SarahmorphosisA Masterclass in Storytelling and RoleplayingFrom its first season, 'Path of Night' gripped me like a high-quality HBO series, combining an intricate and thrilling story with top-notch audio production. Indeed, the cast's performances are so exceptional that I initially mistook them for acting professionals. It's rare to encounter a roleplaying group that meshes as flawlessly as this cast does. Discovering their warm and friendly interactions with fans was a delightful surprise, further showcasing their genuine passion for the podcast and deep appreciation for their audience. For those new to Vampire the Masquerade (VtM) like I was, the depth of the early episodes can be challenging to follow. Their richness is rewarding, however, and I’m so glad I persevered. If you’re struggling like I did, try looking up some basics about VtM and giving the show a second chance; you won’t regret it. 'Path of Night' is a hidden gem that shines brightly in the podcast universe and elevates the medium. For anyone looking for a narrative podcast that truly stands out, 'Path of Night' is a must-listen.

CreaxAmazing! This is an amazing show! The entire cast is fantastic and tell amazing stories. The Halloween one-shots are hilarious and the story set in the Chronicles of Darkness setting was the best I’ve heard. If you like World of Darkness, the main story will keep you entertained. Please keep up the superb work!

SpiderArcanaExcellent all aroundI heard about this from a recent reddit post and I’m so glad for the recommendation. The sound and production quality are all very good, which is really nice to see from episode 1. The characters and story are enthralling and entertaining, and have a great energy. I will be binging this until I catch up and a regular listener from then on!

Buffet83The best at what they doHands down, this is THE BEST VtM actual play podcast out there right now. I cannot say enough good things. The production quality is such that it doesn’t detract from the experience, which is no small thing considering how many podcasts can’t get that right. The characters all play off each other well, a group of friends comfortable role playing sensitive situations with each other. They fit their clan archetypes and each have their role, but with an additional strength/power/knowledge that makes them unique. The setting is perfect, V5 set in the late 90’s with the looming threat of Gehenna, is what Vampire was meant to be. And last but not least is the ST, who is easily on par with Matt Mercer in terms of his voice work and ability to set up fleshed out scenes and characters. I love how they keep finding themselves in positions where they have to make “a deal with the devil”. Really, this is just about as close to perfect as you’re going to find.

LumberingLeviathanDon’t sleep on this!Enjoying this podcast immensely! From the characters themselves, to getting to learn more and more about the world I’m hooked. The characters all have a lot of life, and personality to them. I can’t pick a favorite because they’re all so enjoyable to listen to! The GM does a great job leading the story while also allowing the characters to breathe their ideas into the story. Can’t wait to see where it all goes!
