Hossman1021Best 70’s podcast out there! These guys are my favorites! I feel like they are friends that I need to check in with daily. They like comic books, rock music, sci-fi movies, cool tv shows, bikes, breakfast cereal- you name it, they remember it. (Not always 100% accurately). They remember the 70’s like I remember the 70’s- because it was “THE GREATEST DECADE KNOW TO MAN!”

Randy In PomeroyThe 70's Buzz PodcastThe Greatest Podcast About the Greatest Decade Known To Man!!
-
tradrjeffGreat walk down memory laneLots of good memories but I would have given it 5 stars but they get so many things wrong when reminiscing about things. But still a great show!
-
StaceyJ214Greatest podcast known to man!!!I really enjoy walking down 1970’s memory lane with Curtis and Todd. Lots of great stories and memories . Keep up the great work, you guys!!!
-
57JewelskiPure enjoyment!Thoroughly enjoy listening to the guys reminisce about the 1970’s. I too feel it is my favorite decade in life. Thank you Curtis and Todd!
-
SmrgrlJuvenileI hoped this would be a fun trip down memory lane but I just can’t get past the junior high banter and the interminably slow walk to the podcast’s subject. Pass.

jennifer in berkeleyLimited understanding of the 70sThought I’d like this pod. And was excited to listen to the daisy jones episode. The analysis was superficial and especially showed in their understanding of the simone character. Disco and gay liberation were both a big part of the 70s. Instead of showing some insight about this they bash simone’s female love interest as not being attractive because she’s “manly” looking. Come on guys. You can do better. Even if you’re stuck in the 70s you should have a less dumb and dumber understanding of other peoples lived experience. Maybe educate yourself about other aspects of the era that go a bit deeper.

77frankk70’s concertsJust wanted to thank you all for the great content. I especially enjoyed the 70’s concerts. Just to let you know, Led Zeppelin did play Oklahoma City in April of 77. They also played in Tulsa in 1970. I think there was also talk about if Boston toured a good bit in the 70 and they most certainly did. I was lucky to see them in 79 on the “Don’t Look Back” tour with Sammy Hagar. Just thought I would throw my two cents in. Keep up the great work!

MTML MogusAnyways…it’s a blast!I’ve been a consistent listener for nearly 2 years and I love going back through all of my memories spurred on by the topics. Perhaps my favorite episode was #222, featuring voicemails from listeners and their memories of growing up in the ‘70’s. I would love it if that was a regular feature, like if listeners responded to the previous episode with voicemails, emails, etc. I really think it would be amazing to hear the listeners thoughts about “the greatest decade known to man!”

JWileyI Love The 70’sI absolutely love this show. Even through I was born in the early 70’s and grew up in Chicago, I believe we have similar memories of hanging out with our neighborhood friends after school and during the summer. Playing outside until the lights came on then going back and doing it all over again the next day. The fashion, the music, the television, and the environment are always fresh in my mind and I will never forget. When I first found this podcast two years ago I didn’t believe it would catch my interest, but I was very wrong. Listening to your episodes brings back fond memories of my childhood and the conversation keeps me laughing throughout my workday. Even through the majority of my late childhood and teenage years occurred in the 80s, I will always have a great love for the 70s. Thank you for what you are doing and I promise to always be a faithful listener. Your Friend, Jennifer Wiley

TamIAm67Love the 70’s Memory Lane Trips!I have been spending the last few weeks listening to your podcast from the beginning. It’s a great ride! I laugh at something every episode and it makes my workday so much more enjoyable and go by quicker. It’s amazing how many things from the 70’s I forgot and you guys will mention something and I’ll have an oh wow moment remembering it. Thanks and keep up the episodes!
-
ddevine26I can’t believe how much I remember about what I forgot…I only wish I knew how to log into your live broadcasts so I could yell answers into the comments section instead of at my device. Thanks for the memories!
-
135patrickLove these guysGreat podcast. They clearly say you will yell at your device..and at times I have yelled at my device. Regardless, outstanding podcast. I was born in the 60’s but all my memories are the 70’s. These guys chatting bring back all those childhood memories. They make it fun. Keep up the great work guys!!

70sbuzzfanI really love this podcast!I really enjoy this podcast since I grew up in the 1970s myself. Every year in this decade had its own character. Thanks Curtis and Todd for bringing it back to life for those who lived it and exposing it to those hadn’t. Ideas for future podcasts might be the great cars of the decade, when Color TV was still special, commercials, and fast food places that we liked in the day and how they changed since then. It seems like there are so many topics I look forward to listening to this podcast for a long time. David Staines St. Louis Missouri

-
Jmotofreak72Because it was the greatest decade known to man!!!I have been listening to this podcast for a while now. It has moved to the top of my favorites list. Being an otr truck driver my podcast list is long and these guys are at the top. I was born in the early ‘70s but most of my best memories are from that time. Happy when I see a new episode drop. Sad when I’m finished with it. We need a daily 70’s podcast. Hint hint.
-
mnorrisGood TimesCurtis and Todd capture the joy and freedom children had in the 70’s... unless one was grounded, a few city blocks was our playground until the porch light came on. Lessons of life are learned from the worst of times.... Memories from the best—Thanks for the memories!
-
Richard L.ionheartEnjoy the memoriesA fun stroll down memory lane. Listening to the episode of forgotten TV shows from the 1970s. You mentioned you thought The TV show “Mulligan’s Stew” had the same name of a school book. You are close…it was the name of an educational series of films that were shown in schools at the time.
-
JWheeler86Wow!You two are definitely the best looking podcasters in Enid! Maybe even OK! (: -Justin

vexpopAwesomeThese guys are super fun and never fail to hit those nostalgic beats. For those turds giving the low ratings, you’re not cool enough to be a Buzzhead anyway.
-
Christopher Todd DavisStill my “must listen every week” podcastI look forward to my Wednesday morning drive to work, when I always listen to the new episode the guys post on Tuesday night. Always fun and enjoyable.

Stephaniee307My new favorite!Unfortunately I didn’t get lucky enough to live through the 70s however I grew up hearing all about it from my parents and fell in love with the decade. I was so excited to see that a podcast like this exists! I’ve listened to every single episode and can’t wait for more. I love the banter (and voices) and the personal stories. Although I didn’t experience this time, somehow you guys always make me feel nostalgic. Thanks guys for my making my day a little brighter!
-
cae**Love this podcast! All the memories are right on. And Curtis and Todd are so fun to listen to. Find myself laughing out loud often ... and yes, screaming at my device sometimes too. lol Thanks guys for bringing me back to my growing up years - I look forward to listening every week!

instagramaziodexactly what I was looking forAs a young adult that’s completely obsessed with the 70’s, this is exactly what I needed. I love the personal stories, that really make you feel like you were there. Love the podcast, and will definitely continue listening.
-
christianhyderPure awesome!I love to listen in 1/2 speed....oh the memories! Keep it up guys.
-
Alaska Running ManStill Lovin’ It!I’ve been listening to this podcast from close to the beginning, and I never get tired of it. In fact, it just keeps on getting better with time. With so many great topics, I must admit my favorites are the non specific personal reflection themes. Not that most every show doesn’t have personal memories (after all, it’s “not a history podcast”) but the broader themes evoke even more memories of my own, some that haven’t surfaced since that time period. Keep up the great work, guys!
-
Figaro JorisI couldn’t resist...There’s no apostrophe in “70s”.
-
mlrjsampsomAlso from OklahomaI live in Ardmore Oklahoma and think it is so cool to have a podcast about the 1970’s coming from Oklahoma. I love 70’s nostalgia. I was a child if the 1970’s!
-
Sly's Fan since '68Live albums....You almost lost me on this episode. You guys need some support on getting the music to play through the mic. I barely heard any of the cuts you had played. Todd, please limit your laughing at your own jokes to 500 per podcast. And sing less, please! You guys are slipping down a slippery slope. I’m still a fan.
-
KgraceismeAll the feelsLove this podcast. If you grew up in the 70’s this is a must listen. Takes me back to the good ole days.

jwalgamottLove hanging out with these guys!Thank you for bringing back some great memories! I smile every time I listen. My only regret is that I can’t actually be with them to interject my thoughts into the conversation. Keep up the great work and I will share your podcast with my family and friends!
-
ItsAceyFantastic PodcastThis podcast is wonderfully narrated with imagery and storytelling specific to 70s pop culture and events in and around Enid, Oklahoma, USA. It's fun and interesting for those who are not local to the area and regardless of where you are from, if you were a child at any point during the 70s or entering your teen years in the 80s, you'll absolutely love re-living your youth through Todd and Curtis. Their dialogue is a lot of fun and when you listen, it's like you're being included in a conversation with two familar friends. Keep up the great work, fellas. This has inspired me to start my own podcast...when I figure out what I'd like to actually talk about!
-
texan ⭐️MemoriesThis podcast brings back a lot of memories! Thanks! Great podcast

TonyJEAhhh....the memoriesDiscovered this podcast a few months ago. Started binging from the beginning and almost caught up. Yes, at times they get their facts wrong and you will be screaming at your device (just like they promise). Yes, you sometimes scratch your head wondering how they not mention certain things (TV theme songs…hello??….WKRP and Threes Company!!!!) And yes, you may roll your eyes when Todd breaks out into song, almost every….single….episode. But who cares. These guys are great. Real, authentic memories of the 70s that magically transport me back in time for an hour a week, back to a time when our innocence was real - and ‘the real world’ was still ahead of us. Enid, Oklahoma or the suburbs of Philadelphia – the memories are so similar – reminding us of all that was once good (to borrow a line from Field of Dreams). At times longing for the past, but always cherishing the memories that growing up in the 70s has left me, this podcast is truly a gift and has enriched my life in a small way by making me smile, laugh and recall moments from my life that were stored away somewhere. Some random ideas…..Toys & Games; Album Cover Art; “State of the art” Electronics; Things that are considered dangerous today (hitchhiking, no seat belts, smoking, etc.); Cars of the 70s; Practical jokes/pranks or things you did that you never told your parents about; Jobs you had growing up Whatever the topic, i’m in - just keep it going guys! PS – get that 80s buzz on iTunes please!
-
Lindyc5Fun!I enjoyed your Midwestern take on the Top 20 albums! I’m in IN and agreed so much with your choices. Two notes from an old super-fan of Fleetwood Mac: Stevie categorically denied any Wiccan influence in interviews, only embracing the “mystery” vibe and wearing black because it’s slimming. Also, Buckingham was fired, not because of touring conflicts; this has been confirmed on social media by Kristen Buckingham, his wife. There is a huge fan backlash facing FMAC now. Sad. PS: Re the fashion episode, the flip flops were called, “thongs!” You guys might consider adding a female to your cast for just such details! Great fun here.
-
mfreelReally??If these guys are going to do a podcast about the 70s maybe they should know something about the 70s. One of them was born in 1966. He was 4!! They thought the Olympics were in Beirut and they thought the first moon landing was in the 70s. (Our hero was 3 at the time.). Really, maybe these guys should do a podcast on the 80s, by which time they were at least shaving and eating solid food.
-
Bahbee70’s rockGreat podcast, love it!!!! So many things you can cover and recover !!! I want to be on this show, nothing better to talk about than the 70’s, keep it up guys
