    great lecture
I’m a foreign law student. I couldn’t follow these podcasts in my 1L year even though the professor speaks slowly and clearly. But as a 3L student, I finally understand these materials and realize how useful they are. They are great review lectures for bar prep that I can listen to anywhere anytime. Thank you, Prof. Main!

    THE BEST
Amazing explanations that supplement the readings for the course. I listen at the gym and while driving. Hearing things a few times helps.

    Clear Explanations & Useful Examples
Really useful for exam prep. Like having a portable copy of a Civ-Pro lecture to replay and review. Gonna revisit this podcast before the bar.

    So so helpful
I’m preparing for the bar and only wish professor main had a podcast for every subject. His analysis is engaging and clear. I am so grateful to have this podcast for when I’m running errands or want to review a concept in a more passive way. Thank you.

    Incredible
This is awesome! Professor Main speaks clearly, enthusiastically and slowly. Thank you!

This is AMAZING for 1L students! Best 1L podcast I’ve found for sure
SO helpful, taking each topic one at time and explaining very clearly, with examples, how each works. I have listened to all but 2 episodes and I’m only sad there aren’t more! (Discovery please!) I’ve tried several other podcasts and could not bear to listen, either so boring or too elementary or didn’t fully explain. Highly recommend this to any 1L in Civ Pro! Now for my only suggestion (other than more please. And I’d LOVE to have them on other areas as well) is to possibly redo the Supplemental Jurisdiction episode. I think it was easily 15 min (maybe more) before any discussion of SJ was started. Til then it was continuous repetition of Diversity Jurisdiction, which has its own episode already! I would have liked about 3 min. review of Diversity Jurisdiction and then move straight into Supplemental Jurisdiction, and go a bit further into it with examples of more complicated cases. Still easily 5 starts on this entire series—don’t miss it!!
