Absolutely Aha🌎🌍🌏🌍🌎🌍🌏🌏🌍🌎🌍🌏🌍🌍🌏Without music, life would be a mistake and without TRGMH podcasts would be as well. Thanks to Rob and friends for the healthy reminder
-
summeryhummeryDevoted to the causeThoroughly impressed with how devoted Rob Alba is in his mission to discuss vital albums of our times. It’s not easy to continue to do a weekly podcast, but he’s in it ~ for over six years. Kudos to Rob & TRGMH!
-
dr memory 62Excellent episode.Big Science is amazing. Shoutout to Ken Nordine/Word Jazz.

Gino’s Reviews.Loving the Sam Fogarino episodesNext time you chat with him give him our love from the Verna family in Overbrook West Philly. Lisa says “Hi!” -Gino Verna (the youngest brother)

Radiophonic OddityMany diff albums and goes in depthI like this music podcasts best as it does not stick to one artists or one genre and goes through the whole album. The back catalogue is worth checking out. I’ve discovered and rediscovered artists or albums and look forward to every week’s new one.
-
TrashookPunk under the sun is a great read!Just now thru this podcast and Joey’s book “Punk under the Sun” am I now being introduced to many of the bands from the 80s South Florida Music Scene…oh well better late than never right? Thank you all very much for that 🎸🏆👍

No_nicknames_avaialbleBest music podcast out there!Rob
-
hellfuzzThat Podcast Got Me High!Rob and his guests do a great job of taking a deep dive right into their favorite records. It’s a fun conversation between music junkies and a must listen for both those familiar and unfamiliar with the album du jour.
-
Job99&2725278SweetVery good dissection of Matthew Sweet’s Girlfriend album. Would be interesting for you to cover a Richard Lloyd solo album. Just saw him live in New Haven; he still has it; great band.
-
Fenway67fun podcast!I really enjoy TRGMH which is always entertaining, no matter the record or the guest. Rob does a good job keeping the conversation going and focused on the music. Pick a record from the episode list and jump in! If you're a real music fan, you'll find something you like I like to yell at my computer when they make a historical mistake or like a bad record.
-
j nevilleGreat Music Podcast! One of my favorite music podcasts. I’ve discovered some albums that have become essential for me. It’s also really fun listening to Rob and his guests talk about albums I already love. Great stuff!
-
kikicocopuffsElitism? Yes pleaseI used to feel weird about secretly looking down on people whose musical tastes differed from mine, but now I realize it's the only way one can be sure their opinions are valid. That Record Got Me High bravely goes where few podcasts have gone before. Now, when my friends mention a band I don't like I can fully judge them without remorse. Thank you!!
-
jmxmasGreat!I give this podcast a 5 for the content and a 0 for their memes!
-
vwismoovbCheck out this cool music podcastAny type of record could be chosen to focus the episode on with a guest and the hosts are up to the task to listen, inform and entertain each time. Love to listen to this podcast
-
LaughinglarryThis PODCAST got me high!If you're a music lover, you should give this a listen. Barry and Rob break down outstanding records for a track-by-track look that always proves insightful. Typically, a guest will break out a record that DID IT for them, so you're getting the PASSION of music aficionados discussing what they love. I've been turned on to GREAT music that I somehow missed out on, and whether I like the music or not, I've loved every podcast.

chance494Great Retrospective Music PodcastI could listen to these guys talk about The Fall all day long
-
David M. CraigHigher Than You ThinkIt’s inspiring to hear these guys talk about great albums of independent rock and the albums that inspired these bands too. It gives me a whole new appreciation for music I love. Great details, chances to learn what the actual lyrics are and stories about the absurdities of the makings of these albums—all included! I want to give it an extra star for the Billy Taylor name drops!!!
-
Intercourse guyThese guys have great tasteThis is an awesome podcast if you’re trying to dig and little deeper to fully nerd out on the cool type of classic music.
-
beans_on_toastAlbum ChatCasual and light hearted discussion on some really great records. These guys get into the individual tracks and back stories behind the Albums.
-
Hu Flung KumClever and informal but well-researched discussionThis podcast is fun and informal while being somewhat scholarly and intelligent at the same time.
-
10fifteenReally enjoyableIf you’re a music nut you’ll get a kick out of this freewheeling, casual, enthusiastic discussion of records that the hosts are particularly fond of. Albums are dissected track by track, observations made, jokes cracked and judgments (good-natured, not smug or arrogant) rendered. Check it out, people!
-
ChrstjonLads Love LPsWitty banter and outstanding commentary on outstanding albums. These cats know their stuff! Come, listen to revelatory reflections with a deep dive into what is clearly a pusuit of passion. You will be a better person for it.
