    Too much extra talking
Recently started listening and I agree with some of the others. There is to much extra talking. Things not related to the crime. It’s like at times they forget the point of the podcast and instead reminiscing about their own life.

    Miss yall
It took me awhile to get into it but I enjoyed how Priscilla always got questions when Norma is doing a story. Always anxious and need to know it before it’s done. This was great to get into.

    Audio
Audio needs improvement. The ladies need to be mindful of their mics. You can hear their movements from them being to close talking into the mics or wearing a mic They need to work on learning their levels for audio. It’s gets annoying to hear that movement.

I really hate that you all are leaving right when I find you. This is such a good show! I wish you could just pass it on to someone else to keep it going. I do have a question…will u at least be leaving the podcast up so those of us newbie’s to the show can listen to the last 3 years?!? 🤍

    20 years from now
I’m going to miss hearing the stories of these amazing black women and how experienced harsh treatment in the end of their lives. I look forward to seeing you guys on social media. I love both of your personalities and it’s been great to listen to the growth of the podcast. Hopefully 20 years from now when you guys retire you can revive the podcasts. Just kidding ! Proud of you both . Take care. And if you need a dentist in the Texas area ! Come find me in 2 years after residency !

    A+
I found this podcast last year and I am completely caught up. It has been very informative and I enjoyed the sisters through the many episodes. Wishing you well on your next chapters!

    Ugh
I absolutely hate the way these ladies say “daughter” & “un” it's so annoying. Besides that the episodes are well researched.

    *Edit* tear 😢😢😢
*Edit* I’m so sad to know my favorite podcast will be paused (gonna ask the universe to bring y'all back). You guys have become my podcast cousins. The time and dedication put into this body of work is nothing short of amazing. You will be missed until your return. 💜💜💜 So I must say I love this podcast and I do not understand all the low key hate y’all get in the comments… last I checked this is y’all’s podcast, created by y’all, and be made the way y’all want to make it… so if you want to talk about vacations, Momo, the Norma take overs at the beginning of the episodes I am thinking (last time I checked) y’all can do that… soooo if there are people that don’t like it why are they listening??? Keep the hate to yourself negative Nancy’s and Crabby Curtis’s… #ISaidWhatISaid #DontAtMe Update: I love when Norma or Priscilla say “We’re gonna cut that out later” and it makes the show 😆😆😆 I love everything about this podcast

Best True Crime Podcast EVER!!! You will be missed.
Such a wonderful podcast! WOW! Where do I begin?? For starters, I started listening to your podcast about a year ago and I’ve been hooked ever since. I binged-listened to the show in between law school classes and work, on my commutes, and even when I’d get ready in the morning. Although the topics are quite heavy and really sad, you two ladies do an amazing job sharing these stories. Black true crime isn’t talked about enough and I love the efforts you’ve made to bridge this gap. I, too, am a black woman in law and that’s how I stumbled upon the show. I originally followed Priscilla on IG for a good while until I knew you two had a podcast and it was on from there. I’m a 3L about to graduate law school in Detroit, Michigan and I want to thank you both for bringing such a unique perspective to this world. It’s so interesting listening to the show from a legal standpoint, especially because I’m still learning a lot about the law myself. I was so sad to hear that y’all are ending the show, but I completely understand. The work that you ladies do is no small feat and takes a lot of time. I always said I’d write a review one of these days, but with the end nearing, I thought this would be the perfect time to do so. Can I just say WOW. You two are so smart and make these sad stories worthwhile. I can honestly say that I’ve heard you both grow over the years, and I feel like I kinda know y’all LOL. Norma, you went from the “shy” podcast backseat rider to one who corrects Norma, hosts shows, and even gives sass to some of the listeners, haha. Priscilla, you definitely give big sister vibes and have taught Norma well. You both should be proud! You both have bright futures, and you will be missed SO SO SO much. I feel like I witnessed greatness, and I really appreciate you ladies helping pass the time of my very long law school journey lol. I’m glad you both have decided to do what’s best for you. Please come back one day, if able. Til then, I’ll be seeing you on IG. Feel free to follow back  @Lexisshanel. (I’m also okay with you reading this on air). THANK YOU. THANK YOU. THANK YOU. P.S – Tell Momo he’ll be missed also! It’s not goodbye…it’s see you later.

    I’m addicted!!
I really wish I could give 10 stars! Great job Priscilla and Norma. I love the vivid storytelling. I love that you link your sources (cause I’m nosey lol) I love the sisterly banter (cause I have sisters too lol) But seriously…excellent job ladies. Your podcast has gotten me through plenty tough workdays. Priscilla…love your energy, don’t change…and Norma, I love your laid back vibe…don’t change! Keep up the good work!!

    great content but….
highly recommend this show, been listening to priscilla and norma do their thing & i enjoy the way you present the stories. for years i’ve also held back to offer one criticism for the way you both pronounce the word “asked”. i am surprised for two lawyers ( i think you both are? hopefully not mistaken) nevertheless i acknowledge your level of educational success and want to take into account that you’re both black women with nuances and speak in east coast accents as well. however vapid my opinion or comment might be, in context of being lawyers, i think it’s worth pointing out that you both say the word ‘asked’ as AXED. it seems impossible to ignore since i’ve heard this consistently for 3 years & it’s so annoying to be completely honest. i think if i were sitting in a court room as another servant of the civility or posed as your client, i would not take you seriously if i heard you AX me questions or if i heard yall AX questions in a serious matter that requires utmost professionalism. it’s worth practicing your pronounciation. might as well. take care and congratulations on all your accomplishments as professional women of color.

    Love the Pod but…
You guys do a great job overall. However, there are too many long pauses between sentences. There is so much dead air that it can be frustrating to listen too. That said, I look forward to every episode!

    My Go To Podcast!!!
I listen to many crime podcasts and this is currently my absolute favorite! I don’t care if it’s weekly, monthly, every 6 months. I just love listening to the way they tell these stories and I love how transparent they are. KEEP IT UP LADIES!!! Stay strong 💪🏽
  • Krishanice
    Love them but…
Love the two girls and the podcast but man is it so inconsistent. I barely write reviews but I love this one so much that it needs to be heard. Obviously they have their own lives and their own worries but a scheduled posting would be great for once. Even if it’s once every other week, or once every two weeks, or shoot twice a month! Because to consistently open my app and not see an update with any explanation is a complete bummer. I and lm pretty sure many others would just like a consistent schedule and not a post on IG saying we will see you next Tuesday.
  • prettypennyf
Hate how much I love you girls 🎶 🧑🏾‍🦲(that’s neyo lol)
I love you girls’ podcast however, I hate how frequently inconsistent you are about uploading episodes weekly. I check every Tuesday for a new episode and too often there isn’t one. Although I appreciate when you update us that there won’t be a new episode, you haven't consistently kept us updated on that either. Your podcast really matters! Everything else could be a five star review even when Priscilla hosts 😉 Love you ladies but I need the consistency or at least let us know when it will be inconsistent either by Instagram on Tuesday or Monday night or at the end of an episode.
  • AMH1024
    Losing Me.
When the show first started it seemed like you guys were more interested. Now the cases are less researched and the episodes are shorter and no matter what we never get a full month of episodes. I think you guys should switch to monthly or biweekly to give yall more time to research and take whatever breaks you need. Because one episode then taking off because of a hangnail for three weeks is insanity.
  • Jayrozaybby
Pretty ok but Practice your vowels
Congrats on your personal success but these stories are not about you. Please remember that you are honoring victims and we don’t always need to know how you can relate it back to you. The short O like in on And short U like understand Make different sounds. You pronounce u words like unknown and unsolved (which you say a lot) incorrectly and it’s bad
  • Loserz24
    Eh
They talk to and explain the simplest things to the listeners like we’re first graders. Research? Don’t know her.
  • Go_Gobarbie
    Do some research !!!
None of these stories are researched well, and the recording quality is awful.
  • Lizlotus
    Great Podcast, very inconsistent
This is a great podcast and I look forward to every Tuesday to get my true crime on! However, I have noticed a lot of inconsistencies within the past year. A holiday comes around, we have no podcast. At one point we had a 2 to 3 month hiatus. It’s just very inconsistent and now I’m iffy about it. I share your podcast at work all the time. However what is to share? thank you for your amazing work, I wish you all could be more consistent.
  • NickaeWorld
    Inconsistent
Great podcast, however I have to be honest. This podcast is extremely inconsistent, we went 2 months with no updates. I suggest they come up with a plan like maybe prerecord episodes to use when they are not able to drop an episode. Many podcasters do that. Or just switch to monthly episodes instead of promising weekly episodes.

    My favorite!
Just wanted to let you ladies know that you are not only my favorite crime podcast, but my favorite of all to listen to. Continue to ignore those few negative comments because there are plenty of us that enjoy you!

    Been down
I’ve been a listener for a while now, never felt compelled to review but the Norma solo take over 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽I love her awkwardness. It took the harsh edge off of the story. This is my go to podcast. I find myself listening to episodes more than once to get my “fix” ill-La-noi no S it’s silent. It’s the inconsistency for me now. I
  • Morgan Tanisha
    One of my favorite podcast
Hi Ladies: this by far is one of my favorite podcasts and I just want to say thank you for giving such great true crime stories
  • Case1004
    Love it!
Love this podcast…the foundation of the podcast is definitely needed n appreciated from one black woman to another. I’m also a true crime fan so that helps to keep my interest. Some of the stories I am familiar with n others I’m not…thank u for shining the light on what has happened to the women u feature…some who could have gotten national attention but the recognition that u ladies give is just as important. I love the fact that Priscilla just tells Norma n the listeners the story n Norma basically asks the questions that we want to know the answers to…great production aspect. I love Priscilla because of her storytelling ability but also her down to earth girl next door demeanor. I STAN for Norma…sorry Cilla 😘…it’s all love. I love how nonchalant Norma is until she is deeply captivated by the egregious details in the story…u know she’s all in when she’s like “Wait, what?!” U ladies r killing it ( no pun intended), keep doing ur thing on the podcast n in ur private lives.

    Hooooookeddddd !
I’m hooked on this podcast because I love true crime & I would’ve never known about this podcast until Sistas who kill shouted y’all out but ever since I looked the podcast up from episode 1 to now I have been hooked & wanting more episodes. I tune in ever Tuesday and love love love y’all story telling . Thank yall for being yall & keeping it real keep up the GOOD work ‼️🤍
  • It’sStew
    STORY LINES GOOD
The story telling is good but I hate the opinion and views that you do on men that kill. When you guys do story’s on women who are killers you guys say they shouldn’t have done it. When you guys do a story on men it’s always they are cowards and about 10 different other names. Almost like you try to downplay women that kills with an excuse with mental issues or women more likely to kill based on emotions.

    I’m Hooked
I started listening at work to help the time go by because I’m tired of the same ol’ songs and now I enjoy it! I just started #1 a day or two ago and now I’m on #15. I don’t want to catch up to the newer episodes I’ve already watched! Also I love the sister banter that comes along with the sad/infuriating stories. Thank you for telling their stories because like we know our ‘sisters’ get ignored too often. SN: I’m an Aries too and when Norma talks I hear myself which is hilarious to me.
  • Nelly11111223789857157
    Inconsistent
I LOVE this podcast! But lately, they been skipping Tuesday’s and ion like that 😩😂. Still gave 5 stars because I love the storytelling and sisterly banter. Just prerecord so we don’t have to miss weeks if y’all get sick or something 😩😂

    I’m hooked!!
I just found this podcast and I’m hooked!! I’m binge listening I tuned in to one episode and I haven’t left. This is black girl magic Priscilla personality pops and you can tell she never meets a stranger. Norma’s awkwardness(I mean that in a GOOD way) is a perfect combination! Priscilla story telling is top tier. She does her research and states facts while still making you laugh even though it’s a serious and gruesome topic. I don’t know you ladies but I’m PROUD of you and this podcast. Priscilla your personality on this podcast keeps me tuning in. You ladies rock!! It’s the mystery for me forever fan🩵

    Hey Cousins !!!!!!!
I looooove the podcast. I enjoy when Norma reads for numerous reasons. Her voice is extremely soothing, she's a great storyteller and we get to see a different lawyer view of Priscilla . She ask all the right questions and would be a great prosecutor. I also follow you (Priscilla) on Tiktok to enjoy all your Black Girl Luxury. Keep up the great work, you guys. Okay Bye Cousins
