Jane is a very good teacher and excellent at helping the dreamer decipher what the dream symbols represent in their waking life. It is amazing that she has no advance knowledge of the dream but works through it as she is talking with her guest on the show.

Engaging and clear in what the dream means (to the dreamer), how she (Jane) got to the meaning and how you might be able to use her ideas/tools on your own dreams.

Jane is kind and supportive of the guests who bring a dream to her for unraveling. While gently delving into the secrets of the psyche, she manages to be light-hearted and even humorous. She is an excellent teacher who guides us through the many ways our inner selves try to “tell us something.”

I have a great interest in dreams and dream analysis and came across Jane Teresa’s work last year. We started up a conversation this year and she had me on her show recently.
