GSM59LPCharlie Star is the Man!Latest episode with Charlie Star is probably the coolest guitar interview I’ve ever heard! Great, show with awesome guests!!!
-
YogiBuBearNo 1 guitar oriented podcastBecause , they are focused. some podcasts spend the first 10 minutes telling you how the host got to the studio and what kind of hamburger he had. These guys are very focused and I like that a lot. Otherwise I’m just gonna put on Car Talk or a short story.

Aces DucesAwesomeMakes me happy when the new notification pops up. Love your interviews and gear talk. You all have inspired me to get back to guitar. Zach, Explorers are great! My first brand new guitar was a white Explorer bass in 1986. Hard case and all $650.00 Lots of money for a 15 year old. Wish I still had it Cheers

PacosUniqueNicknameMindless ramblingThey clearly don’t think much of the listener.
-
rheociekxkDropped offI really enjoyed some of the episodes before they joined Premiere Guitar where Zach and Rhett would just discuss individual topics. Dipping listeners rigs was an interesting portion of the show as well. They are not great at interviewing guests, but that seems to be a consistent approach to episodes now.

Mail MillerA Podcast for GuitaristsRhett Shull and Zach Broyles are two influential figures in the guitar community. Rhett Shull travels through sonic landscapes showing important guitar tips, guitarists, and effects. Zach Broyles makes amazing pedals through Mythos. These two team up to in a conglomerate full of fun, facts, and feuds.

The good doctor of WoosterMehGenerally worth a listen if you are already a fan of Rhett’s YT channel. Interview with Danish Pete is terribly puerile and also the audio levels are mismatched between the mics. Would have hoped for better now that they are attached to Premier Guitar!
-
Dr. Romero BondA Couple SuggestionsI’ve been enjoying these! I’ve only recently subscribed, which means Premier Guitar is doing their job. Great discussions with Bonamossa and PRS. I have a couple suggestions you might find helpful: 1. The podcast audio is very quiet. I normally turn my car stereo volume to 15 for podcasts and I had to turn yours up to 25 to get the same volume. Some compression and limiting would go a long way! 2. (With tongue in cheek:) Aside from the fact that I have no f’in clue what a Shoyal (spelling??) is, and it seems kinda nerdy to not just use points or stars or something, to “dip a rig” sounds rather…suggestive. Imagine, for instance, another big hit single by that name from Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion. Keep ‘em comin.

MRose0906Quality Entertainment For the whole familyZach and Rhett have a great rapport and choose a wide array of great topics to discuss. The show is a great listen for your drive to work. Only complaint is that they are both busy people, which means there is a week missed here and there.

nbous64Best guitar podcastWas watching different guitar videos and it came in my lap.
-
TSalak112Honest.This is a plain Jane honest podcast. Rhett and Zach never pull punches on their reviews of gear and the dip your rig segment is always fun. Topics are relevant. I met Rhett in real life and he was kind and great to chat with. Also the Southern Redneck bit is gut busting funny.
-
lp59peteExcellent podcast. This has become my favoriye guitar gear podcast. They're very honest and have a lot of experience concerning guitar gear and playing. Most importantly to me, they both play well. Also, they actually talk about guitar/gear almost the entire time - instead of rambling like others.
-
Dan J - MDConsistently inconsistently, reliably unreliableYou get the idea…. But, they have merch, so…
-
chrisbas99Shoyles sells sea shellsThis is my favorite guitar/gear podcast for sure. Zach and Rhett complement each other well. Very fun and entertaining to listen to. I just wish they’d swear more ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
-
BillowsPillowFills a NeedThis podcast makes me feel like I have friends . . . who know a lot about guitars and the industry. I don’t actually have any of those. Friends. Specifically friends who know a lot about guitars and the industry.
-

-
c.j.carGet dippedThese guys are the thing! You want to hear honest talk about gear and playing music and have a few laughs? This is the show to check out. Always entertained, kept up to date on new developments in the gear world and I always learn a thing or two, and I have been playing music professionally (on and off) for 30 years. P.s. check out their other social media outings as well. Thanks Rhett and Zach.

elchivo0414Why am I Here?I came for the gear chats. I stayed for the redneck impersonations.

DinosaurJR4LifePure and Simple: This is how babies are madeNever has there been two more provocative and attractive voices to simultaneously occupy a singular listening space. This is the real deal. Tell your friends, tell your enemies; Dipped in Tone will fix what’s funky in your world.
-
kris100990The Tone Gospel Right HereBrett and Zachk are hilarious and have a really great insight into the nitty gritty details of good guitar tone. They aren’t afraid of give their unsolicited opinions of things and can really seem controversial in their discussions. But their chemistry is podcast gold and I like hearing them banter! Good show!
-
truckdubMe like!Great show. Funny. Knowledgeable.
-
Beatles-1964Fun and informativeLighthearted conversations about guitar and guitar gear. Keep it up, fellas!
-
12345dylan7Love it.These guys are genuine. They want to help people get better at guitar. Yes, they do it for money, but it’s not about to the money for them. They are incredibly knowledgeable and are incredible players. Worth the listen!!
-
Kalki-DasDipped in Tone Rules!Zach is a Wizard Tone and Rhett is a Magician Guitar player, these two fine gentlemen can open a new and honest perspective for those in the search of tone.
-
bcarr88Warning: You might like this.I don’t know why I enjoy listening to people who tell me I should try new things or who challenge me to investigate a new way of doing old things. Rhett and Zach just make me want to spend money and buy cool gear and stickers. Honestly, they have good experience and wisdom to share. They don’t pull punches and don’t get political. Both are amazing wins for a podcast these days.
-
dariel11Great!Just 2 guys talking gear and life as a musician and pedal builder. With input opinion on where the overall business should go. Love it!
-
AcesMcCheeseDipped in funI love this new podcast.
-
jimbo ricketA great podcast for guitar playersI could be wrong, but I feel like there are not enough guitar focused podcast, and this one is great so far(listening to the 4th episode now). It reminds me of the conversations I have with my friends about guitar and gear and the industry, and that's what it feels like, a nice conversation with Rhett and Zach, that I can't contribute to, and that's probably for the best. I hope they put off the intro music for another 100 episodes. Great work.
-
Millett138Good comboGlad these two decided to formalize their chats and save them for posterity. Straight ahead guitar gear chat.
-
Parsons87Happy to have these two together! Two of my favorite guys in the music industry today. Love Rhett’s YouTube channel and love Zach's pedals. Happy to hear these two chat about music, guitars, gear and more.
