    Great HR Insights!
I listened to the most recent episode with Marcus Buckingham and hehad some great insight into how the workplace and HR has changed given COVID-19. I enjoyed hearing about the human resources impact on a company’s talent brand and have been recently listening to more HR-specific podcasts with the return of in-person work. Both of you asked just the right questions to Marcus for him to respond with detail on his experience in the industry - a true testament to your hosting.

    All things HR
Most HR approach that used to work decades ago won’t work in the current set-up we have now so leaders who has gone through then and now still has so much to learn - this podcast is one of the best guides in learning to test the waters, and jumping right in mastering employee engagement. Interesting topics, and the host knows just the right questions to ask to hear the answer we’ve been looking for! Great variety of guests too!

    Quality
The subject matters are good but the quality of the podcast is purely awful and makes me not want to listen especially if the awful quality is coming from the main characters.

    Rambling
I’ve tried to pick up some tips from this show but have found it frustrating. There is a lot of unnecessary chatter. I listened to a 38 minute episode about the corona virus and 22 minutes in, only one real tip. Otherwise it was just the two hosts having the same conversation I’ve been having with my team. This has been my experience with the podcast overall. I tune in and wait and wait and wait, but don’t get much for the time I’ve invested.

    Needs audio engineering
The content is so good, but the intro and outro regularly deafen me. Interview audio can also sound much more like a starting podcast than an industry leader that’s been around for years. It really makes it very difficult to listen to and learn from.

    Great info
I really do love the feedback and guests that this podcasts has to offer! Many thought provoking concepts. My only suggestion would be to adjust the volume of the intro and outro recording. I will be listening to the podcast and as the outro comes on, I immediately need to lower the volume. That would be my only feedback to improve, otherwise keep bringing us the great work!
