    Practical and Helpful
I found Kim’s podcast when I became a new manager and was hoping to find resources my company didn’t provide me. I have loved it ever since. Sometimes I feel like she is in my head - I’ll be thinking about or worrying about something and then the next week she covers it and provides practical advice I can apply immediately. Her focus on mindfulness and slowing down is especially helpful.

    Love this podcast!
I have always been terrified to be a manager for fear of not being a good leader. This podcast has given me so many tools to prepare myself to be a great manager! Listened to 100 episodes in a week and look forward to the new ones!!

    Relatable and insightful leadership development
I attended Kim’s New Manager training in 2017 and as a fellow coach was impressed at how easy going and approachable she is, and incredibly knowledgeable about effective leadership and showing up as a leader. Her coaching style in these podcasts is equally insightful; she shares stories and ideas that get us thinking about and evaluating our own style. If you’re working on your own leadership style and thinking about how you want to show up for your team, Kim’s podcasts are easy to build into your day.

Simple & Effective Content and very digestible!
I really enjoy listening to this Podcast for several reasons. 1. Kim’s delivery and clarity is easy to listen to and digest. 2. The content is simple yet effective. It’s relevant content for new managers and seasoned managers as well. 3. It’s a real world look at being a manager. It’s not about perfection but more about being self-aware and being committed getting better. Thank you Kim!!
