The Book Marketing Action Podcast is a resource where you can get actionable advice to build your author platform, plan a book launch, launch your book successfully, and sustain interest in your book after launch. This podcast is focused on ACTION. At the end of every episode, we’ll share one or more actions you can implement to reach more people with your book and message. If you implement these actions consistently over time, you’ll see results. Some of these actions will seem easy, others will be more challenging. We want to be your guide in focusing on the actions that will make the biggest difference for you over time.

    I published a nonfiction book in 2022. This podcast was a lifesaver; I learned so many wa. I had a small marketing budget and I learned of much from this show that I could put into action at minimal (and sometimes $0) cost. I love how the host so easily establishes a rapport with her guests and how she gives them the space to say what they want to say. Great job!

    Fabulous voice and marketing advice
    I could listen to this lovely warm voice all day!! Becky has so much wisdom on where to start when it comes to marketing, which is totally overwhelming for most authors. This podcast really de-mystifies the process and makes it clear that there’s no magic spell for marketing—just hard consistent work. That’s exactly what publishers look for in book proposals, as well as what helps to reach larger and larger numbers of readers over time. Some podcasts take one tiny business-related idea and stretch it into a lonnnng episode... this is not like that. It packs a ton of information into a small amount of time.
