    Love love love!
I never leave podcast reviews. But I recently (like last week) discovered that my husband has a disorganized attachment style, and it explains sooooo much. So I’ve been listening to all the podcasts I can find on the topic. So I started with episodes 5 and 6, and I loved where they went on tangents and delved into how religion affects attachment and vice versa. Now I’m going to go back and start with episode one and listen through. And hope they record some more!

    Opening, healing
This interview with Becky Castle Miller has been so brain opening and heart healing . I’ve struggled with feeling “less than” because all my adult life I don’t know what joy feels like. It wasn’t until 5 years ago I learned I indeed got angry after mistreatment and I’d freeze.( and I’m 62!) Maybe I m farther down the road to say “I felt JOY at a recent reunion, not just a deep satisfaction, which it likely is too. I’ve got more listening and learning to do.

    Confused
Interesting podcast with ideas about Christianity, specifically evangelicalism and attachment. A little confused about the Christianity that is constructed on this podcast. I’ve listened to a handful of episodes now, and it seems like the hosts pick and choose what they want to believe from the Bible if it makes them uncomfortable (particularly with the idea of sin). Or the idea of addressing God as Father when the biblical authors address God this way frequently. Not to say that God is a gendered being, but this is an accurate way to think/view God. Podcast seems more pop-psychology with a sprinkle of Christian ideas when it fits or makes sense with their worldview. If this is read by the hosts, I would love to hear more of your guys’ thoughts on Sin and how you view sin in light of attachment. Thank you!

    Encouraging and educational discussions
God is big enough for my questions and struggles even with my own attachment style. I appreciate and thoroughly enjoyed the discussions being shared here. A safe place to begin understanding how I relate to God and others. Encouraging as I journey towards inner healing and peace.

    Such a good podcast
It’s deep and insightful and puts words around things I’ve wondered about for a long time. And educational. I love Amy’s explosive laugh. Hey joy is contagious.

    Excellent podcast
As a therapist that is interested in the intersection of spirituality and psychology, this podcast is just so good. I’ve been recommending it to all my friends.
