Talk about “punching up” chat GPT in comedy writing (in the Brass Monkey episode) was a bummer, tbh, and so are the ad reads for sports gambling apps that are addicting a generation of kids (and I can’t become a patron and skip it if I know it’s supporting that kind of content). Hope these guys can figure out how to cash in while staying cool and keeping some of that timeless integrity.

It’s really funny at times. I came as part of the doughboys extended universe. But then it kind of started to have “drunk dad” vibes. Also they do this mouth noise stuff that’s rough. My office mates want to kill me.

This band is the best, and they have a rockin pod too. Kinda a groovement thing happening… UPDATE 11/8/24: THESE MICS ARE TOO DANG CRISP! (Not talking about Hanford, his name is spelled Mike FYI). Love the pod/band but I wanted to share my struggle with their juicy mouths and Garrison Keillor tier nostrils…

Listen, I love to laugh. In the over saturated field of “funny” podcasts, these fellas really stand out. Not only are they funny, but they’re also good and make me laugh! What more could I ask for?! The drinks/hijinks are one in a million and I couldn’t be happier!

Don’t listen very much, only a couple times a week. But it’s one of the best podcasts to listen to between 4 & 5 pm if you catch my drift. Uncomplicated and you can tell these guys love doing this.

Having been a big fan of the Birthday Boys, I was already in. But they do such a good job of researching the drinks and then evaluating them on a real level that this became one of my favorite pods. I don’t need to hear the flavor profile and the specific level of tannins or IBUs, just tell me is it yucky or not. I’ve actually tried a lot of drinks after listening. Tim’s always right, Jeff’s always left of center, and Mike’s always upside down, baby!

Don’t know much about anything about alcohol but this show makes me wanna be a drunker man. Wouldn’t mind an iteration where the Sloppy Boys do some sorta live show, maybe a twitch event where we can drink along
