It’s more like a reminder of things you already know or can look up easily. The Travel Essentials was not for normal travel. The women interviewed lived in an RV. She talked about using oil for cleaning outside of car…nope, too expensive to wash my car in oil. She also had all her oils with since she lives on the road. Rather have had a must bring oil list for regular travel or destination. If you are camping, bring this. If you are at beach, bring these. Air sickness, pack this. Or new combinations of oils not known that someone really enjoys. Other uses we may like to try. Admit that I haven’t listened to all cause few I was interested in we’re not very good.

I love that I can learn how to utilize oils and supplements while I am driving or doing tasks at home! Terrific content.

I so identified with what Kari talked about in this podcast # 215..it is exactly how I have been feeling..I recently moved to Tennessee, got married and have to deal with living in a new state..it’s exciting but also exhausting. I’m taking collagen and do Terra supplements daily and trying to get back to a good exercise routine. I’m making my DoTERRA loyalty order today and hope I continue to make progress in my efforts at wellness. Thank you so much, Kari!

I like this podcast for little reminder son how to use oils…but I wish there were more experts, science, etc. it’s basically info we can find on the website, and I’d love if it were more of a resource of new information to help us use and share our oils more effectively

I grew up with Doterra oils as a young girl, and am happily married to the love of my life, and have a sweet lil baby. I will always use them, so much better for you. I just found this podcast and am so happy to start faithfully listening and I’m sure learning more.❤️

I would like more science backed information in the podcasts. It kind of just sounds like they are reading the info on the website just, out loud. Try to sound happy and excited and give some personality and life to the conversation.

I’m new too essential oils but always wondered of natural ways to better myself in every aspect. Tuning into this channel has opened my mind to try better and healthier ways to treat my body. I’m very athletic and didn’t know that there were oils that could help keep me energized and also help treat pain. I am really looking forward to learning more from this podcast and investing in a better me.

This podcast is interesting - but I really want it to be just a little more intentional. I think it would be excellent if the format was something like this: Topic The research shows (give us a little science) Practical application. Topics could be something like stress relief, cleaning, skin issues - whatever - or could be specific to one oil.

I always look forward to these weekly lessons!

So thankful for this company that really cares about people and shares resources for safe and effective usage of essential oils. I personally use and love doTerra oils, but this podcast has information that can be applied to your personal favorite brand. I recommend using doTerra because of the extreme care they put into making each and every oil scientifically the most potent and effective oil on the market. The podcast has a lot of useful information shared by both company representatives and leading doctors and scientists who support safe doTerra oil usage. Honestly, the oils speak for themselves. If you haven’t already, give them a chance! You won’t be disappointed.

1) There are much better real and educational health related podcasts out there. Sawbones & This Podcast Will Kill You to name a couple. 2) DoTerra oils are not pure, no matter what the “boss babes” tell you. A teaspoon of actual pure oil is $100 or more. MLM oils are absolutely adulterated. 3) There are much better and more affordable oils out there. Check out Eden’s Garden or Plant Therapy. 4) Essential Oils are not “FDA Approved”. Do not ingest essential oils....ever! Do not mix them in food. Food grade essential oils do not exist, that’s why we have extracts, flavorings, and seasonings. Use those, they’re cheaper and won’t make you sick. The term “food safe essential oil” is not meant for home use. It’s a few large companies that may use one or two drops in a large vat of something. Not one or two drops in a small bowl of Brownie mix. Again, never ingest essential oils at home. 5) Keep the oils away from kids and pets. It’s not safe for them. In closing, don’t believe the Doterra lies. They just want your money and don’t care about your health and safety. Do your research and go to a true certified aromatherapist for your essential oil education, not someone who paid $99 for a kit.

Scammy scammy scammy. Just provides an echo chamber for their “advocates” (aka the poor people scammed into selling their oils) and isn’t actually educational about the ACTUAL proper uses of oils. Hint: you’re not supposed to ingest them.

I can’t believe a well known MLM scam podcast is making it to the top of the charts. Don’t fall for this. It won’t change your life.
