I enjoy listening in and learning about bourbon! There’s so much more to it than I ever imagined. They have also made the process for me starting out very easy. Very approachable team who takes time to help and answer questions, and never made me feel silly for not knowing things the more seasoned bourbon connoisseurs already know!

What a great group of guys who share their love of bourbon and other libations. They make me laugh with their good natured humor. They are honest with their opinions and very informative. They have had some of the best guests of any podcast I’ve listened to and they continue to bring even more. Bourbon With Friends is the best podcast! I really enjoyed the conversation with you and Paul about the nuances of Dewars Blended and the Aberfeldy single malt. I’m fairly new on the Scotch whisky journey and this episode was full of great information. Oh yeah, and so jealous you were in Scotland- at the source!

As a big whiskey nerd, I highly recommend this podcast. It’s an every day listen for me now! Great content if you want to laugh, learn and geek out.

I found this podcast a few months ago and all I can say is that I LOVE IT! From the down to earth bourbon knowledge to having bigger name musicians and celebrity guest on. These guys are smart, funny and have such a diverse show compared to all the other bourbon podcasts I have listened too. While maybe not conventional, this podcast is one where you never know who or what is going to be talked about with every episode and I love that. I found this podcast when they had Sam Heughan and Graham On the show. I’m a huge fan of outlander so I thought I would give the podcast a listen. They were hilarious and down to earth. Really knowledgeable about whiskey/whisky and bourbon.. my hub is a bourbon guy and I bought a few bottles that Paul has reviewed..

So much great information and so much fun! I can listen for hours. I love how down to earth and natural it is!

I just discovered this podcast while following my favorite actors, Ian and Paul, on their Brothers Bond Bourbon journey! The guys are hilarious, down to earth, and full of knowledge in the whiskey world! I love that I can sit back, relax with a nice drink and listen to their show. Bonding over bourbon is good for the soul and brings everyone together. Will definitely listen to more and am excited for new guests they bring on down the road!

Bourbon with Friends really captures the “spirit” of the spirits community. Laughter and friends, drinks and history. I’m an American traveling through Scotland and I was fortunate enough to catch the episode with Sam. I poured myself a wee dram and really enjoyed listening to the discussion. It felt like I was in a pub with old friends… I like my whiskies burning me like smokebomb, so it was cool to hear that Sam started with peaty whiskies in his own journey. I have much to learn about bourbon and I’m ready to start! Who better than to learn from the guys at BWF?! The conversation touched on the history of Scotland and, particularly, the Battle of Culloden. It was meant to be because I visited the battlefield the day after listening to the podcast. AJ has lineage with the MacBean Clan - this clan was present for the battle of Culloden. Was it Sam or Paul that left a lasting impression? Well…as a celebrity, gentleman and all around good guy…Sam always leaves a lasting impression. But…with that said…Paul was the driving force behind this fun and informative podcast. While most other interviewers who come face to face with a well known celebrity as Sam Heughan, are nervous and a bit giddy (yes, even the males) Paul ( even though admittedly nervous at first) emanated nothing but genuine friendliness and familiarity with the Outlander male star, and creator of The Sassenach whisky. I found both gentleman to be well informed on the subject matter (whisky) and a joy to listen to with their familiar banter. This, in my opinion, podcast well deserves a 10 star rating. Bravo gentlemen!

So I am new to Bourbon With Friends, but really enjoyed my first pod cast listen. It really was like listening to your friends. The conversation was easy but so informative too. I will be back!

Okay. I admit it. I was drawn to this podcast because I am a huge fan of Outlander, Men in Kilts, Sam Heughan, and Graham McTavish. I listened to the episode with Graham McTavish and thoroughly enjoyed it. I will, of course, listen to the episode with Sam Heughan and maybe some of the others. I’m not a big drinker, but did take a trip to KY a couple of years ago with a friend from Lexington. We had a wonderful time visiting the Maker’s Mark distillery where I got to add the wax to the top and get a personalized name label on a bottle from my barrel as part of the Ambassador program. It was beautiful in Loretto and very educational. Keep up the good work, Bourbon with Friends.

Being a Kentucky native and bourbon lover, I truly enjoy listening to this podcast. They’re fun, laid back and offer not only great content about bourbon but have great guests join them on a regular basis. I’m a traveling artist so this is a show I always have playing when I’m on the road.

As someone who’s in this industry, I’ve grown quite found of this podcast and all that it has to offer. The dudes that run it are witty, full of energy and love what they do. It’s easy to pick up that these fellows truly care, and the love and nurturing they show to our industry is intoxicating in the most perfect way. I feel like these guys are my best friends! Knowledge and fun all wrapped in one!

The 3 hosts have different experiences around bourbon and that makes them relative to people new to bourbon and those that have been engaged with bourbon for some time. I found it refreshing how each host brings a different perspective to the bourbon they are tasting.

These guys have a raw humor about them that makes the podcast so easy to listen to. I really do feel like they are gathered around the fire pit having a drink. Keep it up guys!

I have to admit I’m a girly man. These guys educated me on how to be a manly man. If you’re new or are educated in anything bourbon check these guys out. It’s better than what you think. Plus it helps to learn your drinks for parties!

In a casual conversation with one of the guys from bwf, I found out about the podcast and how it came about during times of Covid. Hearing the passion and excitement in his voice and believing in supporting local, I checked it out. Keep in mind that, while KY born and bred, I knew nothing about bourbon. They had me from first episode, as I thoroughly enjoy the vibe of the show, as it is a small knit of close friends enjoying life and enjoying what they love🥃! They like to say they aren’t snobby about it, which is a great take on talking on and teaching about bourbon 🥃. I’m interested in finding out more for sure! Overall, a light and informative listen, which I recommend for a wide audience. Keep it up guys! Wishing them much success!
