Most of these episodes have long-winded introductions that take up the entire runtime. The last one i heard barely covered its topic during half an hour of rambling, and this two-part episode I have on now has given zero worthwhile content in almost an hour. Bro don’t tell us you’re sharing “the one lesson I learned” and then tell us your whole life story instead

I’m gaining so much insight to other pillars of my own coaching for women on becoming more confident and attractive. Being attractive (as a male or female) goes far beyond having sex appeal and these episodes have given me many “yesssss!” moments to deepen mindset shifts for my own clients. Great job, guys!
