    New Fave!
Got hooked on the sister episodes and now I’m going back and listening to older episodes. Love how relatable Cam is (esp being in a similar stage of life myself)!

    Love
I always appreciate how honest and vulnerable Cam is when it comes to mental health.

    Conversation with Lia Bartha
I tuned in after a search for conversations with Lia Bartha, as I am a big fan of B the Method and I enjoy hearing more from Lia. I’m not familiar with Conversations With Cam or any of her content. After about 15 minutes I had to turn this podcast off. The host talked about herself and her own experiences, interrupted the guest, and didn’t ask many questions or move the conversation forward in a meaningful way. It’s too bad we didn’t get to gear more from Lia, it seemed like a real missed opportunity.

    Most Relatable Podcast EVER
First listened to the Amanda episode and quickly got hooked, binged 4 more episodes and now want to consume ALL of it. The most relatable 30 something mom content I’ve found ❤️❤️

    So relatable
I loved the episode with Amanda Batula. Not a Summer House stan, just was curious about her story because I love your content. Her story of realizing she was experiencing depression and how she ultimately worked her way through it is so relatable. I also love how she talked about trying not to put something on your to do list and just doing it so it doesn’t become this daunting task. I struggle with that all the time. Thank you for shining light on Amanda for those of us who may never have come across her in this way and thank you to Amanda for being so authentic and vulnerable.

    Amanda Stan!
Came for Amanda but I’m gonna check out more episodes because I loved the convo!

Great content that should acknowledge privilege more
While I do love a lot of her content, she’s also someone who has used her immense wealth and family privilege to position herself as an expert in an area I think she actually knows very little about. The mental load she describes is is a very different version than the one the majority of American mothers deal with. Over time the audience this is aimed toward feels more and more narrow and I wish there was more acknowledgement of that privilege.

    Connection time with partner
I love listening to your podcast as a fellow boy toddler mom of 2 in similar ages as yours! (1&3) The most mind blowing thing I learned from you recently was that going out to dinner was not a way you felt connected to your husband and I was like omg ding ding ding ME NEITHER whyyyy do we force ourselves to have a “date” at dinner I don’t even want to! so we will do something else moving forward! Thank you!

Does Not Let Her Guests Speak/ SO SELF-CENTERED
The “Intentional Movement” podcast was insufferable to listen to. Cam, you literally cannot stop talking and allow the guest to speak. Not only was it frustrating to listen to you, but I also got second-hand embarrassment and needed to turn it off. Try to LISTEN. It doesn’t always have to be about you, your issues, your thoughts, etc. etc.

    Becoming too much for me
I used to love Cam’s podcast! I love listening to her perspective on motherhood and postpartum, as I think so many of us do. I also used to love listening to her episodes with her family. However, something has shifted. It’s become more narcissistic, privileged, and boring? And this is coming from a white, privileged, female. It’s just too much lately and I catch myself turning it off or skipping entirely. I hope she can come back down and dive back into more relatable concepts and less of the strange, but also nonstop yapping type of content that is being put out these days.

    Yours and Lucy’s relationship 🫶
Your most recent podcast with Lucy really resonated with me. First, your relationship with Lucy reminds me a lot of my relationship with my younger sister. We are 2 and a half years apart, however as we have gotten older I feel like the age gap between us has only decreased. In high school we were on the same lacrosse team, so by default we had some overlap in friends. After we both graduated high school (and then college) our friend groups merged even more. Like her friends are my friends and vice versa. It’s best of both worlds because I not only get to hang out with my friends but also my sister. Second, I relate to Lucy on the whole lack of calendar situation so much. I have a calendar for school now, however I don’t use it for anything outside of school because I truly go off the “vibes” of remembering events too. And even though I have one for school, I rarely look at it throughout the week. I don’t know how to explain it, but I just somehow keep it all in my head and before each day I just kind of go through in my head what is on my make believe agenda. Somehow it’s worked and I’ve never missed anything important. I consider myself type A however clearly in the sense of calendars I am not type A and my friends here think I’m bonkers for keeping it all straight in my head, but it works I guess!!

    Truly, the best
Cam’s podcast is something I have been listening to since day 1, one of my favorite recent episodes is “The things I wish I knew before having a baby”. As a girl in her late 20s this episode was so freaking amazing to get insight on this kind of thing before I hopefully have kids someday. All of her content truly resonates with me, especially her recent episodes on ADHD and motherhood. As a Physician Assistant student, I find her content so educational and helpful when communication with patients who are pregnant or current moms. I also love the solo episodes and everything in between (my ice cream is my love language sweatshirt is one of my favorite articles of clothing I own) Keep up the amazing podcast and being you! We love you!!❤️

    Really gets you thinking!!
Following your episode on assault weapons brings me to conversations I’ve had with people recently esp in terms of the election that just passed how people for some reason still don’t understand why they need to be banned. It baffles me how they continue to harbor the rhetoric that this movement wants to take guns away from individuals point blank period. It just is refreshing to have listened to a healthy conversation of all things I’ve said myself, with people that actually have some sense!! You’ve done a fantastic job as always 🥰

    As real as it gets!
As real as it gets! Cam is not afraid to say it how it is and being on a similar timeline as her with motherhood and having 2 under 3, her podcast has been a blessing! One of her recent episodes, reflecting on one year as a mom of two was exactly what I needed to hear as I come up on a year of it. Thank you for showing the raw and everyday feelings! Truly is beautiful chaos.

    Loved the Soto method conversation
I thoroughly enjoyed listening to the episode with the founder of the Soto method Hillary. Her hard working disposition is inspiring and method of training makes so much sense. I am excited to try the workout!

    Love
Found Cam during 2020 / covid and have loved following her alongside new mom life and all the juggling that comes with it. She keeps it real and relatable and it is so appreciated.

    Postpartum Episodes
I love all the episodes about postpartum! Especially about sleep being different between your first and second. So easy to listen to and refreshing! I also loved your more recent podcast with Kelce and asking questions about his wife!

The recent post about a year of parenting 2 kids spoke so deeply to me! Such relatable content - I look forward to this show every week.

Such a fan of Cam and her ability to be real and goals all at the same time

    Parenting content is so relatable
Love most every episode of this show but the ones about parenting are so good. Loved the 1 to 2 transition update one especially as someone who is very early pregnant with #2 now!

    FIVE STARS ALWAYS
Every episode deserves all of my stars. I love how down to earth Cam is. She always makes me feel included in her community. As a young woman without a child, I still love learning about parenting and never feel excluded from her content. She discusses such a wide array of topics which always keeps me interested. Not to mention how entertaining she is, alone and rambling (in the best way possible) or with guests. Most important of all, this is my favorite podcast theme song. I sing along every time (yes, embarrassing I know), even with the rebrand it’s amazing! Keep the episodes coming, please!!!
  • TayFleck
    Love this pod!
Especially loved the conversation with Kitty about the assault weapons ban. As someone who doesn’t have kids yet but wants kids and is a dual citizen between the United States and Canada, a huge reason behind me living in Canada is issues like these. I started following Cam pre her having kids but still find the content relatable and love to listen!

    Awesome
I have been following Cam for YEARS and the podcast has only gotten better and better. I’m a big fan of the solo shows but she also does a great job with each guest she has to bring forth vulnerability and information from each one. Def worth a listen!

    So relatable and real
Love Cam! I’ve been following her since Covid and her motherhood journey has been so great to watch! I don’t have kids yet (28 F), but her content is full of raw and real life moments. She handles herself with grace and truly is super relatable to a lot of people. Started following for the Covid mom vids but stayed for her everyday content. She’s super well spoken too!

    Love this podcast!!!
I have been a listener for a few years and I just have to say, I love the conversations you have with your guests and your solo episodes as you share a little more about your life, the challenges your facing, and the things you are doing to be the best version of yourself. This podcast helped me get through a lot of my mental health struggles and has taught me ways to be nicer to myself and ways to combat my anxiety! Thank you for all that you do, Cameron!

    Love this pod
As someone who is not a new mom, but is surrounded by many new moms this podcast gives great insight and is fun and easy to listen to.

    Inspiring
The honesty and joy Cam brings to her takes on life and motherhood makes me less afraid of having kids!

    Love Learning from Cam
I loved the recent episode titled Things I Wish I Knew Before Having A Baby! As someone who doesn’t have kids yet, but is very much intertwined in the lives of the girls I nanny and is hoping to have children in the near future, I really took these points to heart. I hope to be as wonderful and intentional of a mother as Cam is someday!! ❤️
  • Megan Enright
    Worth a listen
I’ve been following Cameron and listening to her podcast for a while now. There is a such a range of episodes — from super educational and informative to light hearted humor. I appreciate that I can find an espisode that fits my mood that day 👏🏻

    Ideal Morning Walk Podcast
What I love most about Cams podcast is that she doesn’t pretend to be an expert. She’s incredibly thoughtful about her approach and I appreciate that she always brings in an expert to provide context on complicated topics - I especially resonated with the most recent episode around drama and reality TV. This is my go to listen for morning walks!
  • Deniselc056
    Love this podcast
Cameron is so real and I love all her episodes! Raw convos with great guests. I even find myself relating to episodes about life events I haven’t experienced yet because of her presentation and demeanor. Love it!
  • Gwynerz22
    Needed this podcast
As a first time mom I wish I would have found this podcast sooner but thankfully at 4 months postpartum I found it. Cam speaks the words that you feel but sometimes can’t articulate as a first time mom and makes you feel seen/validated with what you’re feeling.
  • Olivia_C4
    Best podcast!
I truly look forward to listening to this podcast every week! I have followed Cam since the freckled foodie days when she appeared on the today show- it’s so inspiring to see someone build their career in this way and show that anything is possible if you put your mind to it and are passionate about what you do! I recently got married and hope to start a family in the future. I love Cams discussions about motherhood and how she has grown both in her career and relationship since starting her family as well as the discussions she has with both her guests and sometimes family members! Grab a cup of coffee and fill your cup!!
  • Hannah Hed
Loved the episode on things I wish I knew before having kids
As someone who is considering this in the next few years it’s so helpful to get real advice and encouragement about this new chapter!
  • 5 stars!*!
    Easy, informative listen
Your most recent episode with Dr. Lyons really made me think more why I consume so much reality tv. Very interesting approach from the holistic psych side. Really enjoyed it!

    My favorite listen every week!
I look forward to my Wednesday morning walks when I get to listen to the new Conversations with Cam episode every week! She is authentic, informative, and a huge advocate for mental health 🫶 Most recently, I appreciated her episode on our addition to drama and the importance of completing our stress cycle - such good reminders from her & her guest that feel very timely as the news and politics can feel hard to set boundaries with. Thank you Cameron for being such a real presence & positive light!✨
  • NicoleOlave
    My Fav Podcast
Obsessed with Cam and everything she shares! As a newly postpartum first time mama, I feel as though she is a new mama bestie and truly makes me feel less alone with things I am going through. I also deal with anxiety and am open about my mental health and it’s so refreshing hearing someone else openly discuss these things! The recent episode stating the newborn stage is not her favorite was so relatable 🫶🏼

    Will be coming back!!
Due with my first kid in just under 30 days. After the recent solo pod I set a reminder to come back to these solo parenting episodes to help remind myself in the thick of it that phases end! I can’t wait to listen back once I have shared experiences!

Things I wish I knew before having a baby episode
I have a 16 month old and I truly wish I heard these things 2 years ago. I always wanted to be a mom and I truly find the most happiness raising my little boy, but boy do I find myself often saying “remember our lives before this little human”. From changing of friendships, the change in my relationship with my husband, the idea of being in charge of a human being all drastically changed. It always feels nice to hear someone speak about all the things I’m feeling so I don’t feel alone throughout this process. Thank you Cam for always giving me that outlet to not feel alone when motherhood is often a lonely place.

    Maternal health
I am so happy to see Cam talk about all things maternal health related. There is a huge gap in this part of healthcare and opening up her community to different support systems to know they are not alone, is so important.
  • 👧👧🐶💜
    So refreshing!
Love this show and how easy it is to listen while doing things around the house, cooking, running errands. It is so refreshing and validating as a mom of two to hear the honest conversations Cam has. Unlike other podcasts/influencers, she seems 100% real and that’s so refreshing. Highly recommend!
  • ilomessi
    Loved the 10/23 episode
The 10/23 episode really stuck with me, i love how passionate Cam has been in banning assault weapons and how outspoken she is about this cause. I think it is extremely important and she provides great resources on it and how to help.
