I discovered Lindsay’s YouTube channel called Vital Side some time ago and have been intrigued by her wellness program. I didn’t know there was a podcast as well, but was glad to discover this in a recent email message. The podcast definitely earned a five star review, and I’d give it ten if I could! Thank you for letting me know about this! I look forward to learning more about your program.

Great Interseection for Science and Faith
Cait & Lindsay's neurosciencce approach to re-wiring your brain is very much aligned with my approach to healing and wholeness through the dictates of Romans 12 and Ephesians 4 concerning renewing your mind which leads to a renewed identity. Healing father wounds absolutely requires a renewed perspective on fatherhood, as well as freedom from a victimized mindset.

Even though I have a functional doctor, she hasn’t been able to help me all the way through my food sensitivities, leaky gut, and SIBO. I’m in love with this podcast. The somatic exercises, the frank but so low-key and relaxing info, are so helpful and encouraging. I’ve learned that I CAN DO THIS!

Have you listened to your podcast??
Clearly you don’t edit or listen to your podcast. It’s actually absurd how quickly this woman speaks and with how little self awareness. It is really disappointing to see grown women talking like this… representing women so incredibly unprofessionally and unintelligibly. Grow up and consider editing.

Healing the Body Requires the Mind
I’ve been dealing with chronic illness for about a decade or more and following Lindsay’s Instagram account for sometime as well. What information she provides on that platform as well as through her podcast has transformed how I view my illness and my overall body. I have experienced trauma and have adhd and it’s one of the things that has made absolute sense in the connection to my health and how the nervous system plays a vital role. It’s given me so much hope. I cannot wait to utilize the services/programs she provides which I’ve been keeping in my pocket so I can be fully immersed and focused.

My Doctor Referred me & I’m hooked!
My doctor referred me to this podcast and I’ve binged 10+ episodes and I am hooked. Each episode leaves me trying new techniques to release my old ways and move into a life of freedom and health. I’ve replayed key parts to really grasp the concepts; they are insightful and I almost study every word. It’s like a therapy session. The hosts have a great way of telling a story during the episodes and at the end they bring home the essence of the talk. I have already learned much!
