It’s obvious Papa and Banks work for the Giants. Get into the serious stuff and stop talking about things that don’t matter to fans. Talk about the talent gap, who needs to be let go and why. The fans want news not rehashed old talk about effort and excuses. The Giants stink and its coaching and talent. Talk about it please

Bob and Carl are consummate professionals calling the Giants radio broadcasts. They call it straight, aren’t “homers”, and make you feel like you’re hanging with them watching the game. The podcast gives them the ability to drill down into the key topics of conversation surrounding the Giants. Carl gives the deep knowledge, player perspective while Bob adds more of the fan view (though Carl shares that too, especially when the Twitter feed is blowing up, aka every other week). This is a must listen for every true Blue Giants fan, and is easy to listen to for opposing team fanbases as well.

I have listened to all the other NYG podcasts and this is by far the most well rounded and informative NYG podcast. Carl and Bob stay neutral and honest with the information/knowledge they deliver… thank you for all of the great episodes

A 100th year anniversary is pretty significant so as a giant fan I will buy in. But New York Giants nostalgia has been spread pretty thin lately because that’s all we get instead of beating the Eagles or the Cowboys. So you guys do a pretty good job, especially Banks. But I really don’t think this is the time to be admonishing Giants fans for being upset about being the joke of the national football league. Read the room.

Latest podcast didn’t sound anything like Carl Banks and Bob Papa

It’s like hanging out with Carl Banks and Bob Papa after the game. Best podcast I’ve heard in a long time about football. The New York Football Giants. Enjoying just flat out and open conversation about the good, the bad the beautiful and the ugly of the G-men.

Good insight and perspective from the guys who call the game and one of the all time Giant greats. I do tend to skip or turn off when they get into fan bashing. There’s a good amount of reacting to what some fans say on social media and I find that tiresome. I love the analysis of getting into a player’s mindset.

Great podcast. Great content with the radio duo for the New York Football Giants. (Spend most of the games watching with the TV on mute and the radio call on the radio) My only honest complaints are the mic volume and audio editing (ads cut in between sentences and cut back to a different sentence?) It also feels like there’s a lot of ads for a show with shorter episodes. I do love the conversation with Bob and Carl!

Love Carl’s insight, unfortunately, it feels like most of the time is spent listening to ads and not Carl and Bob. An 18 minute pod that is 8-10 minutes of ads is too much.

Love the content - perspectives are insightful and informative. However the audio is really uneven. Carl’s mic is far too low in comparison to Bob’s. Despite that it’s an entertaining listen and I look forward to future episodes.

Truly love and appreciate the show, but Bob clearing his throat every 10 words is a killer. Switch up the milk or cream in the coffee, try some tea or at least pop a Halls before the show because it is a rough distraction. And hey, if it continues I’ll still listen to every episode…but just giving some feedback.

It has been great this year hearing the Giants broadcast team provide analysis. They really bring a blend of creativity, objectivity, and bias that keeps me looking forward to the next episode. Thanks for bringing this to the fan fans outside of the local radio market!

The pod is ok, as the timing of episodes is inconsistent. I unsubscribed after old head Carl went on a rant about how fans should be supportive of Kenny Golladay despite his piss poor performance on the field. I can’t imagine a more outdated, soft and out of touch take. If a player is not performing, fans have every right to boo that player. There is an expectation that you do the basic elements of your job, and if you don’t, and in fact you are hurting the team with your poor play, you deserve to be booed. This is part of the game and something that players should expect and learn how to deal with, especially in New York. Pretty simple, do your job and you won’t be booed. I won’t be listening to this lame pod any longer.

Gentlemen, great job. I fully support your intention to have more frequent shows with “after the fact” opinion and analysis. We want that! Insight from a former player is always a great added value to any show. Go Banks! (Go BP)!

In a universe where content is “king” it’s obvious neither of you are great self promoters and I’m guessing it’s because you either don’t prioritize it or it just doesn’t come natural so it’s a little distasteful. With you two there is no other logical excuse this is not a more popular podcast. If you need help let’s talk.

Papa and Banks are polished but they don’t sugarcoat. Great interview with Joe Schoen! Lots of nuggets in there!

Lots of great Giants podcasts/shows out there, but Banks and Papa are Giants royalty. Always a great show and pleasure to listen to.

One of my all time favorite Giants and one of my favorite broadcasters. They have always had great chemistry and this podcast is amazing.
