AvengingdeathgodessInstant ResultsI will start by saying that I found this podcast in my search to change my lifestyle for my HEALTH and not to lose weight. I’m a very thoughtful and feeling person, but not much of a doer, so this podcast being a lot of thought and feeling work really resonates with me. I don’t actually do any of the assignments she suggests but I heighten my awareness around whatever the topic might be and that by itself has transformed the way I eat and I lost 8 lbs within a week of listening! The second week I fit into my pre pregnancy jeans. These are just side benefits but pretty remarkable. I will say that while I agree it is repetitive, it’s still important to acknowledge these patterns. Her delivery is quite dry and there’s not much personality coming through, but she is thorough and concise. Really appreciate this work!

kristen326Same thing repeated over and overWhen I started listening to this, I really liked it. It made a lot of sense and I’m exactly the type of person she is talking about, but after listening for months, there seems to be no real value or growth and she says the same thing over and over in every episode and repeats it 20 times in the same episode. Every episode is the same and talks about why we struggle with food, but with no action steps or real value added. I get that you want to be paid and that’s great, but a podcast shouldn’t be the same few sentences in every episode without adding any value.

RuthTsakSo good!Each episode is relatable in some way. I love this combined with her coaching program! I wish we were taught these things at a very early age. So good and it applies to many aspects of our lives.

britt____b 5271:1 Coaching is NOT worth the money!Kat’s 1:1 coaching program is $4,000, all due up front, and no refunds are given because “she doesn’t want you to give up on yourself” If you YouTube how to create and apply a CTFAR model you’ve already learned as much as you will in her program. If this model does not work for you, you’re out of luck and wasted all that money. If you are willing to spend $4,000 on your wellness journey, that’s awesome, but I’d highly encourage you to look into registered dietitians/nutritionists. They are well educated and can help you regardless of what your struggles are and most importantly they have more than one resource (model)that can help you in your wellness journey. They also are more cost effective. I’d recommend Kat’s coaching if your only struggle with eating how you want to be eating, is emotional eating and you’d like assistance in creating and applying a CTFAR model to your eating habits.

Jen OBOne long infomercialI wanted to like this. Each episode ropes you in like you are going to learn something new. Kat successfully connects with experiences you have had or things you have struggled with but then, just when you are waiting for what you should do to overcome these challenges…the episode ends. I literally learned nothing from listening to this for months. I finally got so frustrated that I unsubscribed. Kat is looking for you to spend a few grand on her program. This entire podcast is a marketing tool and not informative at all in my opinion.

no_mo88“Health coach”?I was enjoying the podcast enough to want to learn more about the coaching program. Had first meeting and I was very interested. When kat told me it wAs $4k up front in one payment I hesitated because in my family we talk together about spending that kind of money. Kat questioned why I would share this with my husband—does she understand partnership/relationships. $4k is a lot of money. She then essentially hung up on me. Ridiculous—this is not coaching or being supportive. This is about getting money with zero guarantees as a customer. Her sales style was rude,cheesy,aggressive and super disappointing. I would rather buy a used car. I hope woman think twice before giving you $4k. Honestly who do you think you are? Very very very disappointing.

NannabeeIt’s like she’s in my brain!I stumbled upon this podcast in yet another search for something to help me get motivated to lose this weight. I am 10 episodes in and I have never had someone more accurately portray my inner thoughts out loud. I am binging all these episodes and it is very exciting to use a different approach to combat my thoughts around food rather than continuously failing at diets without the understanding of why. I feel like I am learning so much about the reasons why I have all the thoughts in my brain that are so hard to combat surrounding food. I did, however, give only four stars because the episodes are so monotone. I am trying so hard to listen and pay attention but my brain keeps drifting off because it’s like one continuous sentence that doesn’t ever change volume or pitch or pace or anything. I end up having to rewind the episode several times because I realized I have drifted off and I’m thinking about other things. I wish there was a little more pep or excitement or something to draw you in a little more. Because I really am trying hard to focus and pay attention! The information is so valuable and spot on!

LynSynThis changed my relationship with food!I began a new way of thinking about *what* I eat a few months ago. I started seeing results, but also felt quite a bit of resistance to making it stick. Kay has helped me look at my motives for changing and brought me to a level of trusting my food wisdom that makes making healthy food choices sensible and self nurturing. Now I don’t only have a new relationship with food, I’m on a much more satisfying journey.

As a busy working woman who has very little time in her schedule, it’s very easy to get stuck in the fad diets and look for quick fixes. This allowed me to think about food in a different light and gave me the tools to change my mindset and choices as a result!

This has transformed the way I view not only my relationship with food by my relationship with my own mind and body. Maryl D.Practical and Trustworthy AdviceI have recently been listening to Kat’s podcast and found myself motivated to make obtainable steps towards healthy eating in a productive and thoughtful way. She speaks to inform others not only about the “why” of not choosing healthy eating but she unpacks the “how” of is the mindset shift to sustain healthy food choices (long term). The way Kat integrates emotional/thought awareness and choices for food in a developmental way seems spot on for forming lasting habits to build a system of healthy eating. Highly recommend!
