    Interesting & Informative!
As a physician associate (PA) who does surgery, I find this podcast to be super interesting! My favorite episode so far has been the history of Botox, as someone who gets Botox & someone who treats patient with Botox in my plastic surgery practice it was so cool to hear about all of the scientific discoveries that led to us being able to safely administer Botox for patients. Keep up the good work!

    This non-doctor loves it!
I’m not a clinician, and I really just stumbled onto this podcast, but I am completely hooked! I do work in a healthcare-related industry and have had numerous orthopedic surgeries myself, but you definitely don’t need that connection to enjoy these super-interesting and timely stories. For example, during the most recent U.S. presidential election, there was a two-part series on American presidents who underwent surgery. I also loved the Nobel Prize episode. Tyler is a very good host who injects a little fun without being annoying goofy and frequently uses great song snippets to illustrate points. He obviously loves his subject and does detailed research into the topics that interest him and that he wants to share with his listeners. I highly recommend Legends of Surgery!

Great Podcast for People Interested in Medicine
I like this podcast a lot. I don't agree with some of Tyler's opinions, but that is totally okay. The one suggestion that I have is to lower the volume of the sound effects. Sometimes they drown out the words that Tyler is saying. All in all, an excellent and well-researched podcast!

This is what I’ve been looking for
I have a medical podcast and am always looking for more medical knowledge as I pursue a medical career. This is nothing short of phenomenal. The episodes are very informative, yet entertaining as well. Other podcasts carry on and I lose focus, but with this I always feel engaged.

    Terrific, minus sound effects
Too many loud distracting sound effects (plzzzz do something about that) Also too many completely irrelevant side stories. Bulk of content is fantastic, wish episodes were longer.

    Awesome podcast!
I love this podcast, great storytelling and a nerdy level of research go into each episode. I appreciate how Tyler actually reads the old timey journal articles that he talks about on the show. Great stuff!

    Good material for an M2
Great podcast, maybe turn the volume down on the intro for 5/5. Also an idea for an episode could be William Beaumont and Alexis St. Martin.

    Great collection of stories
Great topics and storytelling. In a field where history is overshadowed by progress, we need reminders of innovation and perseverance. A little help with sound design and this is perfect.
