gilbert and Joel Meyer allow this on what could be one of the best sports gambling podcast on the market. They are gold and the shame is so is Talon’s actual hockey content (today it was about 30% of his content-70% was useless rants and cursing). His vulgarity and screaming rants now exceeds the actual hockey content on this show - which is such a shame because these guys know hockey. Two ways to react to this review - dismiss it or actually have a team meeting with some real introspection to try to take this podcast to a higher level and dial back the vulgarity a bit - doesn’t have to be to none - but now it’s made the greatest gambling content on podcasts tough to get to. I introduced 11 people to this show - only 2 continue to tune in the others just can’t take it anymore. 9 left because of Talon. Nuff said.

i’m a casual nhl fan AT BEST (go flyers) but what i like about this podcast is how they go in depth with their picks, why they make the they also keep me informed about player performances (ex “this goalie struggles on the road”), i learn more nhl names, and they also like to bust chops with one another. great podcast, keep it up guys.

Love these guys insights and laughs. This is a true hockey podcast Ryan , Joel, and Talon are a perfect complement to each other. It’s comedy it’s hockey and it’s fun. I missed it glad it’s back.

Hockey is back and I’m just as excited that the HGP guys are too. Hands down, this is the best Hockey Gambling Podcast.

How about sticking to hockey? If you want to hear opinions on other sports, will listen to the podcast of the people who know what they’re talking about.

Guys are funny and make the room warm. As far as their betting takes, I’ve been betting opposite of their takes and winning more. Especially as of late. I’m not sure why it’s that way. But it is. I’ve lost more by listening than not.

Love the podcasts. Great betting insight and a lot of character separates these these picks from some big wig Canadian on tv in a fancy suit. These guys give high percentage picks with data behind it and sometimes even a little liquid encouragement only adding to a strong “hockey night with the boys” kinda vibe. You can almost smell the empty beers and leftover jalapeño poppers! Seriously love the show and you guys are great. Love from Michigan

Let’s be honest, if you are listening to a podcast about hockey bets you are already in pretty deep! BUT these guys manage to make it enjoyable to take it deep week after week. They are hilarious and crude while also being insightful, everything you should want from a podcast. P.S. I question the competency of those parents that are offended by the cursing because their children listen to the show. Who lets children listen to a gambling show?? That’s like taking your kid to the buffet at the strip club and getting upset that hot nude chicks are walking around.

One guy used an FBomb practically ever other word NSFW or around kids. I’ve been told I curse a lot but his use of the word was even excessive to me.

Was doing alright just side betting on NHL as I prefer to play NFL mainly. Im fan of the network I decided to listen in n give it a try. the guys broke down the teams and helped me hit on a 4 team parlay! Definitely gonna be tuning in more often to keep the train rolling. As the only female listener of the podcast, I can say with confidence that you don’t have to be a rink rat to enjoy this show. Even if you’re not that into hockey, there’s so much to enjoy. Talon’s signature Talonytics®️have already won me tons of money, even though my husband doesn’t let me listen to the segments with Talon out of fear that I’ll leave him for that Canadian beefcake. Ryan’s hopeless Flyers optimism is adorable. And Joel…is also on the show. Thanks for all the entertainment! PS: I love when you talk about that Sharkie guy—more of that, please!

I gamble on hockey a lot, and like to think of myself as a nerd for this stuff. I like to turn this show and on and see what the guys are thinking on games. They definitely know their stuff when it comes to hockey.
