TheIceManCookethPlease stop blaspheming God’s nameLove the interviewing. Love the current event reporting on OCR near and far. Please stop blaspheming God’s name. I stopped listening to Matthew Davis because of his classless cussing and blasphemy. QUESTION: Must I do the same here? ANSWER (10/20/2024): yes. Your amateur behavior regarding my feedback is classless. I’m hoping there’s a professional OCR show out there, because this one (despite the great info given) doesn’t fit the bill.

Will326326400 Episodes! Congratulations!Updated review: Mike and Katelyn have been crushing it for over seven years now. Congratulations you guys. Keep up the good work and I’m looking forward to 400 more episodes from you two. Five starrrrrrrs! —— Mike, his female co-host Katelyn, and their friends talk about their running exploits and do interviews with other runners. They're doing races from 5k color runs to Spartan OCR's. Even if you've never run a Tough Mudder and don't ever plan on doing World's Toughest Mudder you'll find something on this podcast to help your running. Give it a listen. You won't be disappointed.

alltakennicknames11Old & New…Old 8/2022…Just listened to your guys last episode, really good I really appreciate what you guys do. I usually listen to you on Spotify but came over here to leave a review. I thought I wrote a review a couple years ago and it looks like the last one never was sent. 😩 Anyway, getting ready to run Monterey Super this weekend, and I think it is very cool that you guys go over all the podiums (those names are crazy!!!). Also appreciate the interviews of elite OCR athletes, kinda hard to find nowadays. Keep up the GREAT work!

Dope ScorseseAwesome podcast with excellent live event coverage!Mike and his team really go above and beyond with their live event coverage and interviews. Great quality, excellent questions and they cover a wide variety of topics! He's also nice enough to film you completing obstacles in the middle of the night! 10/10 recommend 🤘🏻🤘🏻

WhitB90Good stuffThey may not say it anymore, but this is the most consistent OCR podcast. Look it up. Like clockwork; the clock bares 12:00 at noon… Also at midnight… Or if the power went out recently and you haven’t re set it. Time is a construct. So too this podcast posts good episodes reliably on schedule. Humble hosts. The struggle to pronounce racer names is always charming. OCR still has a pulse and podcasts like this are an important part of it.

AuebdkxhanskzgskaoagagavsOne of the best around!Always a great listen with Mike and Katelyn. A relaxed and down to Earth style with a great balance of local, regional, and national level events, athletes, and event directors. Always happy when I see Mike and Katelyn at a race, and I download every week. You should give them a download as well for great running and OCR content.

Cory Edwards from OhioTough Mudder episodesMike’s recent Worlds Toughest Mudder episodes are great! Mike interviewing MBD and Matt turning to interviewing Mike was so great! Showing up to the event in the middle of the night shows Mike loves OCR and the interviews he got during and after the event were great! Hate that I didn’t get to meet him but seems like a great guy and I really think Katelyn should change the wedding date so that Mike can cover WTM 2022 in Pensacola!! Also really enjoyed the Ode to Laz episodes! They had me cracking up laughing! I love OCR and this is a great podcast! Keep up the great work Mike and Katelyn!

HamiltroPit recapsGreat podcast, love the pit stop recaps. Great banter between Mike and Katelyn. Katelyn asks great questions like how android users leave reviews, an iPad helps 😉...
-
child progeny supergeniusAn excellent listen for OCR runners from the north eastThis is an incredibly good natured show. You really get to learn about all of the different races and racers. They give you a feel for the experience Beyond the competition.

Skipper1023Love this Podcast! This is one of my favorite podcasts to listen to every week! I love the banter between you two, it cracks me up. Katelyn, I just want you to know that I love your jokes, even though Mike never laughs at them, I think they’re great! Love the content you guys cover every week. Although I live in the Southwest, it’s still interesting to hear about all the local races going on in your area. Keep the content coming!
-
Nryker5You guys are great! Thanks for always have great content and consistent episodes to listen too. Really blessed to be able to listen to you guys every week, still makes me feel like OCR is still going on during this time of pandemic.
-
Ibanezbm31Greatest OCR PODI love Katelyn and Mikes banterrrr, they are so funny. I also love the fact that they get out there and run these events. Because they are active participants, they have an understanding of what we want from the sport and what we want to hear about the sport. Great job guys- keep up the great work.
-
SlowTurtleOCRThey bring their A game!Whether its post race finish line interviews, in depth athlete interviews, or detailed race and event reviews. Mike and Katelyn bring their A game every week, as the most consistent cohosts in OCR! They constantly strive to uplift and support the OCR community and never cease to entertain, especially when Katelyn is pronouncing a new name ;) 5 stars from the first 2020 review!
-
B.SchimmyGreat podcast! This podcast covers it all from OCR to road races. I love the race coverage and the interviews. Mike and Katelyn ask the elites, competitors and vendors great questions and are awesome hosts. It’s well edited and provides excellent content. I love the jokes and inspirational quotes at the end! Great job, guys!

ocr.sotoGreat podcastI love listening to Mike and Katelyn every week. I had the pleasure of meeting Mike and his team at Noram, I practically ran every race with them. It was hilarious on the 15k when they passed an obstacle the started hugging and jumping up and down chanting we got an obstacle we got an obstacle. Keep doing a great job guys you rock!!! Anthony Soto
-
cody_ocrMaking lemonade out of lemonsI think it was amazing of you guys to have Juan Correa cover FIT challenge when every other race was cancled in the Northeast. Not only is Fit challenge one of the best races in OCR you had amazing coverage despite dealing with the envents you were gonna attend being canceled. You always find a way to adapt and make the best out of the circumstances. Love your show!!!

MDuplessisA duo for the ages.In the short in history of this world there have been duos that have made an impact. Laurel and Hardy, Bonnie and Clyde, Timon and Pumbaa, Mike and Katelyn. Mike and Katelyn report on OCR news at a level that would rival Walter Cronkite. They consistently deliver week after week with their humor and insight into the world of OCR and local races. Whether it’s speaking to people at the venue or speaking to those on their team, they are guaranteed to deliver something that is personable and informative. You feel as if you are speaking to your friends about racing while listening to them and that’s because they are two of the friendliest people there are out there. They also deliver some of the most inspirational and thought provoking guest episodes around. If you are looking for interviews, inspirational quotes, or great jokes than this is the place to be. If you enjoy amazing sock segways or people trying to pronounce hard names like Tchoupitoulas than this is the place to be. Do y’allselves a favor and subscribed to this podcast.

spartan_sofiaGreat listenFound this podcast by accident last year and have been listening every week. Very consistent, and they explore so many different races. They talk to elites, average racers, vendors, and race directors-lots of good info. Definitely recommend you add this podcast to your listening rotation.
-
MainecOCR podcast goldI’ve been listening to Mike and Katelyn way too long to have not yet left a well-deserved 5 star review. They consistently deliver fun, well edited coverage of east coast ocr/trail/road races. The podcast has put quite a few races on my bucket list for future years, and it’s great to hear from known and new elites. Keep it up!
-
OCR RyanGreat PodcastExcellent podcast. I enjoy listening to the episodes on my commute to work. The race recaps and interviews are well done. Great coverage of racing and the OCR community in the northeast. I met Mike and Katelyn this weekend at Toughest and they’re just as nice in person as they sound on their episodes.
-
JChace029The most consistent podcast in OCR!Can’t believe I apparently have not left a review here - Mike & Katelyn may be the most likable pair of podcasters ever! Their banter is always funny and they cover local, races as well as national brands. You won’t regret listening, and your Monday morning commute will be much better in doing so!
-

SamisomsamOne of my favesThis is one of my favorite OCR podcasts. I especially love hearing about their experiences on the course and not just “celebrity” interviews. This is one podcast I always make sure to listen to right when it comes out. Great job guys!
-
sgaspartanGreat Podcast!Hey Scott The Fayne here! I thought I already left a review, iTunes must not have posted it because it had swear words but it was in a good way! Mike and Katelyn are the best race team review couple ever! They should totally get married and have like 10 kids and a couple of dogs! They do a great job doing interviews and making every episode entertaining even if it’s just a local 5k! They put out great material and the interviews are great except for that redneck you interviewed at Killington with the cool hair he was lame Haha! Keep up great work!
-
CInovejasChad InovejasYou guys are awesome. Funny, Entertaining & Informative. I listen to a lot of OCR podcast & you guys have become one that I turn to first. Thanks and keep up the great work.

jlynnmudYou guys are great!I love listening to wherever your adventures take you! Your personalities shine through, which is great! Maybe I’ll see you at worlds toughest! And please flat Stanley the picture of Matt B Davis! 😂😂 Keep up the great work!
-
aprildupreeeeeSo EntertainingThese two are not only informative, but they're really enjoyable to listen to. Katelyn is adorable and will probably make you laugh at least once every episode. Mike does a fantastic job of navigating the conversation and he's also an excellent interviewer. They're so fun to listen to, even someone who doesn't race all the time will enjoy following them. Definitely one of the best OCR podcasts around.
-
IsaacLavadoGreat seeing you again!Podcast is awesome! I like the one you just did with Molly. And yeah that was me from Samurai Sprint!
-
Molly KennethSo fun!You cover everything and I love it! I think you are meeting your goals of encouraging increased activity in a super fun and supportive way. Between the spiders on Kaitlin’s walls and the broad coverage of so many events you never lose that gritty “it just happened” feel of event coverage. Keep up the great work. Sincerely, Molly
-
ScarletkhLove this podcastI’ve been listening for awhile and you guys keep getting better and better. Although I live in California I still enjoy all the race coverage from big brands to small local events. It’s nice to hear what’s out there and your team does a great job. Please keep it up and I look forward to your next episode.

YOUNGWORTHDON’T MISS THIS PODCASTI can’t believe I haven’t left a review!? I must be a terrible friend. By the way I can’t find the MudGear socks you let me borrow. No idea where they could be. That reminds me, can I borrow that kettle bell? ON TO THE REVIEW. This podcast goes into depth of the OCR world, road running world and the endurance world. You get to hear from race directors, Podcast hosts, and joe schmo “The Weekend Warrior”. It gives us a break from the elites which is usually all we hear about. This show is led by a very dedicated host which leads to very informative, entertaining, and funny content. I could do without the lame jokes and puns though. Just kidding. Although I could use a bit more “Youngworth” and maybe a little more cowbell. FIVE STARS!!! (oh whoops)

Person or Persons of InterestOCR podcast breaks the mold! Most OCR Podcasts: Interviewing the same slew of athletes over and over again and/or the hosts get together and jerk each other off about training. Not here at MStefano Running. Mike and Katelyn are a great one-two punch giving you their take on races. And when I say races, I mean races, these guys and their crew do multiple races every weekend so you get to hear about tons of them, most from the race itself which is always fun. I still don't know the rest of the gang that well so I can't name them all here. They clearly know nothing about the internet cause you’ll never find this one without someone telling you so they should work on that. I do hope they fix that, cause they are awesome. It's also especially good if you like people who say 'Wicked" "I'm all set" and otherwise have strong Boston accents too. Add this one to your OCR weekly listen to stuff!
-
Momma RitterYou guys are awesome.I think your podcasts are very inspirational, enjoyable and fun. I love Alex's quote about nothing growing in your comfort zone. I need to head your advise and get back out of my comfort zone.
-
ChermoniInspirationalLove listening to the stories so far, inspires me to get back into it again and maybe try an OCR someday soon.
