3DoffsetCritical HitA very good gaming podcast for fans of YoVG. I appreciate the critical takes from the hosts, it makes for refreshing commentary for the most part; but, the tenor of the program is overwhelmingly negative, which does get exhausting from time to time.

NerdyNick91Yo complaining about video games! So these guys claim to be knowledge but seem to always forget things related to topics, don’t remember release dates, devs, etc that are pertinent to the topics. They also have no personality, so get used to monotone. They never really stay on topic and COMPLAIN ABOUT EVERYTHING!!!! I’ve been giving them chances and idk why anymore. The latest one just has them ripping game devs a new one, ripping games before release that they haven’t even played yet but because some other person said it was bad it has to be true. There are MUCH better podcasts out there on gaming.

BrandockoAn Open Mind to Video GamesMatt and Andrew offer some unique insight on the world of video games and other forms of entertainment and media. Their opinions are backed up by either rational thinking or evidence from own observations. As well as research done for the multiple part podcast. The evergreen topics are creative and open to multiple perspectives on the issue. The lore casts offer background to companies and video game series with complex histories. The guest speakers give some verity to the listener and another perspective on the topic. They encourage the engagement of the listener for their input on the subject. Overall, this is a great podcast for someone who wants to hear a genuine conversation between people about video games.

elbows2noseA different (in a good way) gaming podcastNewer listener but the Neo-Geo episode won me over. A lot of videogame podcasts appear to be carbon copies but this one is quite unique and very refreshing. For introspection and retrospection on videogames past and present, check this one out.

ImperiusMexAn interesting view on games.Having been listening to Matt and Andrew for months now, I have to have say that their insights on games and things related to them have been nothing short of entertaining and often interesting topics of genuine conversation. Never take their views to be the end all! Simple take in and see things with a different perspective. An awesome podcast with some awesome views!

RobopengyMore dudes complain about games on the internetWant to hear two grown men complain endlessly about nothing? Well you've come to the wrong spot because only one of them ever does the talking. Matt Simmons and Andrew (I hope that's his name because he never talks) attempt to cover topics, but always end up rambling about something else, usually repeating themselves. I keep using plurals but it's just Simmons that does all the talking and without Max to balance him out he's basically insufferable. Have a contradicting opinion? Prepare to be made fun of in an insulting way. This is especially annoying when they're straight up wrong about seemingly basic facts about games. I had high hopes for this podcast when it started out, but it's really not worth your time. Stick to the Youtube channel.

Vonhunter21IT'S AMAAAZING!!From the get-go, I knew this was gonna be something entertaining. I used to wait with baited breath for the "Matt Rants!" videos on YouTube. When I saw the announcement of a Yo! Videogames podcast, I jumped(literally!) to my laptop and began downloading the audio for my MP3 player, and I haven't been dissapointed. I admit, I didn't know much about Andrew , but after the first episode I am a fan! I wish you all the best and longevity for this podcast and any other projects the Y!VG crew has plans for. Stay hype and SHINE ON, doods! P.S. Is there any news on the second "Smash Me!" series' episode? Despite the name(sounds so goofy...), it's a great watch for a Smash fan like myself.
