JAMES BROWN SOLUTIONSAbsolutely the best. Thank you JESUSI thank the LORD for Mrs Lisa having documented her life’s journey. She has brought so much healing and helped to stop the spinning in my life. I had no idea what was happening to me and why I needed to be get the approval of others. Why I needed validation from someone about how I felt and if my choices were okay to even make. Mrs Lisa has helped me so much to understand how show up in the room and what I was “other focused” instead of just enjoying myself. I’m beginning to go eat by myself and sit by myself and know that I’m okay. Wow. And my life has changed just because of the podcasts. I’m signing up for the 12 week program so can heal and love myself and appreciate myself no matter what anyone says or does. Thank you so much Mrs Lisa. May GOD bless you for the work you have done and all the free material you have put out there. Any and all of your work is a lifeline for the defeated to start winning.

Camino MagicShe saved my life. Her teachings literally saved my life and gave me a second chance. After listening to her free content constantly for a year, I changed the toxic programming I’d taken as “normal” since I was a kid and finally believed I was worth something and then attracted a healthy, loving partner into my life. If you are at your wits end like I was, there is hope.

SeaGaliThe best online Therapist!Thank you Lisa Ramano! I had twenty years of therapy and walked away confused and heart heavy . I found you on You Tube. A couple of years ago. And, have read a couple of your books. Because of your very clear approach to behavioral abuse , I have found a way to heal because I now know my childhood upbringing disabled me on a emotional level. But, nowadays, I’m healing in a more positive way! So, thank you for your book “ Co Dependent- Now What?” It’s helping me see the truth about childhood trauma and the affects of abuse on our psyche! Thanks Cynthia Galindo 🦋SeaGali

Bemma123Self AwarenessI feel like I have to listen to these podcasts repeatedly to finally have this information sink in deep. Just like I need to exercise regularly and practice self care. It’s not a one and done. It’s a journey. I’m definitely better at setting boundaries and it feels good. Thank you, Lisa!

NicsnickersLearning a lotI’m learning so much & I'm feeling so validated. I would love to hear more on how to deal with (female) malignant narcissists in extended family & how your trauma from childhood can make you a target for another “sick” family (member) that you marry into- when a narc is involved. Thank you for the podcast, you’re awesome & I’ll keep tuned in!

ThePalermo6Speaking to my HeartLisa, I can’t thank you enough for all your advice in how to handle myself in a narcissistic relationship. It has made a huge difference in my life. My husband travels for work so that’s a huge break for my children and I. Now when he’s home I can handle things much better and I’m finally centered and grounded in myself, due to your tactics. No one knows what’s it likes unless they have been there, not so easy to just leave as most advise. I’m very grateful for you and all your words of wisdom. Much love and light to you.

Francescka413Love LisaI love Lisa! The podcast content is wonderful. However, tbh, the new change in monotone, speed and delivery is very difficult for me to listen to. I keep trying, but I can’t make it through an entire podcast at this point. I used to listen to multiple in a row. I have bought a few products from Lisa and I am satisfied.

Lapeer GirlShe’s a fantastic educator!Lisa Romano gives plenty of definitions and examples that help codependent people like myself feel like they aren’t crazy, that there are good reasons for their low self esteem, and the hope that yes, they can heal if they do the work. Thank you for spreading the good news that we can break out of our old maladaptive thought patterns and change our habits to become the authentic human beings that God designed us to be.💕

learnedlatinaTransformational and groundingLisa’s podcast has helped me crack the code of understanding the narcissistic husband I married… and am about to divorce. Her focus on a strong clear mind has shifted my perspective and saved my life. A year ago I was broken, thinking I was going to die in this awful marriage, isolated, abandoned, unemployed, failing my children, on food stamps (yes while he was being promoted) with nowhere to go. By the time I reached out to my birth family I was on the verge of suicide. Ironically my husband helped get me into intensive therapy, despite his behavior. My lack of self worth kept me trapped. My family helped me move out, and as I started to rebuild myself and my life with my children, I found Lisa’s podcast which helped me organize my thoughts about what had just happened, what I allowed, what I enabled, and how I could start making different choices. Identifying my mother as a narcissist, and reframing the cultural/generational changes I’m driven to create, was a game-changer. I hope other men and women entrapped in the cycle of a narcissistic relationship, find solace and strength in this podcast so that they may choose again, choose different if they so desire, and create a new paradigm for themselves, for the next generations, and all future relationships. Thank you 🙏🏽

PrrrunI wanted to love this podcast…I wanted to love this podcast because I felt the message Lisa Moreno had to share had tremendous potential to allow listeners to heal. However, the host speaks with such anger; there’s so much hatred in her words. I tried to listen — I really did — to get the overarching messages which are always so useful and right on the money. But Lisa Moreno is so angry (or speaks in such a way that that’s how I perceive her demeanor) it makes me anxious listening to her. I’m giving this two stars because I know there’s SOLID content in these podcasts. The delivery though.. that’s what ultimately turned me away from this show.

solomonsebastianAge 65Omg if I could say this latest episode on codependency & you Lisa reading from the book has absolutely hit me like a Mack truck! O !!!! I have listened to it 3x - I’m getting the book on audible app. I know why I do all of this - ? I ne w realized!!! Yes, jumping in there!! But no one cares about what I did -…..the triangle !!!!! I saw my childhood through your numerous podcasts & YouTube Videos. Yes, takers - I’ve never connected with others all my life - Finally I don’t know how to say no! I don’t want to say no if it will have people abandon me. How do you say no??? How do you take the steps after you say no? Subconscious programming ….

Smug LifeHelping victims become survivorsI’m an average listener of this kind of content - I discovered my (ex)spouse had many narcissistic traits and I was experiencing textbook narcissistic abuse. I began researching the topic to learn as much as I can and there are some wonderful sources of information out there. However, I had gained a very clear picture of his behavior, patterns and how he fit into the repeating cycle we’ve been stuck in for years - but I couldn’t understand how I fit in. Most of these podcasts, YouTube channels, and websites hyper focus on identifying a narcissist, customary behaviors, and breakdowns of their abuse. Not many focus on the victim’s involvement - because they play a very significant and underestimated role in the entire course of the abuse. IMHO, they absolve all accountability from the victims which can convince them to remain in a vulnerable state, believing this was not their fault and it happened “to” them. I was familiar with the term “codependent” but never understood the spectrum of it’s influence in our behaviors and how it manifests in our relationships. The first time I listened to Lisa define codependency, I cried my eyes out. Finally I had the missing puzzle pieces of my role and my involvement. I’m not suggesting the victims are accountable for suffering their abuse, but it is a perfect storm that we help create, fuel and empower. Lisa not only understands this aspect of narcissistic abuse, but incorporates it into her guidance in a relatable and realistic manner. This podcast has content you might not want to hear, but what you *need* to hear. I think many victims of narcabuse become stuck in a mindset that allows them to avoid any responsibility for what they have experienced. Identifying that you’re a victim of narcissistic abuse is only the first step, exploring WHY you were susceptible to these forms of manipulation is the next step. Lisa will help you transition from victim to survivor. Thank you so much for your work Lisa. I believe everything happens for a reason and your suffering has helped me and so many others find validation in our own. Through awareness and education, you’re saving lives and relieving pain. Namaste!

Jadenyc73Thank youHearing these episodes bring tears to my eyes knowing I have allowed someone to do this fo me for so long. It’s so scary and it makes me feel so hopeless and lost. I would love to have a one on one to get a better understanding.
-
SfgirlinlaToo many personal examplesI have a hard time taking someone seriously as a professional when they only use themself and/or their family as an example. It’s like she just made this podcast so she could tell everyone what a crappy life she’s had and how everyone is so mean to her.
-
PoRybWonderful!I love her so much! She’s very skillful and straight shooting, but also very compassionate. This podcast has helped me immensely. Thank you, Lisa! ❤️🙏❤️

belmore12Life changing! You literally taught me how to handle and stand up to a narcissist! I’ve learned how to handle my ex! I also learned so much about myself!!! I just won a 3 year nightmare of custody battle!!! Thank you for helping me have the courage to stand my ground!
-
CheerfullnessAmazing materialShe really knows her stuff and I am blessed by this podcast. The ONLY reason for the 4 stars is the speaker phone-like quality. It’s a shame to me but I’m sensitive to this, I forget about it after a few minutes.

MnM12312THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!You are an Angel Lisa!! Your podcasts are SUCH a BLESSING!! Someone told me about you and recommended that I listen to the “13 signs You Might Be a Codependent” and WOW ~ can I just say EACH N EVERY ONE hit me in the gut!!! I recently went to Detox ~ which THANK GOD when I’d reached the lowest point in my life, I chose detox and not suicide bc there were MANY days I had to pray my way through those feelings, but I dearly love my family and knew my kids needed more of ME in their life. But that’s another story. Since last Monday I’ve listened to you daily and recognize these characteristics in myself and WANT to GROW and CHANGE and it FEELS SO FREAKING AMAZING TO LIVE AGAIN ~ even though I have a long road of healing ahead of me . However, the recognition and being aware is such a beautiful start to this journey. I (for the first time in my life that I can remember) feel like I’m alive instead of just existing and I’m learning so much each day. I’m looking forward to each day that I’ve been given and making the most of these moments one by one. Again ~ THANK YOU for sharing your story and sharing how the beautifully broken CAN live peacefully again ❤️
