I’m an avid home coffee roaster and find this podcast to hit the right notes: extremely informative without being snooty or elitist, yet not dumbed down. These guys know that anyone can learn to become a skilled roaster no matter the demographic. Their discussions are relatable, funny, thoughtful, socially aware, honest and helpful. Excellent work.

Just discovered these guys and found out they’re local to my area! Really been diving into the deep end of roasting, starting to home roast, and plan to start a roastery. The variety and simplicity that they explain things with, while having a great enjoyable time, makes this a top notch podcast in my tool kit! 10/10

These guys are very knowledgeable about the coffee industry in a humble way. As an aspiring roaster I find their insights about being a coffee roasting professional very helpful and honest. Their coffee is amazing too!

Several years ago I was part owner/barista of a coffee shop in a small town…I gradually lost my way and am returning to my first love COFFEE…I recently decided to learn about roasting and plan to start soon…this podcast is informative and reminds me of what life is really about COFFEE 😃
