Steve is one of a kind. His advice and mentorship have changed my business from zero to three and I’m just starting. This is a must for any loan officer looking to grow and change their businesses and their lives.

A friend of mine found Steve’s podcasts recorded on YouTube and started sending some to me. They’re phenomenal. You can learn so much from them. I’ve rewatched a couple videos that resonated with me multiple times to drill the material into my mind. It’s gold. Looking forward to diving into more.

For the first time in my 14 years I have someone that breaks down my production into simple math to my daily activities! Thank you Steve I just got signed up with MMA and for the first time ever I KNOW my 2024 is going to be built on processes and consistency!

These are always a great listen. Whether it is a reminder of some tip you may have forgotten ( because I have been in the business for 20 years) or learning a new tip with new changes in the industry, I always feel inspired afterwards.

Always valuable information on these. They could probably shave off 5 minutes here or there but I love the variety and the sharing mindset.

I am thinking about getting my MLO license and so happy I found this podcast for many reasons. It has made me feel more confident in choosing this field by hearing other’s stories, while also providing sources to continue learning from. I also love they have a website that offers mentoring and lessons on how to be successful. Highly recommend!

Just started listening to the podcast after spending time in the LOBC and let me tell you i cant stop listening all the great advice and info. Next thing to do is just do/apply the things they teach and discuss in the podcast, thats the hard part!

I’m new to the industry and came across the YouTube channel first and then started listening to the podcast. They have helped me grow my business by gaining referral partners. Without listening I would still be confused on what to say to the realtor to set up meetings.

Truth be told, I did not get the full value of this podcast until i joined the freedom club - ironically enough, this podcast is what did push me over the edge to becoming a mortgage marketing animal. Being new in the industry, it can be difficult to network, close deals, support yourself and organically find a mentor. So far, following habits you find right here - you will lay the framework to do mose of those aforementioned items. i still think their is a tremendous value in finding a local mentor, but, Steve Kyles are Carl White are a good substitution while teaching what you need to look for in one.

I’ve thankful I stumbled across this podcast. 23 years in the mortgage lending business and I’ve never been more excited about what I do and the impact I can make ever since I’ve become a listener to Steve and his friends. The energy and conviction is outstanding!

I am binging this podcast I am obsessed with all the wonderful info and inspiring stories!!!! I am studying to get my mortgage originator license and I’ve been looking for some thing that is going to help me start with the bang i’m not worried about the money right now I just want the respect in my office because there’s two officers I want to help them succeed bc they just opened a branch. However we are a veryyyyy small town 3,000 so I am hopeful to make a splash and that I am not to late in the game.
