fecklarGreat insights and love for Star TrekJason and Scott love and understand Star Trek and give really insightful and interesting comments on Star Trek. I look forward to each show. Thanks!!

SkyvoidPerfect Trek podcastScott McNulty has a great approach to Trek: casual, funny, not overly serious—all qualities he carries over from my favorite Trek podcast, Random Trek. He has great chemistry with Jason here. Even when I don’t entirely agree with them, I enjoy listening to them discuss episodes. Keep up the great work!

829ElmStSolid recap podcastVery confused by some of the negative reviews. This is high-production-value podcast by smart people, and they appreciate and analyze the latest Star Trek episodes. That is all.

univexRare Talent!Look. Writing Star Trek is hard! Turns out very few humans have the genius, skill, and wisdom to script compelling episodes of TV’s most august science fiction franchise. In fact, there are only two such people, and unfortunately, they chose to do this podcast instead of doing the kind of thing that gets you an IMDB page and a Screenwriters Guild card. Alas! My favorite thing about this podcast is the release schedule. Probably a soothing listen if frustrated English majors are your thing.

Ashley J2049Funny duo with insightful recapsTheir reviews are funny, and they give just enough Star Trek history to enhance their discussion of Discovery. I’d recommend for seasoned Trekkies and newbies

PatrickzumbaGood podcastI like this podcast especially because they are always quick after the episode and I generally agree with most their takes. They are generally pretty positive about discovery. I dont understand their criticism of discovery’s story arcs and pacing which ia my favorite part of the show. I love that I never know if a discovery plot will wrap up in an episode or go on all season. This adds so much unpredictability to the show.

keech120EhOne host understands how to amplify his voice, is funny and interesting; the other is a vocal fry machine and literally whispers to the point that I can’t hear or understand him. Please get that dude some voice lessons or something. Use your voice, or otherwise animate it please? Otherwise a good show.

Marian2020*Genuinely enjoyable!I absolutely enjoy listening to these guys. Just started listening to this podcast. Listened to a few episodes on Discovery Seadon 1 and most for season 3. I really enjoy them and their positive love and fair criticism of Star Trek❤️❤️❤️

AlekGreat StarTrek podcast; skip Season 1 wrap-up episodeI really like this podcast and Scott and Jason. In addition to the Greatest Generation/Discovery, this is the only other Star Trek podcast that I regularly listen to. One thing I really appreciate is both their positive attitudes towards the shows & Star Trek and their constructive criticism. I was really disappointed in the Season 1 Wrap-Up episode because the guest panelists devolved into the all-too-frequent trope of Star Trek podcasts: incessant complaining and nitpicking. I know that this is how a lot of fans do StarTrek, but I found it off-brand for The Vulcan Hello.

ScarletTartletBest Star Trek PodcastI don’t know what some folks are on about. Y’all are hilarious! Keep it up!

abridge683Give this one a passSnotty is the best word I can use to describe this podcast. Normally I like Jason Snell but when he hooks up with McNulty the chemistry is snarky. This is one to avoid.

StreksterPure silliness. If you like to listen to people who can't stop giggling and snorting about how clever they are, then this podcast is for you. Talk about taking themselves too seriously!

CrassMallarkyLike being trapped on a plane with an annoying person who discovers you both like Star Trek. This show is everything you're afraid your friends will think when you tell them you're a Star Trek fan. I can tolerate a lot in a podcast host, but the combination of smarmy arrogance and surprising ignorance about both the real world and Star Trek itself makes this show terribly frustrating. (If you can't even be bothered to attempt to pronounce the two or three few-syllable names of major characters in the show about which you're producing a multi-hour podcast, you probably ought to find another job.) That said, some of the guests have interesting things to say. I just wish they had a better forum in which to say it.

Trek MumWhere are the trekkers? This podcast should be narrated by real Star Trek fans who take it seriously. Many of us have been watching this franchise for 30+ years. It’s like an old friend. Treated with respect.

CortanayaGreat conversation and insightful recap!Really enjoy listening to the folks in the podcast go over the show. I'm watching Discovery overseas and it's nice to hear other people's perspective on the show since I don't know anyone else here watching with me. It's nice to hear people embrace some of the new takes in the show instead of echoing Trekkies that think the only Trek show worthy is the one they grew up with. I appreciate the positive perspective and the absence of trolling. Look forward to more of these as I binge through the show!

satoautoToo disorganzedLots of room for improvement. Some podcasts are too structured with planned bits with jingles etc. but this one drifts too far in the other direction. Open an IMDB page, take some notes... anything to create a better flow through the show. Please STOP issuing spoiler alerts throughout the show. We get it, there will be spoilers if you haven't seen the episode. Spend a few minutes recapping the episode, then discuss. It seems like the recap takes the whole show, then discussion is hampered because you don't want to risk a spoiler on speculation for fan theories.

KingtivNot ImpressedIf you’re passionate enough about Star Trek to make a podcast please do your homework and remember details. Misremembering character names was just an example of what I felt was a lack of depth to your overall universe knowledge. I wanted to scream at my podcast at times when the comments made were clearly incorrect. There are so many quality Star Trek podcasts out there; unfortunately, this one needs a lot of work to get there.
