KeepCalmAndPushTheSuxInspiration for the Relentless Pursuit of ExcellenceI’m a devoted listener as an RN aspiring to become a CRNA. Hearing from AANA leaders, CRNAs who have overcome barriers, and pioneered innovation has pushed me to reach higher than I considered possible. Thank you for what you are doing in this space!

NrsanesthesiarocksExcellent podcast!I just happened to get an email from Doximity and looked at it….I often ignore those emails because it pertains more to APRNs and not CRNAs. Listened to your latest podcast about side businesses! I’m literally doing that right now…branching out into aesthetics and wellness services. You talked about hand and wrist pain and oh man you know me…we all struggle with that from all that masking. Ouch! You can only get so many injections before they don’t work anymore! I can’t believe I haven’t listened to you before. I’ve absolutely questioned my decision to branch out and try new things because it’s so much work. You motivated me to keep on pushing and learning. I’m super excited to listen to the rest of your podcasts and continue on with my education so I don’t have to rely completely on my anesthesia jobs (I have 4 of them right now) to support my family. While it is great money in relation to the rest of the worlds occupations it’s extremely stressful too. With two kids in college and me being the only money maker in the family there’s a ton of pressure and stress…plus supporting my extended family! And I still have student loans! Yuck. Time to make my money to work for me! You have given me renewed motivation! Thank you!

MikeyBanasOnly cater to rich CRNAsWhile this show is surely useful and entertaining, what this podcast doesn’t tell you is they do NOT offer free consultations to all CRNAs. They only are taking on CRNAS with > $500,000 in assets. As a newly licensed CRNA, I was looking for advice on debt management, and retirement planning. I was told I couldn’t be a client or RECEIVE ANY PAID CONSULTATION because I don’t have >$500,000 in assets. This is incredibly disheartening, as they are putting their ability to profit with already well-off CRNAS over their ability to financially support the future CRNAs who would benefit the most from their financial consult. I spoke to numerous other newly licensed CRNAs who were similarly disappointed, and all agreed that when they do have assets in the future, they would not consider becoming a client for this group.

biggestbaseballfaneverAmazing resource for SRNAsI started listening to this podcast religiously early on in my CRNA journey, a year before applying to CRNA school. The content in this podcast was one of my most helpful resources for getting into my first choice school, Wake Forest! It has also been a huge motivator for getting involved with the AANA now and throughout my career. I highly recommend this podcast to every prospective CRNA I meet.

LMartinCRNAGlad to listen to “off the bag” info for CRNAsI enjoy this podcast because the hosts share important and relevant information for CRNAs. I like to take a break from the clinical side of things to listen to cool interviews on this show. The only negative feedback is sometimes the audio is “metallic” although I do realize we are in a time where interviews are done remotely, and different audio and mics do weird things.

Rehema37Awesome podcast!!!I was on a long road trip after listening to Ramsey/Hogan, I was searching for something Anesthesia and came across this one. It is fun, natural and a wealth of knowledge. The two of you are so natural it sounds like I’m sitting in y’all’s living room chatting with a cup of tea...or glass of wine. I want more!!! I need a Jeremy in my life. I know of you Mrs Sharon but now I feel like I know you. Thank you for your great info.
