AmberMillsSolid and Thorough!I look forward to hearing Darrell and Virgil exposit scripture! They do an incredible job bringing truth and deep diving into topics that are relevant and important to listeners. I also love the Hammond and fun dialogue. Thank you for all you do!
-
davidtaylor0390Light in a Dark and Confused WorldDarrell and Virgil lead these discussions with biblical clarity and down to earth understanding. They do not hold punches. They tell the truth without apology. Every Christian should listen to these discussions to think about how we should think biblically in this world.
-
primegibSound doctrineReally enjoy your show. But PLEASE, lose the organ sound effects! SO loud and annoying! To us white folks, anyway. ššš
-
mcbr333Exceptional !I SO wish I had the full printed transcript ( would yāall write a book??!!) covering the Sanctification episode so I could highlight and underline ! Fortifying AND convicting ! Thank you for your faithful exposition to Godās Word!

ginpadBiblical Truth Applied to Current IssuesThe Just Thinking podcast is one of my favorite podcasts. Virgil Walker and Darrell Harrison take complex issues of the day, break them down and view them through a Biblical lens. They do all the research and explain them thoroughly, so you feel educated, equipped and empowered after listening. So grateful they are my brothers in Christ and that they stand for Truth in a world filled with lies.
-
RBeaver0906Fantastic PodcastGo check these brothers out⦠Iāve learned a great deal from both Virgil and Darrell. Two brothers I greatly respect and admire. God bless
-
JKatesTurning pagesThis podcast is truly one of my favorites! Darrell and Virgil consistently go straight to the source - the Bible - and thoughtfully present arguments grounded in scripture rather than emotion or cultural trends. Their commitment to truth and clarity is refreshing and deeply encouraging. For any believer seeking biblical insight and a rock solid foundation for their faith, I can't recommend this podcast highly enough.
-
N707dtSanctificationWow! This one is so rich and so full of important content that you will want to pause to take notes. I appreciate the quotes and recommended books, some of which I have purchased. This is a great tool to use in teaching others about what sanctification really means. Thank you! To God be the glory!
-
CBVGuyBasedAlways appreciate the commitment to defining terms, depth of presentation, and willingness to speak the truth. Donāt listen if you are comfortable living in ignorance.

eyeamsushmitaSolid Solid SolidThese Brothers in Christ have been so very helpful to so many (myself included) within the Body of Christ. So very solid and sound in their discussions on abortion, race, sanctification, church history, politics within the church, and leftist/demonic ideologies like ātransgenderā all through a Biblical lens is why it is the ONLY podcast I will clear time for to listen through in its entirety and actually take notes on key comments and book recommendations!! A solid podcast worth listening to every single time!! Youāre guaranteed to laugh, clutch pearls, and play a bit of Hammond B when appropriate. ššš½ Most importantly you walk away with maybe a deeper understanding in things you maybe didnāt have before, or you walk away validated in the views youād already held. Either way- good stuff.šæ

Joy4You3My number one podcastHaving listened from their first podcast to now, I love this podcast. The interaction between Darrell and Virgil is excellent, the discussions on the issues complete and always through the lens of Godās Word. I canāt recommend it enough!
-
CindybeebabeWow. I have learned much from previous episodes,But this one really hit home for me! Such clear and biblical truths and explanations of sanctification. So rich, I had to hit pause several times, just to give myself time to absorb the information. But it's still worth another listen!
-
Farmer Eddie ESanctificationI am 52, graduated from a Nazarene college 30+ years ago. I never heard your definition of entire sanctification taught. That was taught in my parents growing up years, but not now. I do love your show.

adierflaRace reconciliation.5 for substance, presentation and timeliness. Balancing racism Dr Jamal Tisby is offering opinions about racism that I think are not good. I am not a scholar, and cannot refute his seemingly biases. Maybe you guys can. He has a podcast. Thank you
-
blondemamacita88Entertaining and in-depthThank you for this podcast and all the research you do. Also, I live for the banter and hammond 𤣠I grew up Presbyterian so the organ takes me back!!
-
MaddprogramGreat content!Love the in-depth explanations!
-
MetalJedItās gunna be biblicalThis podcast is one of the most biblically rooted around. They exposit the culture and do in depth research shining the light of truth on all the cultural issues, then they measure it all to the word of God. I have benefited greatly from this podcast. Long episodes can be off putting but every minute is worth it knowing the amount of information you will be exposed to. God is good!
-
aammyodAmenSo thankful you both are back on the air, I missed you pod cast May God bless your ministry as you help us to know Godās word
-
ashtergSo solidThis is what Christianās need to here.it is amazing. Awesome job Darrel and Omahaheeee!
-
BlessedBunchEpisode 125 !So full of bold truths! The enneagram is not just dangerous but demonic. Thank you Darrell and Virgil!! Your episodes are a wake up call to believers! You both clearly do extensive research, and Iām grateful that you share so passionately & prayerfully.
-
LLdmart1Just meThe enneagram is great tool for sinful people to be upset with others for interactions they donāt like. Ex. āI am a two, you treat me poorly, how dare you!ā Enneagram is extremely self focused and unless Christ has changed you, you canāt see it. Well done sirs!
-
Jameela TGospel centered teaching that will focus your eyes on Christ.Love the Biblical lens and gospel centered teaching with boldness. This is what is so needed within the church today. No more apathy-TRUTH. Always relevant, because of the simple fact that it is all based on Godās Holy Word-which is the same yesterday, today, and infinitely. Darrell and Virgil are not swayed by the cultural trends, but hold us to the gospel, and focus our eyes on Christ, who alone can save. Powerful, wise, and encouraging. These brothers in Christ are not interested in ātickling our earsā, but rather turning our eyes, hearts, and minds to Jesus-the author and perfector of our faith. šš»

amaluvscatsLove these guysGreatly appreciate the tremendous work they put in to present a faithfully Biblical perspective on the topics they cover. Informative, instructive, challenging and encouraging, all with a splash of fun when their personalities shine through. God bless you brothers for your work and encouragement to believers and for being light in a dark world in need of hope in the truth of Godās word.

Mechlelle DesignsGreat!Daryl and Omahaās podcast is lengthy but so much fun to listen to when I am working, or driving to my destination. They do it with humor, sound theology, and informative reference material. At the end of each podcast I feel so knowledgeable about the topic also uplifted and motivated!
-
TheBattmanHands Down, the Best, most Accurate podcast in existence!Darrel and Virgil are not just fun to listen to, they do the real work of researching and fact-digging and then process it all from a thoroughly-biblical perspective. These brethren are a real joy and a refreshing pair of voices for the truth and the cause of Christ!
-
GcruseGreat Content!!!This episode highlights the deception through the fog produced by the world today. The information is hidden in plain sight but not so easy to locate with the first few searches. Thank you brothers for being the spear to the weapon for me to help finish to use with the amour God has provided for me. A must listen episode to increase wisdom.
-
Big HumpsGreat stuff! These men are some of the best when tackling issues of the culture from a biblical worldview. Itās encouraging and challenging but needed desperately in the world we live in today. Thank you, brothers for all you do. In Christ, Joshua Humphries
-
PaulOstaGreat teachingKeep it going. This is one of the podcasts that I would whole heartedly recommend to all Christians.
-
Chaple82The BESTDarrell and Virgil bring it on every single episode and this has very quickly become my favorite podcast. I love the way they approach each topic with clarity and a focus on scripture above all else.
-
wrcxfThe Truth is not watered downLook forward to every episode for the Word sets the standard by which we are to view the world. Hack Agog to pieces! These two gentlemen do not fall prey to cultural tricks that redefine reality according to personal desires. Keep up the great fight.
-
C-SchmittyAmazing apologeticsDarryl and Omaha bring it! They unapologetically stand for truth and justice. They back everything up with scripture and are so knowledgeable about how to apply biblical truth to culture. I love that they are not afraid to call false prophets out and hold churches accountable for leading Godās flock astray.
-
cafecubano5Love yāallās showDarryl and Virgil (Omaha), I feel like your my brothers and not just spiritual. I have been immensely blessed by yāall for instruction, correction, in righteousness by expositing Godās word. I look fervently for your new episodes because Iāve listened to them all. Yāall are true believers of Christ and so refreshing to hear your ministry reach many with the saving knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. Prayer: Lord bless and use Darryl and Virgil in the ministry youāve given them for your glory. Amen.

-
the apostle peterBlessed!Blessed to listen to solid study and searching and interpreting of Godās good Word, the Bible, where Jesus speaks. I just listened to the episode 122 on spiritual warfare and I was greatly encouraged by the transparency of Virgil and Darrell, and refreshed by their fun, brotherly love rooted in a deep humility and understanding of who they truly are: sinners redeemed by the grace of God!
-
NicoleTheBraveAlways so helpful, encouraging, and challengingHi big brothers! Iām so thankful for how you guys study and go in depth for each episode! I always look forward to new episodes and am more than happy to wait for you guys to put out the next episode when you have time. In the latest episode on Spiritual Warfare, I was so thankful for your transparency in sharing ways that you both battle with the flesh and the lies of the enemy. I can relate and was spurred on to continue to fight and to fight to believe that Godās word is sufficient. Good bless you both!
-
ohhoneychildLove this podcastSolid, biblical truth!
-
IrishLadOKCGood, butā¦Over time itās gotten a bit too fan girlish over McArthur and others. I definitely enjoy the effort, but the othering of non-reformed churches and believers has become much too much. Very little grace or love is shown as they lump all non-reformed into one group in order to malign them.
-
Eryn SandersConvicting/ encouraging/ biblicalI have followed the Just Thinking Podcast for about two years now. The content and resources that they provide are truly wonderful, and encourage time for personal study and growth! Through their podcast, I have also found them on social media, and have been introduced to many other great godly men and women who seek to proclaim truth. Iāve been encouraged to see and learn to apply the all encompassing pages of scripture as they reach to all areas of life, including social/political issues and topics. Darrell and Virgil are knowledgeable and well read, but most importantly seek to encourage the Saints by speaking truth and living for the glory of God!
-
BrulitoEpisode 121- sufferingI appreciate these guys very much and their content has been very helpful for a long time for me. My only constructive criticism would be on episode 121 where they are often addressing idea that some have of God as a divine ogre. The typical folks who listen to them know better than to think of God this way. The only people I have heard speak of God this way are atheists. It would be more helpful for them to address the more common struggle amongst Christians who are trying to live and think biblically ā namely, in my opinion, reconciling the facts that God is good and sovereign along with their suffering. That is hard to do but all of it is true from the Bible. But we, in our flesh still, have difficulty in putting all that together. That is much more common in more conservative, biblically, based, theologically, sound circles, IMO. One more thing- I wish it didnāt take 20 mins before they got into the specific content for a given episode. :) Otherwise 100!!!
-
rulebabyFirst Time ListenerOne of Darrellās tweets popped up on my feed. I liked what he had to say so I started following him. He mentioned the Spiritual Warfare podcast and so I listened. Thankful I did. Now, I will go back and start at podcast #1. Iām now following Virgil on Twitter as well. I greatly appreciate biblically sound teaching. God Bless you both.
-
JrucinskThe bestYou are not going crazy. Are you that light in our churches who keeps seeing his spirit being quenched? And are you bugginā out ācause nobody can be bothered? And finally, are you compelled to speak truth anyways because you are a slave to Jesus Christ? This is for you!
-
MelonyNoelSo edifying!Iām left with a greater sense of Godās holiness, a more thankful heart and fresh motivation to fight the good fight. Thank you sincerely for all of the time and effort you two put into this. Iām so appreciative.
-
Stu7531FantasticI canāt say enough good about these guys. They have been a blessing to me as they turn pages of the Bible to reveal the truth in scripture in such a down to earth way.
-
Albino KobeTruthLove these guys! Listen only if you want to hear the truth of Godās Word. Every episode takes on the lies that are becoming more prevalent in our world each day. Each lie is exposed with the truth of scripture. V & D do their research. Turning pages for Godās glory!
-
Conscientious MomThis is such a powerful podcastI am so thankful for this podcast. There is so much powerful truth in every episode. I have had my eyes opened to how much the American Church has been deceived as to what a true Christian walk really looks like. What they share on this show is truly life changing because it points to scripture continually and they exegete it in truth and not with their own personal spin. Thanks so much for such a great podcast.
-
Debra and TiaEpisode 122 Spiritual WarfareThis was such a good teaching . I really appreciate your transparency and the research you do into your teachings.
-
DMarkerTPraise Be to GodYou guys are consistently delivering the hard truths we must hear and backed by a deep grounding in Gods word . I am always eager to hear the next episode and I always come away with so much wisdom on any one given topic of the day or what we as Christians face daily . I pray God continues to use your platform to extend the Gospel and to raise up Christians to stand firm in the might and power of THE ONE who died and rose for us!
