    A learning experience
I love this podcast. The host offers the listener to a variety of ways to up our lifestyle thus lifespan. The guests are well versed and I believe at the forefront of medicine. The docs are giving us new ways to experiencelife, love and food as medicine. I wish ALL new MD’s would have to take a nutrition class with emphasis on how to cook the foods that are beneficial… Also truly listen to patients when they are telling them about their symptoms. The USA could take a lesson from Europe . TY

    Super Interesting.
So well done but somewhat overwhelming. Seems like many of the problems are set before and a few years after birth. My experience is that (even in my 70s) through fasting and wfpb eating can change things.

Dr Mindy saved me from going down the medication and dangerous belly fat that goes with menopause. She is priceless.

    Gastronomic Zen and Joy
Upbeat, conversational shows with guests aligned towards finding both health and pleasure with food. I just listened to the episode with Dr. Saliha Mahmood Ahmed and it was educational about gut ailments and joyous in terms of food and cooking. Bravo!

A great show today keep up the good work
You’re both so sensible and I really appreciated everything she had to say. I am an older adult and I have seriously learned to change my eating. And the wonders I’m not to my goal weight yet but I don’t fret about hunger like I did when I was much heavier and I’m talking almost 300 pounds.

    Informative and inspiring
Dr. Rupy has a great manner about him, an attitude of positivity, and you feel like he really cares about people achieving optimal health. His interviews are illuminating, and he freely share his knowledge with us. Highly recommended for anyone interested in optimizing their health.

    Essential !!!
I appreciate this podcast and all the information that is shared. It is something I have been missing for a long time, and given our healthcare system is not geared towards preventive measures, Rupy’s podcast fulfills this gap for me. Nutrition and how it works for our bodies is so complex, but him along with his guests break it down so well and make it relatable. I have learnt so much from the podcast that affects my life in a positive way, and look forward to listening more.

    Good
Good conversation. Please loose the cooking piece. Distraction.

Thoughtful, informative and fun to listen to!
I’ve really enjoyed listening to the Doctor’s Kitchen and also reading Rupy’s books. He has great insight being a medic and having a masters in nutrition. He brings on some wonderful guests who are interesting and have great information and tips on just living your best, healthy life. I’ve started following many of his guests and have learned so much from them as well.

    The GOAT 🐐
Had the honor of recording a podcast today with Dr. Rupy. So grateful to see that young physicians all over the world are looking to revolutionize healthcare through FOOD!!! You rock brother 🤘🏽
  • chuffed99999
My new go-to because science and art
Dr Rupy has the most winning combo of intelligence, medic training, compassion, and love of great food. He invites the most interesting guests you can imagine to share their combined wisdom. From breathing to herbs, it’s all here. Don’t miss the two part episode on immunology with Dr Jenna - absolutely brilliant but accessible to non-scientists. Keep it up, Dr, and please invite Virginia’s Dr Nimali Fernando, a pediatrician with a practice devoted to nutrition education and cooking: the Doctor Yum Project. Her Sri Lankan background adds some spice to her cooking!
  • Inam6
    Background noise
Love this podcast, very informative. Rupy makes a lot of noise breathing when his guests are talking and it can make it a bit hard to listen to. Gets a bit distracting☹️
  • Photogirl4u
    love the information
Thank you so much for sharing your information with us. Very inspiring and very informative.
  • Pharmfoodie
Eat for stress part I and part II
The host is definitely pushing his book and thoughts. Instead, he should showcase and concentrate on the guest and allow her to speak so we can be exposed to her knowledge. Finally the title is misleading. There was no discussion of food in both podcasts.
  • Madison Meadors
    Great Content
This podcast is clearly understandable and accurate. It is a wonderful source of information and I highly recommend listening!
  • EmmaMae12
Mix of good guests and questionable quacks
This show lost me with the recent interview of (what I think is) a Weston A. Price promoter. But overall, Dr. Rupy puts a nice emphasis on eating lots of plants and preventing illness through lifestyle.
  • spodaddy
    Knowledge!
Great source for fun talks on health and diet from knowledgeable professionals. No woo-woo, just cutting edge science and lifestyle.
  • AlexImperialWHO

I am 100% hooked on these Podcasts!! They are funny and engaging while always remaining on the topic. The episodes are so wonderfully dense with really useful and inspiring information.
  • Rudy0403
    Great info!!
I love these podcasts, they give me so much info and inspire me to look at my health as an active activity I need to be a participant versus just hoping if I remember to mention issues to my doctor I can get better. I know that sleep is my major shortfall out of the four pillars, using this I can have a more engaged conversation with my GP and look at non-medicinal methods for relaxing and improving my sleep.

    So helpful!
This podcast is a perfect complement to The Doctors Kitchen Instagram. I often find myself wanting more information on the topics he goes into on Instagram and this podcast is so helpful. I also have his cookbook, so needless to say I’m a fan.
