I have so thoroughly enjoyed Kim‘s podcast for two years now. She has so many practical tips for new and seasoned managers, and her delivery is so calming and encouraging. I’ve recommended to many!

I found Kim’s podcast when I became a new manager and was hoping to find resources my company didn’t provide me. I have loved it ever since. Sometimes I feel like she is in my head - I’ll be thinking about or worrying about something and then the next week she covers it and provides practical advice I can apply immediately. Her focus on mindfulness and slowing down is especially helpful.

I have always been terrified to be a manager for fear of not being a good leader. This podcast has given me so many tools to prepare myself to be a great manager! Listened to 100 episodes in a week and look forward to the new ones!!
